UPDATE (5 STARS) Works great and the content is awesome! Thank you. My children love it and we are pleased. Keeping our subscription. FEB/MAR 22 (2 STARS) Something happened with the app. It crashes all the time. The content was awesome. It used to work great, on my tablets, roku, firestick and phone. Now it only works on the roku. And that's about it. Sad. I will probably have to discontinue my subscription. Sad. :-(

Very awesome, clean entertainment for our kids. They are super helpful when we have a suggestion and very quick responses. Much better than mindless YouTube surfing! Note: the reviews talking about connecting issues.. that was definitely a thing but they are improving every year. This service as of right now has been working great for us.

I had problems getting the app to work & I reached out. They were able to resolve the issue & now the app is working great. I like the content. I think they can add more things of course. I like how they have a section for different age groups. My suggestion would be to survey families of what kinds of content parents and children would like to see on the app. I'm sure there are many families with great ideas as to what content to add. I use this app for my kids bible study at home.

Well the content is great, kids love almost everything that's available. Thats the problem though, the app is very wonky. The videos don't play sequentially as a series seems to start over from the beginning as in the first episodes. There are times when there is NO content available at all, just a broken video that crashes the app when played. Good content, very bad user experience. Wish this would get solved but may end up just canceling subscription instead of hoping.

Edited: There was a programming issue that prevented us from being able to enjoy this app as much as we wanted; However, after communication with their wonderful customer service, their update has now made the app flawless and very enjoyable for the children to use! Thank you!!

A great app with amazing helpful content which keeps crashing and this makes me to constantly reinstall it to get the programmes to show again. Please can you sort out this glitch. I only just resubscribed after a 2 years hiatus following a not so enjoyable use of the app. Update I have now found a way to go round the constant crashing and app works perfectly now. My 4 year old and I totally love the app and the different programmes are impactful, excellent and nicely done. Well done team Minno

The content is wonderful, but the app is terrible. I can hardly get it to work on my android galaxy phone. I won't renew unless the issues get resolved. The app closes on its own, won't load content, and today shut down because it said there was a bug I'm the app. Very disappointing.

I love the variety of shows, programs and bible study materials. The outlook is nice and catchy for children. I wish I knew how to download it on my TV though.

Horrible experience!!! App does not work! I spent over an hour two different times trying to get this app and there was so many issues I finally just gave up. Never even got to watch the 1st show because even subscribing was a nightmare. I agree with everyone else...too many issues here to be worth it.

Good content, extremely bad application. I would open the app and see no content at all. I'll have to clear cache and all data, then log in again to be able to load any content. If I close the app and open it again 5 minutes later, I will have to repeat the steps above.

My kids absolutely love this app, I just wish they would make more bible man episodes, what better way to let your children learn more about Jesus the Easter episodes were absolutely beautiful, God is so Good ..... I just wish we could put on more than 6 devices I would happily pay for more devices

I previously had issues and it caused my review to have 2 stars but I've changed it to 5 as the issue was no fault of Minno's. It was my own mistake. Turns out "auto-fill" for my email had the incorrect spelling. LOL Regardless I received very prompt and friendly service! Thanks so much, Minno!

Works fantastic on my Android tv. Cannot get it to work on my s22 ultra. Constant crashing UPDATE-THANKS DEVELOPERS FIXED AND IT'S PERFECT. NO CRASHING. LOADS FASTER THAN EVER

UPDATE: TO THE ONE-STAR FOLKS WHO LOVE GOD: Did you ever consider that the devil, who is real and active, is going full throttle to derail this platform? To be more practical if that's what you need, this company does not have the billions to put into IT development that a Netflix does. Could we, as Christians, be a liiiiiiiiitle more patient?? I see people writing this off so fast, and you forget that THIS IS A MINISTRY OF GOD and they absolutely need our support!! All Christian. All newer tech, no antique looks. Very kid friendly and family devotional-friendly. New content that you never heard of. This is the app and service we've been waiting for!!!

Usually this app works great. Recently though it has been a struggle for content to load, and it is constantly stopping and shutting down

Instant customer service feedback, to include personal response to feature request of categorizing this app as a Family Library app, so as to be able to install on multiple devices' individual accounts without paying for multiple subscriptions. This would greatly improve on the already awesome integration of Google Cast. It's super simple to use, and has quite a wide variety of show, both classic and newer. I can only hope they continue to upload more.

I love minno! Its a great tool to help parents disciple their children in the word of God. My children have learned so many bible stories and concepts using minno

Run away! Don't give them your credit card info! We had multiple problems using this (both on the app and the website), so we canceled. Couldn't do it through the app, had to go log in to the website. So many hoops to jump through. Our account was in trial status when I canceled. Immediately after I submitted the cancellation, the account status changed to active and we were charged for the next month of service. Super shady.

Content looks great, but it crashes constantly. Why is this not formatted for a chromebook? I could only get it to play on my iphone...very disappointed, as this is the best looking pp for a 3 year old.. improve/ update this app asap!

This app is the best answer to the screen time dilemma. Tons of amazing shows with Christian messages and Bible stories. Gominno saves us when we have sick days, rainy days and are travelling a lot.

Great content, but their app is terrible. Often doesn't load any content. Just watch from a browser.

App no longer works. I loved the app but the quality has been poor for many months. Does not work for Android S21. Unfortunately I will be canceling my membership

When I first got Minno I was really happy with it, even if it did have an above average amount of technical problems. For the most part it worked and the problems were easily overlooked because I loved their content!! Unfortunately the glitches are still there and two of our three favorite shows were removed from the app (paws and tales and superbook). At this point the only thing keeping us subscribed is being able to watch miss patty cake. Once we buy miss pattycake we will cancel.

Please make your app movable to an SD card. We use the download and go option but have an older device with very little space, so we can only have one 30 minute show at a time. We'd like to be able to use our new SD card which was added for this very purpose. You know how helpful it is to have your kid's favourite shows on hand! Otherwise great content, will be 5 stars if we can have this feature!

After struggling to get my account, I try to log in on the app and it says no user found. 🤦‍♀️ Will definitely be canceling if this cant be resolved.

This software is very slow in loading, making it difficult for viewing. The playbacks is one of the very worse experiences I ever had especially for children's App, it does not load quick and have an unending breakages especially when watching Bibleman, so eventually we have to stop using it, even though we paid for the full year

my family loves this app! i almost didn't bother with it when i read reviews about not being able to unsubscribe or cancel it but i think those were internet trolls trying to give the app poor ratings. super easy to unsubscribe from it. anywho the content is great because of the simplicity and innocence of it. my only issue is that I cannot get it to play on more than 1 screen at a time. also on our tablet it wont seem to play which is odd. a few kinks i am sure.

For 2 days now I cannot cast to my tv. Very frustrating. Only had app fpr less than 2 weeks. I've done everything imaginable. Waiting for a response from the Minno support team. (Maybe some more bugs need to be squished.) The app itself is great, when its working. I like the shows. Great conversations with my son about the bible.
