I have an android phone and when I put in my associate number and password it ask for the company ID. There is no place to put in the ID. I think this alpp would work if I can put in my COMPANY ID. I really need this for work so please can someone fix this. My co-workers that have Iphones they have no problems it works great! for them. Thank you Natalie
If you have to switch phones for any reason, the app will not work for you. It says invalid customer id. Complete garbage.
It says to enter customer id in advanced section. There is no option for advanced selection. Completely useless.
How am I supposed to enter a customer ID in the advanced menu when there is none. I've seen it on iPhone versions... please don't release apps to people who can't use them. Not many people who work here can afford iPhones unless mommy or daddy bought it for them
Downloaded all three JDA apps to attempt to check my schedule for work and have been unable to login on any of them on my Android. Y'all said enter a customer ID when the box for entering a customer ID doesn't exist???????? Fix it please.
Terrible app, doesnt work at all. Needs to be updated desperately. Especially for android users.
it keeps telling me to enter something into the advanced setting bit wont allow me into an advanced setting.

It keep asking me to enter customer ID in advanced section. There is no place for me to enter the enter the information. Do anyone know were to enter this information?
Look for the 3 dots icon at the bottom right corner, then click on advanced mode. Type in the customer ID, I typed in the name of the company I work for without any spaces.

This app doesn't work with newer versions of Android. Updating it would really be nice.
Asks for a company ID for Android users but there is nowhere to put the ID and nowhere to find advanced options. Please fix this so Android users can use this app for work!
I could smash my head against a keyboard and write better code. Even the web portal randomly works. I'm pretty sure some IT monkey at corporate got a nice kickback to make everyone suffer with the terrible software written by jda.

Hate this app. Very hard to use
Found a user with a fix for Android. First screen you see, not enter any info. Press AND Hold your back button. Then click on bottom of screen for advance options. If your employer name is 2 or more words and you can't get it to work, try the name without using a space. Next page enter your info and submit. It will not sink correctly with your calendar though but you can see your schedule.
Continuously kicks you out with messages like "forbidden" or "logged out due to inactivity" when we are working on the app. Sometimes we have to log on multiple times within a few second span due to the app not letting us log on. It's become more of a hassle than an asset and it causes us to waste time at work when we try to get it to cooperate. Edit: tried to redownload app on a newer phone and cannot enter "id code" or log in in any way.
