App is good however it wouldn't open until recently. Don't know if the bug is still happening.
Down to 1 star. New phone won't even get me to the log in screen. Before that, I had to have my wifi provider adjust stuff on their end bc the the phone and wifi I had for a year suddenly couldn't connect to the app. I'd have to turn the wifi off and use my cell data to use the app. Best of all, there are literally no technical ppl to call about app problems. The bank teller will tell you to clear data and cache and uninstall SMH
I tried to open the app. And it wont even load on my phone this just happened with new up date i did. Please fix this know!!! Cant even use it.
It's an excellent app, when it works. I make photo deposits through the app. They usually take a day or 2 to go through, so I'll go back & check to see when & if they've cleared yet. Nevermind the fact that there have been 2 occurances when they didn't go through, but I can't very well go check my account, if I can't log in. This is becoming a regular nuisance.
Very helpful in using bank account through mobile and also helps save time with deposits by taking pictures of checks.
Simple & User-friendly-Update: The bank fixed the app and I can now use it on my new phone. Thank you!
app works okay, it's really basic and has little to no features. half the stuff tells me to call the bank and I can't even use it so there's that, and most recently even after reinstalling the app, i cannot even login. the app just sits unresponsive on the login screen. if this keeps up I'm switching banks.
Horrible app! Constantly glitching. I have to go check my balance at the atm several times a week because the app freezes and wont let me login. Its always doing something crazy and not functioning properly. Nothing but problems with it. Even updating it doesnt help. I miss the older version of this app. Never any issues with that one. This new version drives me nuts. Its garbage!!!
I love being able to deposit my checks on my phone, as my job doesn't offer direct deposit!
I use it all the time and it works well. I find it very convenient and really enjoy being able to get alerts, notifications, and make instant/scheduled transfers. I like being able to quickly shut down my debit cards and set various limits as well. The thing I like most has to be the instant balance function, however. Also, the fingerprint option helps me feel more secure banking on the app.
The app is not dependable or user friendly.
Not working again ! Please fix this app Ok this is an update. It has been several weeks and this app still hasn't been fixed if your thinking about using this bank my advice is DONT! I'm in the process of switching all my bills and funds to a different bank simply because I can't use this app to keep track of the money that's in my account. This is not the first time this has happened this app is unreliable its always having problems just go with a different bank that has an app that works !!!!
Before the more recent updates, the app worked well. But now, I have troubles with the ability to tap on anything within the app after a while. Sure it fixes itself after a day or so, but it is annoying having to wait. Please fix this.
The app worked fine on my old phone. Now that I switched I can't even get to the login screen. It click on it it loads for a sec goes white and closes.
The app was working fine until I installed it on a new phone. It doesn't even get to the log in screen. Just blips and back to the home screen. No Bueno
It's sometimes refused to load and the fingerprint ID has sometimes messed up in the past, but I haven't had any major issues. It has been working well recently and it's nice to be able to quickly access your accounts.
This app was working for me until it didnt, was a good app but but quit. Someone plz fix the problems, some ppl actually like to keep an eye on our finances, i check 3 or more times a day, its been about 3 weeks, y have an app if its completely useless.
JDBank only has atmʻs at their bank.If I make 10 debits monthly anywhere.They pay back all atm charges.It has to be debit I think.There are a lot of good banks out there.I don't advise this one.I have been with them around 15yrs. I had 8 people open an acct. 4 have closed it.My son and I next.Read what JDBank offers. Don't go by what others say.Itʻs an important decision, research it.You may find something there more important to you. Everyone's finances are different. I can't stress it enough.
Easy friendly app to use
Seems great most of the time but every now and again it is slow or doesnt want to work. usually during high freqency usage times or storms make it slow.
This is a terrible bank and this app is absolutely garbage. At least 3 times a week the app doesnt work. I hate going to a branch because they are slow and always making mistakes. As soon as this quarantine is over I'm switching to a bigger and better bank.
App isnt working, states an error has occured. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Not a good impression on new account. If i could give 0 star i would but in order to post comment, you have to chose at least 1.
It just keeps closing since last update. Please fix, it used to work great. I've reported the problem to the bank and there's still no resolve.
Can't even log in to the thing half the time
Was working fine until my phone updated. Now can't get in at all. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Same with my wife's phone. Might be my wonderful ATT service.
Generally a wonderful app. Simple. Easy to navigate. Easy to understand. But when its down, its down for a while
I have banked at this bank for 16 years. Everytime I had a problem, we had a resolution. When I call the online banking customer service representative responds accurately. I feel like, I can trust this bank. Just an all around great experience
Keeps crashing. Tried clearing cache and uninstalling but to no avail. Was working fine up until a few days ago.
It is an awesome app. I would just like to be able to get my username if it is forgotten. Its a pain to try every single username you can think of. (I still havent figured it out....:(...)
UPDATE on 3/17/2022 fixed loading issues. Just installed on two new Samsung S22 phones. The app will not load, freezes with a white screen with the JD logo in the middle. Currently working fine on my old S10 both on Android 12.
