Since January 3rd 2019 the game has consistently stopped at start without reaching the gameplay. several reports have been sent but there is no reaction from the developer. actually the contact email address gives an error message type "does not exist"
Dont allow you to pass level 243 it has become exhausting to keep playing over and over . i love this game at first but now it over the season for me playing this is over.
It's been great up until like 2 weeks ago when it stopped loading. this is not the first time and I have uninstalled and lost everything and had to start over
Fun game, but this is the 3rd time I've had to delete and reinstall after I reach levels 230-250. Possibly related to recent samsung updates???
I like playing but i get to 240 and it not fun anymore and i uninstall and reinstall. The line barrer and ice to break is to annoying.

Totally love it! Only have 2 issues, when losing a love the get free coins button doesn't work and when exiting the mode where u collect cat looking sundaes to when prizes kicked me totally out the game. Otherwise great game.
Waited FOREVER on an update. This is the best match 3 app out there, & now it interfaces with Facebook! Only four stars because I am experiencing multiple crashes a day since the update, & when this happens a life is used. I'll be waiting for bug fixes.

I like this game but it keeps closing down. Very frustrating. Won't let me reload all of the levels that I have already completed.
I would have loved it more cos its one of my most enjoyed game,but its problem of sudden stop when its most enjoyed.
I paid 99 cents twice and $4.99 once for extra coins. the money was definitely taken out of my account but I was never given any coins. I have reached out several times for a refund and then found out that the email address that's connected to the site where you're supposed to go to contact them is not valid! Fun game but do not pay for anything! It's a rip-off
it want share with Facebook and you can't use the booster from the start screen nore the online gift because they want respond after you click on them you developers need to update this game are something it also closed out when i first started playing it after trying to share with Facebook but anyway it's know good if you can't use the booster
This used to be one of my very favorite games, but now it constantly crashes on my new Galaxy 8. I wish it would run on my new phone like it did on my old one. It was a terrific game, and I'm sure it will be again, when they figure out how to make it run correctly on the S8
It doesn't work any more :( And I contact the support but still the game not working.. thay ask me about the issue and I give them all the details but still:( again, when we get there update!!!! My phone is Google pixel XL and the software is Android Oreo. Please update the game.
Like another reviewer said, it crashes and you lose all your progress on that level. For me it was level 5. Uninstalled.
the game is good. and increases the thinking power and strategies. but I dont know one thing is that. how do I sync my level progress across my devices. I have 2 tablets and one phone. but in each device I have different levels. developer plese help in getting this sorted out.
