Very useless convenience. Because the rent price is very low. And secondly, when the ride cancel request , we do not get the notification. When we reach the destination, we open the app to report the arrival, then it turns out that the ride has canceled the demand.
Bad،I closed my account as a captain 3 days before the eid,and ithink the company she know dont have work through ramadan ,i thing that enough too reason
This app is very bad and very bugs included on it, please how can i call you when i have any issue, this is the first time i see company did not have any way to contact with his employee Please give your driver some respect to continy our work with you or we will cut this service and go to another company
It will be better if they add a contact channel in the app between drivers and support team. Another thing if the display the store name when request notifying. In general app is excellent.
They no longer have have available drivers, client services nightmare because of the following : 1) they used to give drivers cash which is the amount collected by drivers from passengers who pay through the app rather than the driver. They stopped paying drivers cash and insisted that drivers download an app that they could send money to. So most of their drivers switched to other apps. 2) they block their drivers for two weeks based on false passenger complaints.
Bad app bad price bad policy with the driver lot of bugs.... do not use this app at all
There are a lot of lags, not counting, faults, errors. Trip prices are very low. In case of fault call center not responding and not professional
This is not working with Android 10 . I had launched a complaint at Jeddah office .They said we forwarded the case to IT but IT is sleeping. Useless ppl not yet updated. This is one month it close with me
The app suddenly crashes every 20 minutes with the latest update. Also refuses to end the trip due to GPS issue.
Please make the drop off destination obligatory! We could take a lot more rides that way! Because if u didn't know some people have lives! When I'm going to work I want the option to pick up rides near my destination.. This way I can make at least 2 rides a day everyday. N Im thinking everybody wants free gas.. So why not? If a 1000 people do it that's atleast 1600 extra rides for u guys. And extra money even for people who have no time. No excuse. BTW Imnot sure u have this feature or not:)

Am driver in KSA, Its my favourite app, but one problem i face for third time that like today boy old cancellation free was 22 SR. But he give me just new ride vlue 8 SR. When i wrote 8 SR to charge but,this shows to me , you cannot collect an amount less than...plz enter correct amount.
Fares are very low for the driver. You can make some profits but it has to be short rides . Fares are better now but balance well vanish with no warning, yesterday was 14 now its -2 .
It's been 2 months since I registered but still I can't use the app to drive people because they didn't get back to me!!!! The worst ever
There is a bug, when you enter your number. It says check network connection!
There is a problem I can't log in to my account also I told the support about the problem and still the same problem is the worst application ever
there is one problem when i used my application i noticed that i been tracked by other people ,which follow me every where i go ,and they just move around me even if i been in disert . i hope from company to identify this issue and solve it weather it is by indiveduals by using my IMEI NUMBER or it is a policy of the company to follow there capten and drivers . waiting for your kind reply.
No any good response . even they give 1 option for home Delivery but not good. from 2 days no customers ..... only looking forward to seeing them...

Very good app They have fixed price not like careem price can change during peak factors I really loved this app so I will give 5 star Good job
New version is good but 1 item is missing map go to Google map not same Uber or careem my suggestion is please add map same app
Jeeny is very clearance is a very cute and very good app. At very difficult and troublesome time, Jeeny did very well with us and we are very thankful to be our device.
the distance between the driver and the client is not showin , please fix it ASAP
jeeny is a great app and program .And they use it very well The people .But the one who is bad is completely visible .I am giving 5 stars to jeeny.Genie is my life .By using the gene, the more relaxed it is, Do not get to anyone else .It is very light weight .Karim has a lot of weight .Who is sick He will use another app But using jeeny will not make any sick .
It's really worst experience with jeeny.. Whenever you need to call customer service no body attend your call.no response..it's really low level class...
Application is not working after last update today. Plz try to find solution.
