Jelly Splash - Line Match 3

Like everyone else, I've played for years (5), but I've been dealing with the Android glitch where you can't leave the screen for any reason or it freezes, and now I'm stuck in the update loop. If I uninstall and redownload, I can play a few levels, but once I leave, it says I have to update again. And there's no update. Clearly you have a lot of loyal Android users. You need to fix this or you'll lose a lot of players!

For the past several months the game has been freezing any time I minimized the window for a second, or tried to do ANYTHING else with my phone while the game was open--But I put up with it because I loved the game. NOW however, I can't even launch the app at all. It brings up a "this game has an update" screen, and when I click on "update game", it just freezes on that screen (or sometimes it will take me to the Play store, but there isn't actually any update available). I'm really disappointed

Game is fun, but updates are often unstable, purchases are not shared across devices, and progression through leagues is frequently reset, undermining any attempt to progress. Not to mention, high randomisation means that some levels can take literal weeks to complete, even if power ups are used liberally. It's fun, but it's not without severe flaws.

The game has been broken for a long time. Sometimes the ancient tower never appears, the daily login bonus thinks you have missed a day and now this update game issue. Seems like Wooga have given up on us. Anyway, I have a workaround so you don't have to uninstall or lose any of your progress. 1. Put your phone into airplane mode. 2. Open Jelly Splash. 3. Press play and start playing a level. 4. Whilst in that level, turn off airplane mode (I'm Android so pull down the top of your screen). Done!

I love this game and played for YEARS and then last year at the end of the year I started having issues (on android only) such as the game freezing if I change to another app or close it to answer the phone etc, not being able to make purchases and not being able to spin the wheel. I contacted Jelly Splash customer service and they told me the game is now ONLY for iPhone users and will not work on Android devices! I was appalled because I've spent so much money in the past on this game.

I changed my review back to the original 5 stars due to contact from the developer and realizing they really had removed it from the Play Store (I could still see a spot for it since it was listed as Installed.) This is one fun little game I keep coming back to. It's a keeper. I like that it's compatible with the S-pen as well, which makes it a lot easier to select just what I want. I wish there were an undo button, but it's still great without it.

Its spectacular except for one thing. It freezes up upon opening and sometimes the ads refuse to play and then the game stops working. Have to reopen it when it does that which is frustrating because I gotta start all over to remake the progress I was in the middle of making. Overall I love the game and new fun worlds

Broken, now! Since late last year, the game began hard freezing if I switched to another app. Since the last few weeks, the app tells me there is an update (with no way to bypass this screen), but the app store does not show any updates. Can't play at all, anymore. Uninstalls and reinstalls do not help.

I really enjoy playing this game, its super fun and great 2 pass the time. I enjoy that i can lets the kids play and it can be thought of a a game and tons of fun as im actually in all reality working on the colors and counting skills without them even realizing it! I just have a complaint about all of the ads it causes.

Help! On 6-11-20 I was playing the game when it stopped and brought up a screen saying update available. when I click on the update it takes me to the Google play store. The options there are just uninstall or open. I don't want to uninstall the game because I don't want to lose my progress and when I click on the open button it takes me straight back to the update available screen. It will not let me play at all. It is one of my favorite games to play especially on Friday when tower is open.

I have been playing this game since 2013. I love it. Recently, I had to get a phone upgrade to get rid of some periodic but annoying glitches, lagging and freezing, but it is so enjoyable now! (Upgraded to Android 7 to get a better functioning game.)

Can't play anymore! I used to love this game, but haven't been able to update it for ages. Emailed support and looks like the developers have dumped it for Android users in Europe. Glad I didn't invest any money into the game as I didn't see any notice of it getting cancelled. It's just rude! The message about support at the top of the page is just offensive as we are clearly not the best! Looks like I'll be downloading Best Fiends instead!

The game itself is great, but the latest update wiped away my entire progress and put me back to the beginning. 3+ years of levelling up (1000+ levels), gone. And since I am not about to spend another 3yrs to get back to where I was, I am just going to dump this game and move on. Very annoyed.

I love this game, but this app has a lot of glitches. It freezes everytime I open it. I usually just deal with the errors, because I love the game. My Android phone always tells me that the app has stopped responding and asks what I want to do. I thought it was just an issue with my old phone. The phone I got in December has the same issues, so I know that it's not my phone. It's annoying that the app stops responding when a call or text comes in. I wish the app would run smoothly everytime.

Like many other android users, I haven't been able to play for weeks. I've played this game for years, luckily have my account linked to my Facebook since I'm in the 900's levelwise and would otherwise be losing all that effort. The game pops up a necessary update, but when I go to the app store there isn't actually any update. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't fix it. Please fix your android version of this game, many of us would rate it 5 stars if we could just play it!

DO NOT INSTALL. Played game for years. Now when the game opens an update box pops up. I'm up to date. Cant get around it. Cant find where to contact support. I will be deleting this game. Dont waste your time with this game. You'll play for months get stars, points, and levels only to have to lose it all cause you have to uninstall and reinstall.

Great game to keep busy when I'm looking to play, but flexible enough to put down at any moment for engaging in the real world around me. The only thing I don't care for are the levels where luck seems to be absolutely necessary to win versus what seems to be a balance of luck and skill.

I've played this game for years. I am on level 685 and I cannot get past it. I don't even have fun playing it anymore. It's a pudding level and I have disliked those since you added them. I have done seven of the others and gotten past them after a while but it's impossible on this level. So I am uninstalling the game and I will have to start over. BOO!

I loved this game. But now it won't let me connect to Facebook so I can't use the wheel or have any of the extras cause I'm not connected. Also always freezes. Tried redownloading it twice but still have the same problem. Will delete till it starts working again

It just keeps crashing and crashing! And you guys don't pay any attention and fix it!! You obviously don't read the comments because there's a whole bunch of problems with it!! I love the game when it's working but it has crashed 55 times for me over the past 3 weeks. Why can't you fix it or won't fix it!???

i had the game once before and loved it. But then I downloaded the game on my newer phone and everytime i went to play, the whole thing would freeze so i would exit out but the music would still be playing. I uninstalled it on my phone and i'm hoped it would better on my tablet. I installed in started playing and it kept freeezing and eventually kicked me out of the app.

Won't let me update but having read reports of it taking me back to beging of game and losing the levels I have, I don't think I will be playing any more which is a shame as I enjoyed it. That's what happened with Criminal Case and took me to the start and I have now to build it up again after nearly 3 years playing

it is a fun game but it loads alowly and you cannot get 3 stars on some levels without using extras. 26Jun2020...game will not start without update but game is already updates...must be a bug. BUG still persists. Requests update but there is no update. Reinstalled and all my game progress is lost. When I run the app a second time after reinstalling it again aska to update...gives you no other choice. Do not bother with this game once this issue starts

What happened to this game?! Been playing it for years and it has been one of my favourites but lately the levels are getting way too difficult and impossible to pass. And now it won't even start and keeps prompting me for an update although there is no update in Play store! Have you been hacked or have you just lost it completely?!

Extremely disappointing... if they didn't want people to play anymore they should remove the game from the store! Have been playing for years until I was forced to stop playing due to an update that doesn't exist. Uninstalled and reinstalled to the same issue, you're made to update to play yet there's only options to open or uninstall....
