This app is glitchy and freezes constantly. It's minimally functional as a scheduling/payroll app. You cannot swap shifts, release shifts or view change your availability on the app. After using PUSH and having to switch over to this due to a corporate change over in the company I am highly disappointed and unsatisfied. It's not efficent or convenient and causes more headaches than anything.
My job switched from ShiftNote to JDA last year and it's been horrible. You can't see the entire schedule, can't swap or drop shifts, there's no bulletin board and as of the last few months the Time Off Request feature doesn't work. What is the point of this app?
It doesnt work. I have a samsung galaxy s10. I updated my phone and it stopped working. It doesnt even recognize my employer's ID. It either says CPS not found or customer record not found. I need this app for work and I can not use at all. I have no other way to receive my schedule. This is the worst app ever!!!
The JDA system doesn't load on my phone and doesn't work on my laptop either. When I try to login in my computer it doesn't even register my account. I have not got into the app even once because it never makes it past the loading screen. I need this app for work and can't even use it.
The only reason I use this app is because it's the only app my work supplies us. At first, this app worked when it came to requesting time off. And then, for whatever reason, after being updated, the app does not work! Android OR Apple. What happened guys? It's ANNOYING having to ask my work for time off. It's very inconvenient, too. Most of the time I don't have the time or I don't remember to ask for time off in person; so please fix this app! I would really like to change my review to 5 stars
It works very very well. Great idea to put our hours on there also. It was a great experience with this employee app probably the best one I have use in a long time actually. Other jobs need get like this one here I'm glad I have ran into this one. Whoever came up with this app idea need to keep using them heads and coming up with newer ways, better ways, like this one right here it's the best thing happen to Employe Job Apps great way to keep up with all your important events, hours, job info.
I need help to change password not sure how to do? Message says password expired. Can you let me know what to do? Going forward to scan other reviews they are not so good. My POB has me using this app. but certain glitches. Unable to request time off. Why do you not fix problems?
If I could give 0 stars I would. The app itself is poorly maintained and amateurish at best. The website connected to said app looks like something my fifth grade cousin would do as a project and is even less well maintained Id advise against using a password you use for any other account as I am willing to bet it has various vulnerabilities packed in its unupdated systems. Overall if I wasn't getting paid to deal with this app it'd be scratched from my memory. Steer clear employers.
This app keeps saying "Authentication Failed" despite my username and password login not having been changed since being hired at Montana's in Kanata. Please review this issue and fix ASAP. Thanks in advance! Ben PS: Even my colleagues have complained to our restaurant manager regarding the app.
unfortunately I have to use this app for work and it doesn't work on my brand new Samsung phone. I have no other way to get my schedule from my employer. This is ridiculous... It doesn't even recognize my employer or login information.
It will let me sign in but, I can't use it beyond that. It just keeps loading and saying "Please Wait". I don't know if it has anything to do with my phone but, it is an LG V20. PLEASE UPDATE!
i can log in to the beginning screen of my company but then it sticks me to the beginning log in screen on "please wait". i have been waiting over 2+ hours. still no function, so does not work on newer phones by the looks of it. own a g6
Bugs abound. Can't change date/time in request off. Constant freezing. App clearly not maintained by dev crew. Shameful.
Last updated 2016? Wow, explains a lot. Worked for about a week and then no longer, even after redownloading. Unfortunately employer still uses--hopefully they move to other provider soon!
I can't login online despite putting in the correct information and I can't input the date I want to book time off. This is not the first problem I've run into.
can't log in keeps saying authentication failed or it'll log me in. it'll stay at "please wait" so I can't use this app. got a new phone galaxy s10e it worked fine on my galaxy 8.
its glitchy and I haven't been able to log back on since my password needwd to change. changed my password but can't get into the app. Very frustrating 😡
The app crashes a lot.. and the app needs a clock out time change request feature and notifications when the schedule changes
This app can be so frustrating.....I can view my schedules, but I can't request time off. Instead I have to approach my employer for time off because the app doesn't work!
I would give this a zero if I could. Can't request time off because it freezes and now I can't get it in at all. It doesn't recognize my employee ID all of a sudden. Worthless
This app seriously needs an update. The UI is dated plus the app is slow and clunky. Huge downgrade from the previous app that our employer was using.
If this app is used for companies' schedules, make sure it works for all devices, especially new ones! Does not work with my Google.Pixel 3
When it works, it works okay. It likes to randomly freeze on one weeks schedule though. A real pain when I'm in a hurry.
Doesn't load when I log in. All it says is "please wait" after I log in and it never stops loading. Please fix for newer phones
Wont even let me log in using my ID can log on the site but even then every time I try to change a schedule it gives me an error.
Apparently, when I tried to email support an issue, my email was blocked which doesn't make sense. My application is not working. Either at login screen, it says authentication failed. Or it will sign me in but then says cannot update, please wait, but nothing happens. Please help. Thank you!
