Never remembers username. Waists most of appointment trying to connect. Another horrible appointment today. Had to call for a password reset but it still keeps asking me to add myself as a patient and then tells me I can't do that because there's already an account. I had to speak with the doctor on the phone because this app sucks.
I had a scheduled televisit with my provider, downloaded the app and filled in my information. Unfortunately every time I tried to connect to the visit, the app would stop and force me to close and start over. I called tech support. Hopefully they can help fix it but I was unable to make my appointment. I have an Android phone...UPDATE: I received a notification right after I posted this re iew that the doctor was online and ready to talk to me. I re-logged in and it worked fine.
After supplying info for 10 min THREE times, the app "stopped working" "jeffconnect closed" couldn't communicate with my PCP!! Aggravating! FIX IT!!!!!! Follow up: just tried to see Summary review..prompted to "log in" that took me to a screen with NOTHING TO DO WITH my visit summary And no log- in link! INCREDIBLE!!!!
As a phone app during this #scamdemic it's relatively easy & I was able to connect to my Dr fairly quickly. However... this is not good practice. I believe this is the future for certain practices of medicine, ESPECIALLY your PCP, who should know all (or most) of your health issues since most people need referrals for everything these days.
There are too many questions to set up tje app that are not necessary for teleconfrencing, also the permissions required are in violation of my privacy and not needed for teleconfrencing. My physician has my records so they should not be required by the app. Developer should do a better job for my security!
Provides ease and comfort when you need it most. I woke up in the middle of the night with an excruciating sore throat. Thanks to JeffConnect, I was able to avoid waiting endlessly in the ED or Urgent Care. I spoke with a doctor right away and they called in a prescription. I'd recommend setting up your account in advance so all the necessary information is there before you need to use the app. That way when you need it, you'll be able to connect to a doctor instantly.
Just set it up. Adding your birth date will give you carpal tunnel. Can't manually add it. You must use that calender thing to back 62yrs or however many yrs for your date . Have to add all meds in manually even though my Dr is a Jefferson owned practice , we'll see how the "visit" goes in the next 2 days.
This was the BIGGEST waste of my time and energy. Very invasive and difficult. Wake up and make a better system!
Awful! Representatives are not famaliar with the app. App very slow in connecting Transfered all over. and place on hold. Never spoke with Amanda Fox as scheduled for video 6:30 call. I should have drove to the office! #frustrated
I have been trying repeatedly (for hours) everything possible to download this app. It just hangs... perhaps like some of the IT folks that implemented this should.

Navigation is a bit too tuff. For Seniors and the Unskilled
It's an great way for those who may not be able to get to their appointments it can be comforting to older citizens that may need care and answers right away.
This app makes it hard to just pay a bill let alone trying to log into account
Just finding the Jeffconnect had the wrong info. But figured it out

Can not get in after creating a new login and password.
Before my hernia operation all my records showed up. After there it nothing. Even my appointments past and upcoming are gone. Only my name and DOB show up.

Absolute garbage... Whoever coded this app should be forbidden from ever using a computer again. Nothing worked, I was late for the appointment, then when we finally connected, the doctor couldn't hear me. We had to have a phone call going in the background, but then every sound was doubled up and we had feedback. The whole experienced raised my blood pressure and I didn't get any help from the doctor. For shame!
