Jeep® Vehicle Info

I can log-in which I couldn't do on the Jeep app (icon w/ the black background). So that alone is worth 1 star. Other than buying parts, scheduling svc or getting an e-copy of the manual, I'm not sure what the point of the app is. I don't know that I'll keep it. I can log-in to Mopar online & am setting up u-connect. Mopar doesn't seem much diff from the Jeep apps & u-connect seems to be the app that will allow me to get a PIN to use for remotely locking, unlocking etc

Was a great app until it wasn't. Just stopped working with no real reason. Such a shame....I really liked it. Edit...if you are having issues, uninstall the app and reinstall. Works great again!

I can never log in. I always get an error message stating there was an error sending my data. I have changed my password each time I tried to log in and finally set up biometrics and I am still getting the same error message. The app is just faulty. Plain and simple

Worked great at first. Now it will not allow me to log in. As soon as I click log in it crashes. Please fix. Using on Android pixel 6

Up to date and now crashes. When i select sign in it crashes. Reinstalled, cleared cache. No help.

App was working good until it logged me out. Now it won't let me use the shop feature.

I was happy with how the app was working but all of a sudden it just stopped. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still not working. Can't schedule service and tells me it can't find my info. I've been using it for a bit more that a year. *Update After last update everything seems to be working fine now. I'm able to access my info, set appointments and look up my Jeep's info without problems.

This app would be great. However, I've had my 2016 Jeep Compass High Altitude since September and they still don't have me as the listed owner. They actually have me as a non owner. Despite my efforts in calling customer service and providing the documents/proof they've requested every time nothing has change. This app is a waste of time. It needs to be critically updated and so does there systems and customer service.

This app has potential but, that's where the positives end. There is a section that allows you to input maintenance records but, after you input the data, the mileage is not stored. It shows that the maintenance was completed but, it shows the mileage as "0". I'm dumping it for another app.

This is useful for entering and keeping service records. Also easy to see what maintenance needs to be done. A couple reviews said it wouldn't take their email. This happened to me too and was because I had already created a Jeep owners account online. The online account and the app are linked, which is nice. It doesn't tell you that the email already exists, just that it can't take it. If it doesn't take your email address go to the sign in page and do forgot password with that email address.

**update:** This app just updated with "bug fixes," yet crashes upon login... again. *previous review:* I can't use the app to schedule service because there's no nearby dealerships listed when there are quite a few nearby. I can't even access the manual for my Jeep, which is supposed to be a feature. This app is literally useless in its current state

Won't open. Says due to bugs. Waiting for fixes.

Update v2.0.29... Still Cannot play any videos under the Manuals section. Says... An error occurred while initialising the YouTube player. SERVICE_MISSING

App used to work occasionally now it jist closes when i click login. Prior to that remote start and lock unlock only worked occasionally. Come on guys i bought a 65k jeep amd you cant even suppprt your own

Just FYI...after update the app closed repeatedly when selecting the Sign In button. Finally, completely uninstalled and installed newest version. After signing in was taken to terms and conditions page. Perhaps there's a coding update needed to allow existing users to sign in after update and THEN go to terms requirement page... I think you have a slight hiccup. Thanks!

App seems fine overall but I can't view my Wave benefits

Crashes when you try to sign in. No longer works.

Faulty, I try to click the sign in botón and it just clases the app it does not let me do anything also my husband and I both own our vehicle he is abierto to view his stuff but mine it won't show me anything

update = crash Worked okay for a week or so now can't do much. can't set a dealer so can't schedule service, service records don't show up, maintenance schedule not available, manuals not available. I've done the usual tricks. Delete and reload app, delete cache, delete data, wave pine twigs over the phone while chanting Jeep Jeep....nada! Update. app is useless. don't waste your time

I was able to view the owner's manual before the update. Now it won't open and the how to videos will not play either. Please fix - update: very disappointed that nothing has been done to fix this app so the manual is accessible

trying to log-in is a joke. no matter how small I adjust the font to,I cant see the box to sign in cus it gets squeezed out by the keyboard and all the other stuff on the sign-in page. I've never seen an app that doesn't adjust to the font setting before. I hope you didn't actually pay whoever designed your "improved "app,unreal

Crashes every time I try to log into it.

Just, don't. Don't install this app. At one point I was able to register and login (Why, FCA? Why? Why do you require a login to an app once you've already set-up an account and logged-in to your phone? Worse, the similarly devoid-of-quality BoH app requires a VIN on every login. Because your life doesn't suck enough, I guess.) and use the app but now it crashes when I press the login button. Maybe the app is acknowledging the utter stupidity of the process and is self-terminating out of sympathy. Anyway, can't rate the app beyond it's ability to successfully prevent your login. Otherwise, it works great at taking-up memory on your device, so, yeah, one star.

Utterly frustrating. Ultimately useless. Leased second Compass & thought it a great idea to use Jeep app. First, wouldn't accept my email but would accept my wife's. But when I went register using the app's link to do so. Result: nothing. Repeated process 2 x further. Same result. If I could give zero stars I would. Don't app creators test apps before putting them out for consumption? If not, why not? Removed the app.

I can't see the service schedule until I select a dealer. Not sure why, but ok. So I try to select a dealership, but the app can't find one in my city...or my state, or the entire east coast. I know there's one 10 minutes away, but I can't add it manually. frustrating.

Completely useless for trying to schedule service. In order to schedule service, you have to first specify your preferred service dealer. Problem is, when I try to search for a dealer in my town, it says that there AREN'T ANY, even though I was standing in the dealership lobby at the time. If I can't specify a service center, then the app is completely useless.

log in is cumbersome, app once carried owners manual, now for manuals it just has how to buy another manual and how to connect bluetooth, maintenance schedule does not work, no customer feedback option just a q&a that you can do it, no contact us button, just a q&a to use the contact us button, service history is incorrect. This was once a good app, now it is close to useless.

Useless app on Android, this app is terrible. It fails to log your account in. Its not an issue with my account, I can sign into the webpage for Mopar successfully. It works correctly on iOS, on my iPad. But is completely useless on my Android phone. I have to give it 1 star to post this review, but it deserves Zero stars until the developers fix this.

I like that the app keeps records. I wish the recommended services would turn green when done and red when overdue. Also allow moving the app to external storage (SD card) would keep me from deleting this app when my internal storage is full.

Update: Now the app won't even run at all. It stops as soon as I to ty to sign in. It's useless...... App crashes a lot. Had to reinstall it several times to get it to work. Other than that it is somewhat useful.
