Having to use a verification code EVERYTIME you try to use the app is super annoying. Why do I have to use a code to verify every time I log in? The app is on my phone! Also if the don't challenge for 24hrs button worked, that would make it less annoying.
Almost a good link. With just a little improvement it would be good. The information is to vague, it doesn't have to be precise but the way it is is almost useless.
The app gets stuck in the very first screen. I get an error message"failed to save session" then it just keeps trying to load machine list with no result.
Very slow to load or to even show anything at all. My phone has full service and still slow, ill switch over to wifi and the app still acts the same. I expected better from Deere.
Would be nice to have an optional User Interface, so user can select tabs they want to view or order of the view. Like the new look of update 😎
It's ok, except the fact I have to send a verification code to another phone every single time I log in, huge PITA! Please change this!!!
Nice to make the maintenance plan but it's not that easy to navigate. Just seems like it could be easier.
Awesome app, as a John Deere field tech I couldn't imagine having to go back to when we didnt have this handy little tool!!
Loads forever and does not ever login. Even with correct username and password.
Will not open to create an account. Re-installed on my Android device and still doesn't open.
Absolutely HATE having to log in every time I want to use it! Should be able to stay logged on.
This app used to work great years ago. The more it gets updated and "improved" the worse this app gets.
Useful, but slow to start and download info.

John Deere's customer information was hacked. Phone numbers addresses names. This company works against the interest of their customers. Support the right to repair

It takes longer to load than anyone has patience for. If there are several machines in one spot you have to click on each one to see what it is then you can't get back to check a different one. It's very time consuming. I opened the app at 9:10pm and at 9:18 it's still a blank white screen with the spinning circle in the middle. Pretty useless. I'm giving up on it.
