Waste of money and time. Worst experience. Their only goal is looting money from customers. The prices are too high, for which app allows to view very limited number of contacts. After certain number of days, they stopped showing new matches, or keeps showing matches, with out photos. The software is also very bad, the app keeps crashing once a week, which starts working only after I un-install, and re-install every time. Yes

This app is full of fraudsters very less real profiles. I noticed whenever your subscription is going to end you start getting requests and when you take subscription no response from even same accepted members. It seems to be they tricked you to keep renewing subscription but seriously it's waste of time and money.

Apart from chat module everything else is good. Chat messages take long time to load. Need to open and close app several times. It's irritatting. It's free and looks like the team is testing the app from customer.

I dont wanna sound too scpetical and partial as initially the app was working fine however, since 2 days its been behaving weirdly as it doesn't open the homepage and it says something went wrong please try again later or no internet when i can use my other applications freely because there is no issue in my network connection. Tried manier times but failed with no improvements i dnt know if its a bug or the app is not useable anymore.

I personally didnot piked the application. The app shows exact opposite of your preference which is total time waste. I would suggest if you dont have the data matching the preference then kindly don't recommend. Thank you.

Worst experience ever I wish there was an option to give 0 stars... biggest mistake was to subscribe to one of there plan and they just out of nowhere suspended my account without any reason mentioned in mail...even though i had a verified tag in my profile..and now they are asking confidential information like salary details...and blocked my number from the customer care and not responding to mails i have paid for 6 months and can't even access my account... ticket no-2105639

Pathetic service, paid membership is just a scam,there is no difference, neither the response improves nor the frequency of requests. Getting 2-3 request in 15 days even after taking membership doesn't make sense, most of the request are from filtered criteria! It was the same in free account. Before becoming paid member they used to call again and again to convince me to become paid membership telling all the benefits and now even after requesting a call back there is no response.

This is one of the better, if not best, matrimony apps. While the UI is a bit old and notifications can be erratic, it offers two main things: extensive filtering that helps find matches, and messenger chatting with matches.

Worst app. Waste of time. After purchasing one of the premium packages, not getting proper service as mentioned. Also, I have done my partner preferences, but used to get matches out of my preferences.

Very pathetic experience. Don't go for it gyz. It's chat service is very poor. Customer support service is also very poor. I upload a video, (which as per app will be screened within 24 hours of upload), not screened for a week. Also they deleted my video after feedback and complain. Highly not recommended.

Forget about finding a match. The back end team willl make sure you wont find a perfect match. Even you have a 100% match there is always a declined reaction. Initially, I was not sure but when it happened for most of the cases I figured out that this is a big flaw and requests are getting declined from the back end not the end user. If this is not the case, they should add a feature of providing "reason for decline" from the end user.

Date: 21/3/2022:stopped working agian. Date: 09/02/2021: It's again stopped working. Not able to open it again. _________________________________________ Hi, I am not able to use application, as it always says "something went wrong, please try again later". I uninstalled tha app and login again be reinstalling it, but facing same issue. I also tried to raise the issue by using report section of app, but facing same issue. I didn't allow me to raise the issue. Please support so that I can use it.

There are lots of bugs. Application still not user friendly after updating. No contact details are visible in profiles. One can find this application very boring after use.

Getting a match? Well even after meeting all the criteria set, requests are getting declined. And guess what? Not by the end user but by backend team of Jeevansaathi. I sent a request to someone and it got declined. Coincidently, they contacted us through a nearby temple where we have provided our details. We asked them that they already declined our request on jeevansaathi. To our surprise, they said they never received a request.

Horrible app...they just put your profile at the top when they want money. Once you pay the subscription, you won't be visible anywhere anymore. Keep browsing the app but still don't think it would help you anyway. Never ever pay or use this App.

I've tried the paid membership as well and still awaiting for the geniune prospect. However, i liked the chat feature which is absolutely free now to interect and to know the right prospects better. Thanks JS! 👍

After creating a profile. Everywhere it's saying "something went wrong" even though i have good internet speed. Tried opening app multiple times. But issue remains same. Can developers team fix this issue asap Please.

The app is poor keeps crashing despite being updated version. Mobile Android is also latest. App stops working, takes lot of time to upload profiles, or at times doesn't open

Very good experience.. user friendly.. and didn't ask for premium membership straight away for having a feel. Only option missing is deletion of msgs sent.

Most worst full app i have ever seen before payment it works well but once you make payment it will turn into worse...back up team will not response you call or email, messaging option will not work, suddenly you match will be reduced to 10 from 170,80 before make payment.. Your profile visitors will not show. Totally money waste very very poor after service and technical team is so ineffecient Even though after complaint you problem through mail no one will sort out your problem. Al

Experience is good so far. Screening of the information is good feature. While chat, emoji's are not allowed i think because of its possible misuse. I hope i will not need to come back here and reduce the stars....

Waste of time and money with Eadvantage plan. When you're newer they continue call to upgrade your plan & tell you that you'll get newer matches and blah blah. Once you upgrade, and nothing matches with your criteria they'll reply back with your selected criteria are not matching with partners.

I think that that your software do not permit the user to be specific in certain fields for example viewer can't know the exact post /status of the boy/girl with "Adminstration services" or "HD others" . If the profile creater is given free hand to express like clerk, assistant, superintendent Cashier etc.it will be more explicit and clear to the veiwer . If you find it beneficial,I can give you more details to improve your platform.

Worst experience. No support from jeevansathi team. Send mail to help desk also but no help. Once money is paid their work is done. Now on app it shows to take personal representative and pay extra for that.

One problem in app if I login to account and not verify then it gives screen "verify your profile now" I want to login to different account but there is no option to switch another account except this I Uninstal the app and reinstall it.

Birth Time , format and setting need to be updated my birthdate is 14 and it's showing 15 due to time seting format doesn't have flexible option to choose. Other vise Very Good App....!
