Cannot monitor away from home, now cannot use phone as the viewer. Can only view over WI-FI and it has to be unlocked so ANYONE can connect and see my babies, except non-tech savvy me...not OK! This app has not been updated in 2 YEARS! Ridiculous! The video quality is good when able to view it.
app used to work great. now I've upgraded to a galaxy s10+ and the app doesnt support it. get this fixed!
cannot connect with my android phone. tablet loses signal. can I download any alternate app to use jbl ematic baby camera?

The quality of the picture is fine, however the camera rarely connects to my phone and when it does it's not over wifi. This means I cannot be connected to wifi and also monitor my baby. It also means I cannot monitor her from anywhere outside the house, not from my back yard or while away from home, as advertised.
Customer service zero, I can't connect camera with monitor, and when it's connected, I lose the signal very often. I can't see the camera if I am going outside in the driveway... this means I am stuck just inside the house. I can't go outside with the garbage... I am very disappointed.. I send emails and they never answer. Don't buy something like this.. was good for 4 months and then... only problem....

Fix the connection between the camera and monitor. I don't know how a company like this allows a product that keeps disconnecting for such a precious to be monitored
The app is ridiculously difficult to set up and connect to the camera. It USED to be remote which was really handy for when we wanted to check in on a sitter or if we ran outside while kiddo was sleeping. Now it is WI-FI only. It is no longer what was/is advertised. Would never have bought this baby monitor if I knew the app was going to change like it did. USELESS!
