It use to work fine but lately it has been freezing which I have reported and it still remains. Hence my low rating. You need to respond to issues more timely which use to be a plus for credit union.

Great app! It has everything I need as a member. And it's easy to navigate, and read!!
Does JCECU even care about app integration? If you try to login using a fingerprint it opens the side menu in a continuous loop. Close side menu, try to log in again, side menu you say? No. Okay here log in? Yes. Ahhh side menu? No! No treats for you Bad app!
