Jeep Wrangler Parts by ExtremeTerrain

It's a great app if you're just looking for a shortcut to the website, except that it won't play videos. It doesn't recognize that the YouTube app is installed on the device and takes you to the play store to download it. If you open YouTube from there, it doesn't go to the video that was the purpose to begin with. 4 or 5 stars when that gets fixed

I have Samsung S9. The app downloaded fine. Opens after login fine. Can't do anything after that. The options on the bottom of the app don't work. Like I press them and.... nothing. Can't look up anything, can't open my Saves, my Cart or anything. What's up with that!?!? Can ya fix it please?? Love XT but the app needs help.

2 years later. This app is nonfunctional. Why does this app still not work? Critical error messages, and crashing any time I try to browse the shop. Response times after selecting a button can range anywhere from 3 seconds to a few minutes. The advertisement that pops up when you launch the app takes a few minutes to load while you are staring at the home screen. I closed and launched this app 10 times thinking it was frozen before realizing the start-up was glitched. 2 years. Seriously....

Nothing will load within the search, clicking on any icon for category brings you in a never ending loop of never viewing items to purchase, it's unusable.

Used to be a good app, now...not so much. The app pages try to load but don't. Useless info (sales etc...) covers over half the screen so you only see 1 item at a time. Can't turn off notifications so it's sending alerts throughout the day, all day and night. Try to delete items from "Saved for later" but keeps giving error message and doesn't delete the item. You get emails with links in them and when you click the link it takes you to the opening page or submitted photos not the link page.

I love extreme terrain, I get most of my wrangler parts from them but this app is horrible, at least in my case. It was working fine for about a month until the app was saying that it needed to be updated and when I went to update it, there wasnt an update available so the app was just stuck. Ended up uninstalling it and reinstalling, but now it's just on an infinite loading screen, making it useless unless I want to stare at a loading screen. I will change my rating when it's fixed.

I find no value in the app. All the text communications, web links etc all take you to the builds section of the app which is not helpful or wanted. I'm only reviewing now because I accidentally let the text link bring up the app instead of Chrome. Pretty much garbage as far as I'm concerned and I've been giving it a shot for about a year.

Love the company, the app sucks. Haven't been able to make a single purchase through the app, had to complete all of them by switching to the website. Browsing through parts is not enjoyable either, the back button takes you completely back to the home page of the app after viewing a product.

Loads fine but unresponsive. I like the options the app should provide but if it doesn't work it's useless. Uninstalled. Reinstalled upon learning app issues were corrected. Unfortunately it still has issues. Now the app closes on its own and when it doesn't it's very slow. Really wish this app would work as I purchase almost all my Jeep parts from Extreme Terrain.

Decent app. But I experience some glitches. Logo screen appears and nothing happens. If I get a link in my email directing me to look at an item or contest winner, etc. It goes to the site and the same screen then to customer builds. My guess is with the additional stuff added is when I noticed the problems.

Overall pretty good. The only problem I have with the app is that when I click on their notifications about parts or deals, or whatever, the app doesn't actually take me to that item. It just opens to the starting page and I have to search for whatever it was that I clicked on. Half the time I can't remember what it was in the first place. They're very me too but more stuff if it took me too whatever they were advertising. Maybe it's a good thing that it doesn't get me there. =)

It was working!?! Now that I've updated it... Nope. Go figure.

Back button errors are annoying. Everytime you press the back button, it gives an error that you have to press "dismiss" 2 to 3 times just for it to disappear. The error says the developers are aware so I guess either it's a lie that they know or they simply don't care.

Slow and unresponsive. Try looking at builds and it takes forever to load anything. Try looking at things to buy and it takes forever to load. Try clicking on nearly anything either doesnt work or takes forever to load. Back button on phones dont go back either and alwith that dont exit the app. To sum it up, the app is worthless and i usually end up just going to browser to look up anything for extreme terrain.

Full of bugs, very poor response times, error messages at every turn, clunky, poorly designed UX/UI, lack of Gladiator options. Back when I had my JKUR, this app was terrible then and it's terrible now. It could be good, but it just isn't. I think they need a new CTO or fire the vendor that built this app and start over. I buy stuff from them, but this app is trash.

Love the website, all the products, shipping has always been fast, easy and on time, returning parts always simple. Love the community builds tab on app, but since update the app has been terribly slow and takes up to 5 minutes to change tabs. Please fix the app!

No longer impressed with Extreme Terrain. They constantly advertise "sales" and haven't seen prices marketed down from before the "sale". Black Friday was the worst of all! Their app is TERRIBLE!!! Half of the features don't work, is constantly loading, can't find where to customize "my Jeep" and several other issues. I really hope the get this fixed soon.

App sucks. One star, because I cant go lower. Stick to website! When you click a google site containing Extreme Terrain, it will carry you to it automatically, if yiu set it up that way, but then, it just sits there and has the wheel spinning. Does nothing. You have to then search on the app for what you already had searched on Google. I had uninstalled it and then reinstalled it hoping it would work. NOPE! Still the same. Ill stay with the website. app itself, will not work now. Delete it!!!!!

shipping is amazing! They are true to their words. app needs tons of improvements, very slow, laggy sometimes when scrolling. Sticking to website for now, but it is usable. Products sometimes dissapears. Not many options for certain categories.

Ugh. Will only display in portrait mode and looks like it wants to be in landscape. Half the content is wrapped off the screen. If you rotate the tablet to view it, nothing happens. I always have to resort to just using the website.

The app is easy to use, but the Support from the company is crazy bad. It seemed like everyone I spoke with there knew it wasn't good and was legitimately trying to help but just couldn't. Waited almost two months to not get the bumper I ordered, then was told it would be three more weeks until I got my money back. That's crazy to me. The woman I spoke with even thought it was crazy. Still haven't gotten my money back so who knows how long it will end up taking in the end.

It won't let me login. I already have an account with the website but it keeps saying create an account and won't let me get past the initial login page. This app seems like a good idea but needs work, I look forward to the fixes because Extreme Terrain is by far my favorite place to buy parts and accessories.

Pretty cool. Like that you can see parts in your color. Keeps changing my color jeep though, and the store page is very slow. Other than that the review and install videos are very useful and informative

Terrible. The products listed have horrible descriptions and are more than often not correct. They will say items are in stock when they aren't. They're really being shipped by their supplier half the time and their suppliers do not abide by their same perceived shipping standards and times. They are literally using pictures of my YJ for ads in their magazine catalogue and still treat my orders badly. It's been 10 days since my previous order and still says shipping soon. Items were in stock

It is stuck on an update page. When redirected to Google play to update there is no option to update. Seems like a good idea, but this is my first time downloading and I cant use it. Uninstalled and reinstalled over and over. Same issue.

App makes phone work overtime, so it heats up. Slow navigation, and crashes often. if there is no update soon to fix bugs, I'll just delete and use website, so far app is useless. Could be a good app.

This is a good app for most of your Jeep Wrangler needs. However, the app has some really bad lagging issues. I have to close the entire app and restart it again to fix it. This is the only thing preventing me from rating 5 stars.

App use to be good, now it's almost useless. App is apparently only configured for Wranglers, won't let me set my base vehicle to Gladiator. Old wish list items can't be removed, consistently crashes whenever I try. Love your site, use to like your app....

It used to work great, but now for whatever reason the app just sits there loading forever. Tried clearing cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Odd, but their mobile site is just as good in my experience. 1 star off for the app being quirky for now, but ExtremeTerrain are good people.

App is nice, but slower than a jeep crawl. Takes forever to load anything, if it loads at all. Too much waiting for this app. I coukd have searched 3 different search engines, bought 3 separate items, and had them shipped to me before this app would respond.
