Jeep Badge of Honor

App has occasional glitches and sometimes badges are slow coming, but I must remind myself that this is a free program. That said, this is a quite amazing and unique program that encourages participation and brand loyalty.

I'm excited to get some badges. I have designed my Vacation time to go and retrieve badges in different areas...I wish certain events and meets where on here too like Jeep weekend in Crystal Beach Texas. Be cool to show off events ad well as trails.

Frustrating to check in. Tried dozens of times near the trailhead, on the trail to check in. Just got "Sorry you are not close enough to the trail." I took a bunch of photos using the app to document the trip and it only saved the first one. Thought i could possibly download the photos from my album into another device but can't see any way to do that.

Love the app and the information given for each trail. Enjoy the reviews from others and pics. Only negative is the time to receive the badges. First one took 8 months. Now my latest says Backordered... again.

Fun and encouraging. Jeepers are the most friendly folk on the planet. Looking forward to more memories.

There are a lot of trails in moab that are not.on your list. They are extremely hard note worthy trails. I would like to see those added. Thanks Aaron

Terrible app... I live in the Smoky Mtns Tenn. This app has like 3 trails within 100 miles. I see jeep trails on YouTube around here all the time. Don't waist your time. We have the Smoky Mtn 1000 here... look it up. None of that is on here!!!

It's a great app that allows you to see different trail rated trails all through out the U. S.. I love how you can showcase the trails you've conquered with badges. This app in a way pulls you in to want to explore different trails in different states. It makes you always want to figure out your next adventure.

Would've loved if it had more trails in the North East around the tri-state area. Because it doesn't, it doesn't serve a purpose for me, but that doesn't mean I'll give it a bad review since I see it serves a purpose for lots of other Jeep Lovers✌🏽

It hasn't deleted my past check-ins, but I keep yielding an error when requesting my badges. This happened before the latest update as well. It is annoying that I have to keep entering my VIN anytime I request a badge, but more so that the transaction won't even take. There isn't much else to the app and will agree with others; it doesn't list many trails even in continental US.

Honestly the fact that this app exist is just awesome. All I have ever owned is jeeps and I love off roading. Fender high mud is just liberty at is finest. So having an app that helps me find trails I had never even heard of is sweet and the ease of getting direction makes it perfect for trip planning. Would recommend to every off road enthusiast.

Used this fun app and am in the process of obtaining my first badge. I want to suggest several more trails in AZ. However, the app doesn't rotate to landscape mode and typing a thorough trail description in portrait format is a real pain. Also, is there a website that can be used for suggestions, making it even easier? Might help get more suggestions.

If you live in the northeast of the US then it's pretty much useless. The only thing I even noticed on the East at all was in Florida.

Ok app to Guage trails. It's not the most user friendly with the wide scale rating, and could use more approved trails in the north east (and I'm sure other areas), but overall does what it's designed to do and is a great talking point when at meets and shows!

I have 4 badges now from 2 areas. I love having them and being able to somewhat show the story of where my Jeep and I have been. You can check in at the trail, even without service and as soon as you get back to a service area, the check in will remind you to finish. Then request your badges! I love that i can get reviews and photos of the trails prior to going.

app update erased my latest trail check-ins. edit i am updating my review from one to three stars since badge of honor customer service added my lost trail back. Still i think the app is buggy and an update shouldn't erase any of your data. i love the idea of the program and i am enjoying it, the app from a technical perspective isn't great.

I drove over 2 hours, checked in from 2 different trails on April 2, 2021, applied for both the very next day, it's now July 20, 2021, 4 months later and no badges to show for. It does say submitted on the app too. Have a bunch of friends that went a month ago and they got them already. Tried contacting you 3 times through the email provided and not 1 response. The app is cool though.

Routes are great. If anything, it's a little too forgiving, though. You can check in at a trail and get a badge without actually driving the trail. There should be a check point required someone beyond the trail head before you can get a badge.

Wish it worked. can't upload photos, doesn't remember past trails. It will not remember my password. Does not email me a reset password. What does this app do? Now I'm home and it can not load my profile because no internet connection. I'm connected over wifi. please!

It would be really awesome if you could actually check in to trails, supposedly it saves your check in if you're offline and will put it through when you come back online, however it only gave me a too far from trail, try again at the trail head, even though it said I was 0 miles from the trailhead

I think it's great that their knowledge in the passes that they have in their program and I still can't believe this they're paying that for the shipping of them but there are a lot of other trails in Colorado that are even they need your knowledge it would be nice if they did otherwise I would have rated it a lot higher than I did

Ive looked it over and think its a great idea! Ive not had the opportunity to drive a badged trail, and there lies the problem. I would like to see more trails that could be reached and run in more places. I love the idea and look forward to visiting some of these trails. But right now, from southeast Texas, they are all "vacation" trails! Hopefully, more can be added. I will certainly put in my recommendation for any good ones i find. Ill be checking with local jeep clubs to see where they go.

This site is put together quite well. It has met all of my expectations and I have been able to complete 7 badge of honor Trails due to the app. Customer service is also excellent, if you have any problems navigating something. The staff gets right back to you. They are professional and courteous.

The app is fine, just everything else is not. I'm going on 2 months after submitting my request for a badge and it's going no where. I've heard other submitted theirs and received them within days. It's just ridiculous at this point. I will use the app to find trails but doubt I will even bother trying to get the badges. Just a waste of time.
