The app is very laggy compared to other m-banking app I've used (BSI and Living). Loading the screen lock, loading the home page to properly appear, and when switching between menu takes a very long time. It makes for a very frustating and inconvenient experience. Especially when I need to finish a transaction quickly. My intetnet work just fine.

Really frustrated with the page load time. I couldn't even do a single transaction for the last 4 hours. Buttons are somehow disabled and the page is suddenly freezing. What a bad experience for digital banking.

Good app but long loading time. E.g open screen, switch to see wealth, move balances, make transfers. Compared to other mbanking app, this one takes time in switching pages. Perhaps consider not tp load every info all at once and use simpler icons. Also many bugs (e.g unable to download transfer receipt from in/out)

Used to love the services and the app. I don't know if there's a change in policy or not but recently I need to wait 24 hours after transferring money from another bank before I can't use the money to buy something using visa. Whereas previously I was able to make transactions using a visa immediately after I transferred the balance. This made me want to start looking for a jenius replacement.

It's a great app, untill you want to change your device, it will turns into so much problems. The other banks didn't need to do anything for change the main device. This is a "digital bank", right? Please upgrade your methods to make the user comfortable using the app, or at least enable multi device (smartphone). Thanks

I uninstalled Jenius about two years ago because I no longer used it. My account was dormant for more than a year, then I gave a third chance to Jenius because I need to use it for PayPal transaction, so I activated it again. It's beyond disappointing because Jenius charged me 120k for "feesible". Seriously, they also charged you even after the dormant period, this doesn't happen to other banks with the same case. It's more like a robbery than banking. The app also loads too slow.

Nice app for saving and numerous transactions including its online debit capability for such wide online transaction. One feature that I love most, moneytory, give us summary on our monthly transaction with automatic classification. This makes controlling our financial plan easier. One thing needs to be improved, this apps is quite slow.

It's a great app in general if I look at the facilities and services. I love it. BUT the app is soooooo slow to load now. Jenius used to be my main bank due to the convenience and many cards that I can have for different purposes, but I've moved to another app/bank because I can't transfer or make payments when I really need to. I see that many people are complaining about the same issue... Please fix it real soon!!

Used to be revolutional banking system since they are one of the first to introduce digital banking in Indonesia; but right now I dont think the app works well anymore. It lag so much. It takes more than 20 seconds just to load the view receipt options for every tansaction I do. If this goes on, I might have to reconsider a better app for my day to day transaction.

when changing phone, can't login to new devices, because "session expired, need to login" without any notification that we can only use 1 devices. and in the app can't unlink the devices unless we call the customer service. So confusing because there is no information on the app about this 1 app only policy. please add option to unlink devices in the app and give notification if there is login on new devices that we need to unlink first. very bad experience with Jenius.. not recommended for the long term

The entire virtual banking concept merit the "genius" name. However, app stability is crucial! When it works? Great! But that is far from many. This is a banking app! Reliabililty and stability is key. There is too many issues on the server side and the client side.

I really liked this app. I have been using it for my electronic payments to buy ebooks in Google Play Book. But there are some things I dislike. Firstly, there's no other way to access it on new smartphone unless I contact the call center to get the app unlinked on my old phone. It is both time and cost consuming because I have to have "pulsa" while you know nowadays people rely mostly on internet-based calls and messages. Your app is based on internet so why don't make it simpler? Secondly, the respond in help center through chat is too slow responding. I bought an ebook and my card was declined in the e-commerce but the balance in my account was cut two times. I understand that there will be some troubles like this but please do respond quickly. I had to explain my trouble two times to two different people because of the slow responding. Please do improve this.

App too slow, loads of bugs, and workflow from login, inserting otp to setting device pin, leads to error. I got logged out again and again. I'd rather not have Jenius, more troublesome than its worth.

It's a good app, revolutional. The downside is, I don't like how I have to call the call center just to unlock my device when I want to move the app to another phone. It's just so unnecessary, time consuming, annoying, and it consumes money (pulsa) to call the call center. Other banking app can do just fine without annoying step like this.

This is a good apps for ewallet and mbanking. I love the UI UX design, it's so simple, fresh, and eye-cathing. Pokoknya user friendly! Aktivasinya juga cukup mudah dan fiturnya lengkap. Jenius also has a good service jadi sangat safe buat financial kita. Enaknya 1 bank tuh udah bisa macem-macem, kayak menabung, transfer, top up, bahkan bisa buat beli netflix dan spotify juga ternyata. Recommended!!!!

Very useful m-banking aplication, easy access, easy registration and the UI/UX desain make it simple to use. I can top up to many e-wallet with just one aplication and transfer to another bank for free.

Sorry I have to give this app 1 star review. So, recently I've moved the genius app to my new phone and suddenly I can't do log in?! I've been trying for so many times, but everything is the same, when I input the OTP numbers, it says "your session has expired. you are now logged out automatically" hell! Please do your job properly to fix this problem. And I refuse to go to the branch office, because this is a problem that you guys the developers can fix it. Thank you.

I don't know why this is suddenly happening to me. I never have any problem with Jenius Application before, I know that it was always slow in responding when you try to open your app, but this thing happen to me now, never actually happen before. So, I really want you to help me. I couldn't sign in into my own account. Everytime I try to sign in then set my pin, it always said that my session is expired, so I logged out automatically. I already try to uninstall the app but it didn't work either.

Please think twice if you want to start saving at Jenius, the apps is taking too long to load even the homepage, let alone do the saving or bank transfer. I never ever successfully downloaded the receipt even though the feature was there. To make it worse, it has been months this issue occured to me. As a long time user of mobile banking of some other bank with very simple yet responsive application, i think i will be thinking to move all my saving if this issue still persist.

I forgot my password just a while a go, and its annoying and unnecessary the steps were, already the call center 3x with no help at all, wasting my mobile.data, and then chat help center, already provided my full data, which they verify that takes a lot of time as well, and then they tell me they will send an email 2 days later with link that is only active for 30 minutes since it was sent. And the worst thing is they cant give certainty at what times the email will be sent

The app is soo sloww compared to my other mbanking: BNI, MANDIRI, DIGIBANK even SEABANK.... It takes time for loading and move between each pages, not like the application a few years ago. Pls fix it if not the consumer will leave you even more your saving rate is not that high.
