Refuses to accept login credentials that I VERIFIED as correct. Zero help functionality. 100% useless. Maybe time to go back to flying American.
Cant remember password, does not give you the option of recovery.

Great source, but app is pretty buggy. Also it seems to be an iOS clone as back buttons don't work in android. Refresh rate is slow and graphics on nexus 5 look pixelated. This app deserves a refresh and hopefully and update to match the L guidelines.
Tried app on my tablet, would not recognize username, and password. Would not give me option to reset
Does now allow me to create a password. I take for granted the username would be my email address.

The Apps is useless as the the login page doesn't accept my credentials hence the app is useless to me
I also have a Note 4 and the app is not working. The app is asking for a username, which is apparently different than your email. How do you create a USERNAME? lol!

Requires a username, no idea if this is my email log in or not. If it is then it doesn't work and if it isn't why the hell do I need two log ins? No troubleshooting help. Also very slow.
Previous app was excellent. How do people login to this? Design took a giant leap backwards. You had the greatest looking airline app in the industry. Why would you replace the 'great' app with this pile? Screens too big now? You put this app in to meet the need of the screen res? So resize your assets from the earlier one and update your libraries to Lollipop, test, and get it back in the store!

Jetblue is up and coming
Yet again, jetBlue fails. App will not let me sign in on my galaxy note 5 or my Galaxy tab A. No options to create, reset an ID or password. After further review, this app is for employees of jetBlue only, and I searched 6 ways to sunday for a customer app on google play store, NOTHING! Am forced to use website to access my jetBlue info (That works just fine). Absolutely useless app and uninstalled after wasting an hour of my time. And jetBlue falls further behind the curve to my desperation only airline. FAIL !
I have a Galaxy Note pro tablet and the app says it's incompatible although I have a note for and it's not an issue

the worse app. to try to register you need a college degree to even try to register yourself in there app. can't do it so I give up even jet blue customer service can't help, to me that' is a red light.
