Worst app.. Always overbilling problem... Tried registering complaints many a times, but no resolutions. Also not able to complete registration for mobile otp. This kind of services you guys are providing? Is this the way to deal with your customers? On the top of that, toll free no is always saying engaged. Customer care not picking up the calls. Jbvnl sucks...

Didn't had much expectations from governments app. Still got disappointed. Absolutely useless app, just doesn't work.. Was stuck at "Fetching consumer details" for about an hour. Tried 2 more time, same thing happened.. When I click on "generate bill", it takes me to app store of redmi. What is going on..? This app seems to be made by an con artist. I suppose, no one knows, how secure is the transaction, if it ever happens.

All are good except for the payment part. I tried to pay the bill through the debit card but it showed an error even though the amount was debited from my account. I also sent emails to the email address given for any inconvenience but haven't got any reply till now. Please let me know what to do.

Worst app bill paid through it gets arrear in next month. All bills are paid but the arrear of bill paid using this app is still arrear after two months..... Even customer care no. is useless they simply don't respond to call just pickup and keep it on hold...I try to contact c/a nno responce.

Useless App. None of the information, be it Bill History, Payment History, etc. is updated. It's May 2022 running, but the latest status shown is of 2021. My bills are paid up to May 2022, but the last payment shown in the Payment History is of 6.10.2021. Horrible!

I could successfully generate and pay my bill on time. But a few queries: 1) Why is the update not live while the screenshots of the updated version are visible in Google Play? 2) I raised a request for name change, got a tracking id too, but no way to track the request? 3) Please let me know if I wish to change my old analogue meter to a new digital one, what's the cost and where to contact?

Neither the website nor app fetch my bill. It always shows "invalid number". What the hell! Due to lockdown i can't make payment through cheque. For online payment like paytm , mobikwik, google pay also shows invalid consumer number. Plaese slove this issue because due to lockdown the late fine is also charged.

Since this app is for online bill payment but "Net payment before due date (through digital mode)" option and amounts are not present in this app. Currently only offline payment amount is shown in this app and there is a difference in offline and digital amounts. JBVNL please enable this option for users ASAP.

YOU NEED TO ADD MORE PAYMENT METHODS, LIKE PHONEPE,GOOGLEPAY OR UPI and you need to improve payment update duration. It took too long to update, last payment in the server.

It's basically a garbage. Doesn't work properly. Otp are time taking. There is always overbilling every month .

Worst app. Not showing any required information. Not able to generate old bill. Not even average app.

Failed to serve its sole purpose even after being updated... & the worst part is that it doesn't get synchronization for Bill Pic uploaded & successful submission of the same. Please Fix this issue.

I see a lot of negative reviews, I've used all the features of this app & can say, it works for what it's designed. You can generate your own bill, see monthly bills & even pay for it. The probelm is, there is no quick action for tickets you generate, also this app seems like it's developed by an unskilled person ! Could have been built like a good looking app with cheesy UI instead of building a minimalist design with Android studio !

I have generated my bill but when I tried to pay the bill through paytm the payment failed and showd that jbvnl is not responding. In this app also when trying to fetch the bill its only buffering and showing fetching bill. But no bill detail is shown.

I have tried multiple days to generate OTP and register with app. But unfortunately no luck. This issue need to be analysed on a serious note and on priority. As you are already aware that Electricity department has already decided to generate our bill with this app only looking into covid situations. Also you might be aware that post 200 unit there are different rates applicable per unit electricity consumption. Kindly look into this on priority

I have updated my mobile number and e- mail id twice but no alert has been came. Also every time after opening app we have to enter Consumer number . Please note that in Google Pay or Phonepe if we have paid once then the consumer details are automatically saved and every billing cycle it triggered a message

Bill generation is working. Otp is not required for sign up. Just sign up as usual and wait for the otp, if received then good,if not then close the app and reopen the app and login using password made during registration. You will be logged in.self verified.

Made an ADVANCE PAYMENT of Rs.800/- thru this app for customer id (nim14789). Now amount has been deducted from the bank acount but it does not reflects in jbvnl site that if payment has been made or not. ERROR occured while payment. Pls look into the matter or contact as soon if possible. Thnk you.

Dont download this App, it's of no use, you cannot track the complaint lodged moreover nobody is bothered to resolve your complaint. Its 2 day and my complaint still not resolved. If there was a option of selecting 0 star I would have done that. Really disappointing.

What kind of useless application is this. Don't know if the developers even know the meaning of app development. It says sign in but doesn't have the option.to register usename and password. Forgot password is disabled ....Completely useless.. waste of time and effort

App does not work. Even the first step, i.e., registration cannot be completed since the app fails to generate necessary OTP. Such failures are not expected from a commercial app. Developers should fix this soon.

Same as any other review in the Play store. Can't get the OTP no matter how many times I try. Although, JBVNL said it is working fine but as it seems, nothing is working as all and nobody seems to care about this.

Worst app ever it takes a lot of time to fetch bill but it when its time for advance payment it opens within a minute and some times it doesn't open only..i kindly request to fix this problem..i hope next time when i review it turns out to 5 star

Its basically a useless app. You can't even register properly and bills get stuck. This has been the case with JBVNL always. Its always useless and corrupt.

Very easy and simple app for electricity bill payment. No need of account creations, only OTP bassed login and payment. Awesome.

Have been using this app for bill payment for last 2 yrs, earlier payment used to get error and had to run bijli office many times but now unable to fetch bill..

getting server failed. Out of bound array error while making payment.. Checked yesterday night and able to pay my electricity bill. It's working. Thanks you

Excellent App to check my Electricity Bill and its details. This App really needs our support... Hope the team will bring much improvement in coming days...

Hi this app is not so useful. Because many things are so slow. You have to update and change view also. Worst app I have ever use.
