App is okay at best. Convenient way to finding what lecture you have and when. I believe the app uses the device time and time zone to display lecture times - would be better if this could be changed as I was stuck for a while wondering how my lectures were starting at 4 am 😂 ALSO PLEASE GIVE US A WIDGET THAT SHOWS THE LECTURE SCHEDULE 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞
I am a brand new student and the JCU app is making everything far more difficult than it should. Trying to do the new enrolment steps was frustrating. I had to re log in many times, only able to complete one task a day. And now I cant amend enrolled units
App constantly breaks, maps are completely useless and you may as well use the website version because of how dysfunctional the app version is. Only use this to quickly check where my classes are and can't even do that half the time because it won't open.
The university is great but the app isn't needs alot work in many areas specially the user interface needs to work better. The apps orientation needs work as well.
This app is cool. It has all in one. The trouble I have is I am denied access. Is it because I deferred my course? Or just technical. It's urgent that I access this app because all my Uni correspondences go into my student email and there are important communication in there to be accessed. Can I get help please?
Definitely not user friendly. Some aspects are useful, others are just not doing what they were supposed to do. Honestly, it's not worth the hastle.
I have this app on my phone and because of this I cannot install it on my laptop! I would like to use the app on the laptop also. Very limited use, as I cannot put on all my devices.
For 2 days now i have not been able to access my jcu app. It keeps coming up with a ' this site cant be reached' message.
The app is very slow. It never loads.
App crushing. Many times uninstalled and reinstalled straight away. Still not working

It has just stopped working. The app and Website look different too, it's a little bit of a job to find things going from app to website 😖 If this is from an update, is there a message letting us know the app is updated and may find faults?? If so I did not get any Oh yes, it told me to delete history so it would work but nope... Still not working.
