I've used the app for few times now, primarily to reorder my refills. The stage where you select the medications, you are able to leave a note for the pharmacy team such as if you only need 1 month of a certain medication. Fantastic. It lets you select the day and time that you would prefer to pick up the medication. You even have the option of paying at pick-up or paying via the app. The procedure for ordering your medications is very methodical and well-organized. Highly recommended.

Nice app, it's been useful to order my meds, you should add the ability to save some information so you do not have to enter it each time like phone, pharmacy (should have default option with ability to override of needed).

Very useful and convenient. The possibility to add automatically a note when an order contain a specific treatment (rather than doing this note every order time - especially for lifelong treatment) would be great as well as a confirmation of some sort your order is taken in account (currently just send back to home) would be great and would make it earn its 5th star.

This app is really easy to use. You just need to go to your pharmacy for a pin then you're all set. You can see your meds and how many refills you have left and you can renew with just a few clicks. You can also be notified by text when it'll be ready. You can also add family members so you can be in charge of all the meds and renewals. I love this app!

I only use the app for my online health record (prescriptions). Works pretty well. Too bad the choosing of day/time isn't live with store demand. Usually if I call, I can get a hour a lot earlier than what the app offers. Also, it would be great if the app would allow my phone to save my password and simply use bio-metric authentication.

very easy to use and convenient. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is simply that it would be nice if it would keep the Rx in memory. one of my medications has the label on the box.. the minute I open it and throw the box the label is gone.. defeats the purpose of the app if I have to call in.

I said yes to block access to health record with fingerprint, but nothing happened! Did I have too high expectations? After exit and login, i was able to access health record without a fingerprint demand. I had to use APPLOCK to require print for the whole JC app in order to protect my health record. After some time, i opened phone again and found a dialog saying I had been logged off due to inactivity ( I had closed app, but did not notice a logout dialog) I was then asked for fingerprint to access health record. After a search i found LOGOUT is buried in main menu, 4 clicks away from where i was. There's a login problem asking for email address every time one clicks on Health Record!... What is point of fingerprint in this case? Reduced rating to 2 stars because of this. It would also be nice if Health Record was available to Medical-ID app instead of just people. Regardless, i could not find where to add anyone to record access. Android 8 LG G7 ThinQ

Barcode reader is picky and the fact that credit card info has to be done over the phone is a little bit of a pain. The fact that it retains no information, spell check is disabled, and that I can't even take a screenshot of my confirmation number, it's just plain lazy programming.

No fuss, no muss! Fine app, and certainly beats the phone service and by miles re the in-pharmacy method. The app behaves a bit differently on different devices and has some options available on some devices and not others, but in all, great app!

The service is great saves you a lot of time. However, there are times I did not receive notice by email that my prescriptions were ready, which left me thinking they weren't and I didn't pick up. I'm not sure if it's a glitch but important to look at. Thank you for the great job you all do.

Good and very useful app. A couple of simple improvements would make it perfect : a place to write the number of tablets/months/dose we want, and a way to see the prescription's doctor (for example, I may have the same med prescribed by 2 differents doctor but I don't know which is which)

Useful to order quickly before picking up the meds at the drugstore, but I'd like it much better if I could receive something like a confirmation email or text message to be 100% sure I got the info right. There's no way to review or find your order once you're done, it's a little bit strange.

So easy to use! It takes literally 30 seconds to renew prescriptions and the app reminds you when it's your last refill. I also appreciate receiving a text when it's ready.

Its good to set up pick ups. However if you ask for a certain time for delivery they will not follow it. I have had the delivery guy come at a time that i did not scheduel them to deliver so no one was home. If they have the option to set a time. They should follow what time the customer requests

I haven't had any problems so far and I love that you can refill a prescription and choose the time that is the most convenient. Also the notifications by text are great.

Super app easy to use. barcode scanner does not work for me. It has difficulty reading the barcodes, but may be great for other users.

So easy to use. I love using the health record to order my prescriptions. It shows everything that has been prescribed to you and you just click on the one you want to order.

Great app, easy to renew and keep track of medication. Can pay online or in store. Very secured app for personal info.

Over all good start but I could see several improvements. Ex: User should get access to past receipts or official statements for tax returns. Usher should also be aloud to categorize/organize prescription lists. For someone who has medication for mental health as well as physical it would be ideal to be able to sort them as such.

App works, but it's annoying there's no autofill feature or auto correct when filling out your information, making the monthly process a bit slower.

This app saves everyone time and is very convenient. I really like it. Also the text when ready again is a time saver; wonderfully done by developer or developers.

When it try to scan bar code, doesn't want scan often I have close the app then re-open it a bit annoying when you have scan more then one labs. Otherwise I would give 5 stars...

Excellent tool. Could suggest adding customer profiles to allow storing pertinent info to allow multiple clients to be served without need to reenter all data. Also storing a medication file would permit rapid reordering.

Wonderful application, I use it only for myself not for my spouse or child(since I'm the only one with several prescriptions, it's amazing to order on my photo and swing by later at the pharmacy for pick up. It's one of the ways I found to save myself a bit of time in my crazy schedules! Thank PJC

Great update 👍🏼, but I will suggest same feature as Laura asked, will be great to have a confirmation that the refill has been received, or even better, a status page to see order status, nothing too much, just, received, ready to pick up. Thx!

Great app. The finger verification works well and is super convenient. I love having access to my families health record and being able to order refills on prescriptions so easily!

Very useful. *update * is the app malfunctioning? I haven't been able to log in. I re installed the app but no luck. I keep getting error messages that say to try again later.

I love to use this app but the bar code reader dont always work. The image is dark qhen trying to scan the bars.

Love this app! So much simpler to access all medications and sort out everything! Easy to use and such a time saver!

I really love this app. It makes managing prescriptions easier. However, I wish they kept a history so we didn't have to scan our bottles each time.
