GETTING STARTED
To use the Jeff Bank App, you must be enrolled as a Jeff Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Overall, it's good and easy to use. However most of the time it will have some error that occurs. The problem is occasionally resolved by restarting the app, but that should not be an issue regardless.
It is a terrible app can not sign into it. Have to contact customer service, but they close at 5 pm. I need to do banking after hours . I do not like this bank need to go else where, where there is better service.
probably the worst banking app/banking institution I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The app doesnt work when the bank is closed. which is at 5pm everyday. then every little holiday they can close they will. would not recommend using this app or bank.
I cannot make it to the bank all the time so I rely on this app. I sometimes cannot get into my account. Even with the security questions. They always say that I give the wrong answer. Its so fustrating!! They need to fix it.
It's adequate. Has issues with online deposits sometimes. Which is annoying. Otherwise, it's pretty basic.
When taking photo of check the initial photo has the bottom of the check partially obscured and required a second photo. And even though the check is contained within the 4 brackets
This is a great way for me to keep track of my banking information! Being legally blind, it's easier to use tgis than to try to see paper or even internet summeries!
So many glitches, it always has me reset my password then doesn't accept said password. Very frustrating
What do you have to do to make the bill pay work? I don't use checks...help?
need to fix this app. it doesnt register the security questions it makes you answer. very annoyed rn

Doesn't have all the website's capabilities, but at least now I can check some up-to-the-minute, essential data while mobile. I'd feel more confident about using it, though, if I knew what it stored on my device.
