This app is really pathetic. Whenever I open it, there are 90% chances that there will be an error while opening the app. If I'm lucky and the app is running then I can't send any money. These issues weren't enough that now I'm facing an issue that no one else can send me any money from any bank! Whenever someone try to send me payment, there's an error which states that "invalid user" etc. I've a registered account then why no one can send me payment!

It's very very slow! We want previous version that was light one and fast! This one has many good features but it often stuck while proceeding transaction to other vallets like easypaisa! 😒 I uninstalled and re installed the app but still the problem is same! It stucks while writing Mobile number after writing amount to be sent! 😒 I hope jazzcash will consider this and will fix it as soon as possible! 😒

Used to be a great app but a few features are shattered and also missing. First, fix transactions sometimes saying failed and they take the money out still. Second(IMPORTANT), make the virtual debit card applicable and usable internationally on any website. Last, improve the customer care, sometimes I call and they dont pick up. If they add all these features then 100% five-star.

Pathetic App and services. Customer service at it's lowest. Whenever they update the App they made glich to other services. Now with the latest update 90% of the icons on the main user interface is not working. Just 3-4 functions are working and all other payments mode, services, etc... their buttons are not working. Just tapping on them and they are not opening at all. Fix these bugs ajd your pathetic services as well.

Very poor app . whenever make transaction and at the last step when you click on on back option the amount is deducted and still the transaction is not completed. Many times I have faces this issue and every time my money has been deducted without completing the transaction. Unsecure to keep a huge amount in jazzcash app . Bank account is best . You can use it just for small transactions because of its poor performance.

It used to be the best app, but at the moment it's the worst app ever. So many Buggs in this, I am trying to transfer through Payoneer for more than 2 weeks but still I am unable to transfer.🤐🤐🤐 Most of the time it shows error for mobile load and jazzcash transfer, or took a lot of time that unable to use it in any case of emergency. Boo 👎👎👎 Improve your services or delete them.

Terrible application to use ! There are some days if you lucky this app will actually make a transection otherwise mostly they have a technical issue problem . Technical support is doing a terrible job maintaining this application. I wonder if they are doing any work from their end at all .. It's been a year this application has same issue but no one seems to solve it . Keep it up guys , sooner you'll have lower than 2star review

We need to boycott this wallet, they're the worst. I recently made a transition to my bank account but the amount took nearly 3 to 4 hours to transfer to .y account. Sometimes it takes days. Now I needed to withdraw money from Payoneer but the app isn't connecting with Payoneer. This kind of service make our experience with app worst. Sometimes we needed the money in urgency. This is not a reliable source.

I would have given 0.1/5.0 rating if possible. This is the dumbest money transfering app i ever used. Whenever i start to transfer amount in my bank account a message popped up indicating "transaction failed". I couldn't transfer directly to my bank account from last 6 month due to this useless app. Additionally, whenever tried to make transaction over 20k, the same issue pops up even the daily transaction limit is 50k. They just doing so to cut their transaction fee.. Very disappointed..

If there's something as 0 star I would probably choose that. Worst app ever. Can't load to zong mobile. It keeps loading. That infinite loading won't even let me type the amount of money. Like WTH. Please remove it from play store if you can't manage it. Btw I am also an app developer. I make apps using Flutter so if you guys can't manage it handle it to me. I'll solve it without being paid.

Too many glitches when I want to search for any bundle I type bundle's name but app written something different on search bar and that can't be removable and if you want to remove the last letter you can't, so you need to restart the app again login and then you type something and agin you face the same problem wrost app ever I seen in my life.

The app is glitcy and slow since they updated to the new design. Hangs on login, hangs on transaction history. Transaction history is incomplete. Paid bills show after days sometimes. Too risky to use as an app for your money. Contacted them on the email address they are sharing in review replies with screen captures but they haven't been able to solve issues in 5 months! Support is worthless too

I'm unable to open my Payoneer account. Every time I click on Payoneer it keeps on loading and then switches back the jazz cash app. The transaction systems are always having some sort of glitch, either the funds don't transfer or when the transaction is successful the receiver doesn't get the money.

Coming from a developer: this is the worst ever App I have ever used. User experience is completely odd. Apparently, the backend servers must be taken from a third grade service providers. It keeps you loading and loading despite you having the latest device and OS. I couldn't send my money to my bank account for half an hour. I have to link my Payoneer account every single time I have to withdraw any amount. I recommend changing this nonsense apps and firing its developers.

The server is always unresponsive takes too long to do simple tasks and almost 90 % of the time the app says there was some error and you have to perform the activity all over again. It doesn't save the payee's information and every time I have to type in the whole information again and again.

I think first it was a bit more good than this new version..Its the worst app..i cant transfer to my bank any amount..its shows an error..Kindly improve your services or else everyone will stop using this app..Error error everywhere..i dont understand what your whole team is doing..MONEY TRANSFER was not that much difficult but you all made it seem like this. Improve your app performance it takes too long to open...adding new features wont solve your problem. guys..first improve the old features

The app was used to be good but after their design update this app is full of bugs. You have to wait for hours to complete transactions and at the end you receive message "transaction id bla bla is failed". Please hire your old developer to fix this buggy design, if you can't afford then restore the older version. Thank you

Too much bad experience with jazzapp. We can not transfer the money on time to other person. Evertime we get bugs. The No1. Pakistani App is Only EASYPAISA from Telenor. It works every time when you want to use when you to transfer money pay bill send money etc.. Work 100%. JazzApp Please Improve your Service we are getting mently distrube to use your App.

Pathetic app. I downloaded this for the first time yesterday to perform a transaction for transport booking and the app crashed, took out my money and didn't pay the transport company which cancelled my booking. I filed a complaint and they still have not resolved it. Jazzcash better pay up!

Last I time gave a review and their team asked me to update the application. They thought I had been using older version. But this time I am giving a negative review. I still didn't like it all. It hangs. I had to transfer funds on urgent basis but application wasn't responding and later they cut money but didn't send. You must work on application!

New update version deservers less than single star, this does not connect time and again. Some times amount is deducted from the account but transaction is not processed. Some times it shut down qithout any reason. Statemnent of transaction not get updated every time. Lot of problems.

New update has caused bugs instead of fixing them. I can't access my Payoneer in jazzcash now. It's not a login problem. It just doesn't open. You tap on Payoneer, it takes you to loading screen and agter 5 seconds, it brings you back to the jazzcash dashboard. Nothing else. please roll back this update. It didn't fix anything. I instead it has caused more problems

It used to work absolutely fine when I first got the app way back, but now it's too buggy. I'm a freelancer and I need to take out my money from Payoneer to my bank. And I used jazzcash as the mediem that helped me. Now it doesn't load Payoneer. Takes a long time to process anything. And it's getting to the point I'm losing faith in jazzcash. FIX YOUR APP! We freelancers need these fixes. If you don't provide a fix, then why the hell would you even give the Payoneer option? Why bother trying?

20-05-22 updated and no service working i.e. money trasfer etc. Unable to use any tab on app. Just login successful and then useless...thinking about switching...[Did not login after update. 13MB Upaisa much better than 117MB of this app. Complicated UI. Transantions delayed even not recieved.]

By the way, your service is very good. But for the last one day I have been facing this problem. I ordered a Jazz Cash debit card about twenty days ago And it was received on its due date but for the last 2 days the debit card option has not been working on the app and I have not been able to create my debit card PIN. Please help me to sot out this issue

Alot of improvement in the app, its very good. But some things need to be improved. Transaction history doesn't show all the transactions. Its mostly kinda stuck in showing only old transactions and not the ones done some minutes before. It creates problems in verifying the payment recieved or sent.

The app is good, but two times my Payoneer walllet withdrawal has taken more than 12 hours. It's so frustrating. The customer support doesn't know anything and tell anything except to wait 2 days. Why would I wait 2 days for getting my freelance payment. I want it immediately. It's been more 18 hours and my Payoneer amount hasn't been added into my wallet.

If the worst app had a face it only could be this JazzCash app. I really hate your app. As a regular user, I have to face a lot of problems. This always makes me face loading errors while doing any transaction. This is not my one complaint- I have submitted more and more complaints to improve it, but sadly, there was no any serious concern by the team. Such a shameful Service!

One of the most useless app. Only available for scams, misleading by call centres if they are humble to pick up your call and don't disconnect it. Useless enough that I would never recommend any jazz service to anyone. Don't even think that it is an app for money transfer it just scam and late or never receiving payments system.
