Doesn't show the expiration date of the subscribed packages and doesn't show all the subscribed packages; not comprehensive. I wasn't aware of paisas being deducted from my Jazz World account until the balance went to zero. The app should show the complete subscribed packages. Because most of the times, our accounts get subscribed to packages without our knowledge.
There should be an option to lock our balance so that it won't get consumed for internet without a package. I don't keep balance in my account because I know I'll lose it. And albeit I get free on-net minutes for keeping balance in my JazzCash account I still can't make a call on jazz or warid numbers and the computer says that I lack balance to make a call.
This app is not functional for my number as not showing balance and package details remaining MBs, sms, and minutes. Always pop up a message " jazz world is experiencing technical issue and this from quite long. If this the case to continue with, it is of no worth to keep installed this app in the phone.
Very bad services . Always technical issues during using this app. There are lots of bugs in this app very unstable app. App doesn't work properly. Sometimes even unable to buy packages and also unable to share balance. Very worse app . Expensive internet packages.
This app is not working properly now and also is not showing you about your package ending date. I don't know why they make it like that but afterall it's not going great!!! Do changes and make it perfect like before.
I couldn't make *my own bundle* till date. It always says technical issues when so ever i tried for. Don't know what is the issue as no online support is available. Internet speed is another issue with jazz. Please work on it to retain your users. Zong currently has much better speed. Do not compel us switch to any other network please.
Loving it. Nice features. Selecting call and internet packages has never been this easy. Just a suggestion please add a "balance safety" feature while using "internet data". So that customer don't accidentally lose all the balance/credit.
Worst experience. They are FRAUD. Going to CONVERT to ZONG. They deduct balance with out any reason. I have loaded balance and after a single text next thing is my balance is zero. And it happened multiple times with me.
According to my way i thing this is an excellent app for use . This app features are awesome . But i am facing a little bit problem i don't know why sometimes it use use money expect of net mb's . but other_wise it is an very good application for mobile cells. it gives free rewards daily . We can manage packages according to our own way in it. But at_last i just wanna to say that. Thanks! Jazz for such a good application.
Worst ever experience I faced, I lost my resources which I have been collecting since 6 months. I explained everything to them. I lost my phone a day ago. And yesterday is the last to resubscribe my package. Today I got duplicate sim and resubscribe the package and guess what I have all of my resources. While their competitor ZONG give all the resources also after due date. Pathetic
My experience was good actually... But there is a little problm i found... When there is dual jazz sim in phone, the jazz world only describes single sim info.. Not about the other , if we logs out , the again log in does not run smoothly ...😔
Sometimes it is not working properly and have a lot of work to improve. Take an example of my telenor app or easy pasa app . Jazz cash app is also crushed that is being hang and have a lot of bugs please improve them both .
Extremely pathetic experience. I have paid my bill twice using credit card in jazz world app on 29th and 30th march. Amount deducted from account but not reflected in my bill. Even mobilink has claimed the amount from my bank but mobilink helpline and backend teams still unable to trace that. I would not recommend any one to use any payment methods of this app. Pathetic
This application comes in handy in most cases althought much improvements can be made. The most important one for me would be Special Packages for gaming. The mobile gamers are forced to buy internet packages instead of specific packages of their favourite online battle royale (COD,Pubg Mobile or Free fire). Game specific packges will be a great improvement as gamers will not need to worry about the data anymore. I hope the developers consider my opinion on this matter as it matters to me.
Ever since the beginning of this year, the app is creating problems. Unsubscribed packages won't disappear, still there. Its annoying. The app was so good back then. It needs to be fixed.
Can't add fnf numbers. Can't view how much of the bundle or offer we have consumed so far. Can't change the default package from the app, or view its alternatives. Not very useful, we need to dial ussd code for everything. I don't understand the purpose of this app
It's a good app regarding the checking of remaining usage of data and also providing all packages details but sometimes it's internet connectivity slow down and it does not appears the current usage data. So kindly resolve the issue. Jazak Allah☺
Worst Ever Experience... I paid my postpaid Jazz bill through this app, using Credit Card option. amount deducted frm my credit card and credited to JAZZ CASH but my bill not yet paid... what a pathetic payment system involving Jazz Cash instead of Direct bill recovery. Really disappointing
The option for transferring balance is not working properly it shows the Same failure error again and again even though I'm trying this again and again, day after day , but later on still showing the same please fix this error as soon as possible.
The network does not provide affordable social offers like other networks do. Packages are too expensive. Also balance share option couldn't work . All of above there is no helpful response to any of the complaints.
App is not working at all since last 15 hours.. trying to activate a hybrid package which will expire today but having trouble in it. Concern management should look into this and fix the problem ASAP. Thankyou
Great! I'm thinking of upgrading its limit to use it as my main bank account for my daily expense account. From my kids school fees to my clients paying sending payments' utility Bill on hassel of going to and from banks and post offices. Great app keep growing.
I've been using it for days. For the first time I'm reviewing something and the reason is that it's just amazing. One can't put his hands behind to give a good review about it. The daily offer is amazing. You can get MBS whether you have balance or not.
I have a good experience to using this aap , easy to use and formally available. But it needs some more changes to improve the functions of packages , online transactions and sign up functions.
It is the most rediculous app I've ever seen for a mobile network. It lacks basic functionality of viewing the package expiration dates. Like what on the earth were the devs thinking?! The interface is buggy with a lot of useless features *whileist missing some basic necessities.
