App keeps reloading the login screen in the newest update, can't even use it
Great. Very helpful. Easy to use. Only caveat for me is when help intervening where mistakes are being made...more then one department is involved there appears to be no way for information to be shared for a correction to be made. I've been to my branch in person on a number of occasions to rectify a challenge. Over the course of a number of months now the necessary course of action in need still remains. Otherwise I love this application and all the abilities it provides. Thank you.
Being able to deposit checks remotely makes my life more enjoyable !
Website is easy to access and handle. Also easy to transfer funds when needed. But, BEWARE if you somehow you don""t have enough in your checking to cover incoming debits. One would just logically presume that " they" would take ït from savings, no they do not and take $30.00 for a insuffient fund fee even though I maintain enough in savings. *Just really stinks because other than that Ì genuinely like the bank.
Great app and love the authentication! Very fast. Biggest problem wasn't huge but unlike most banks setting mobile check deposit required more steps then necessary and at least 4 or 5 days to get it to function. Otherwise great interface and so far easy to manage. I'm new and only using for 20 days.
just got the galaxy s10. the app keeps crashing and won't open at all. if I uninstall it then download again, it will work the 1st time I open it. after that it won't. 3/21/19...bugs with the s10 appear to have been fixed. thank you!
It's using up all my battery in the background. What? I was wondering why my phone was almost dead when the battery is usually good, look at it and 26% of my battery usage was for an app i used for less than a minute today. So you take it offline for 5 days so no one can use it, then you destroy my phone's battery life? Come on... It worked fine before. Fix it.
The app is very well designed, however since Christmas I haven't even been able to open it. I have reported the crash numerous times, would really like it to be fixed. The app is great when it functions.
This app will not remember my phone/computer. I have to get an emailed code anytime I want to access the app to check my balance. I hit remember device and after a few days it forgets it but still saves the name. So I have saved my phone as a different name to remember this device at least 10 times now and I am still having to get email verification codes that take a long time to come through at times.
I love being not always having to run to the bank/ATM all the time to see/check my balance. I love being able to just go online on the website and check my balance and pay bills anytime and deposit checks.. it's a great tool..
works very well! can instantly check all my accounts, pay bills, transfer money between accounts, deposit checks with my phone. very happy. this app gives you lots of power, and gives you the peace of mind of being able to instantly check things when you have questions.
Since the recent update the app has been trash! Everytime I log in from my phone it us recognized and I have to have a code resent to me and it doesn't allow you to use a name previously associated with the same device. Biggest headache ever.
User friendly online banking that even technophobes can use with confidence
Several issues involving the log in page. Very frustrating. Update, there is a new online banking system that is worse then the previous version.
App was fine until last Thursday when the app crashed and continues to crash only when I press mobile deposit anything else the app is fine but again selecting deposit anywhere and the app crashes
I constantly have trouble logging in and have to call to reset it. this app is the worst app I ever have trouble with my other bank (dcu) never had problems with it thinking about closing accounts at jdcu and I've been with them for over 30yrs they need to get their act together and figure out there mess
App has been bricked since the last update, works once but even clearing cache and storage both failed to resolve the issue. The app launches to a blank white screen until reinstalling the app
I've noticed that after I do a transfer, and then I tried to go back to my accounts, the accounts page never opens. I have to exit the app and go back in to view the accounts.
Ever since they made the last update it nearly impossible to access your credit card statement. Making payments for your credit card balance is also very difficult. JDCU you finally managed to make Mobil banking a horrible experience congratulations 🎉🎉🎉
Well my credit Union is usually pretty accurate but there's been a couple of situations where the debit did not show up on my side Of the online banking....!!!! The bank And I said that was strange other Than that the online banking is fine....!!!!
Wicked easy to use and always up to date. I love that I can check balances, make transfers and pay bills in minutes on my phone. Love this app!
Old versions of this app worked perfectly. New version locks up my phone every time it's used. Uninstalled- reinstalled, still doesn't work... Not good
Pretty well designed overall, no crashes or issues so far. The check deposit is very convenient.
I love this app, and I write software for banking applications for a living. UI/UX is amazing and everything works smoothly every time.
Since the updated the app is not that great don't show the amount you actually have. Had to log in to see the balance that's actually available.
I would love if I could rename my accounts from "savings account 55555555" to "Thailand Savings" (for example). Otherwise no other complaints. Saved me at checkouts more than once! UPDATE: I used the online feature and easily fixed my previous complaint!!
love it!! The only improvement I would like to see is the ability to make a budget and make and track savings goals!
its a above standard banking app. there are still things that i wish were more automated like Samsung/Google/Apple pay verification. but hey they're a small institution and they're trying their best so.
Over all reliable and easy. Desktop browser version has only a few advantages.
One thing that is a hassle, at least once a month I have to uninstall the app and redownload it. Reasons being it will forget the quick login, or in some cases it doesn't remember ny passwords at all and I have to retype my username and PW. Very inconvenient at times. My honest opinion. I hope they fix the problem fast.
