Great app! Nicely laid out. Two things that I would appreciate seeing are: Search, which allows you to find a job by it's name or it's job description. We have a lot of jobs and views, so it takes a few scrolls to get where you want. Toggle button to choose, whether you want to see job name or job description. Job names we use are usually file friendly (no spaces) while job descriptions are human friendly. Keep up the good work!
The app is really cool and easy to use, but right now it presents some bugs in my Huawuei phone (android). When I click on a Folder to access to subfolders or jobs, I have to click "refresh" to view them (they don't load by default). Also, the logs shown in an executed job are incomplete.
Hi, The app is marvelous though it needs some attention. - Logs need to be organized in a readable manner. - Parameterized jobs cannot execute through app. - Delay in job status refreshing. Other than that I would say the app is really good and easy to use. If you can make above changes, I can recommend the product to my peers. ----------- Update: Hi mobilab, Excellent, I already tried it works fine. Thanks a lot for the quick turnaround. I'd like to see the pipeline features in future. cheers
Nice looking app, but when I try to start a build that prompts for a text input parameter, the app gives me no way to input anything. So, I can't start any jobs because they all require a text input. This works fine in a mobile browser.
I can't get past the "Create an Account" screen, I enter the URL for my jenkins server, username and password and select https, when I tap on the "Create Account" button, I get a red banner stating: "Something Failed! Please confirm that you filled the above fields correctly" Does not provide feedback on what field is causing the issue. Update: I downloaded the latest update and now the app works exactly as I expected to. Great job on the update.
I like the look of the app, but it just doesn't seem to work very well. It times out listing jobs (we have hundreds of jobs), it doesn't even show all the jobs currently building, it doesn't seem to handle folders (found some PR build and was hoping to browse back to the mutibranch pipeline folder, but there's no folder breadcrumb or anything). could be great but currently seems kinda useless. 😒
Great. Some views are showing jobs which do not belong to them. Is there an improvement showing parameters of a job? Logs of a job have a line ending issue. It's really amazing that a view named 'UnconditionalLove' is automatically displayed as 'Unconditional Love' in this app. Quiet unexpected!
Great app does all the basic really well. To get that extra star just keep working on it. 😀 I'd love to be able to filter build results by failing tests only and set notifications up so I get pinged if a build fails.
I don't understand how this has such good ratings. I always get a 404 error on my jobs, although I can see the queue and other components. Accessing via chrome provides a better and most importantly working interface.
App works great in general, but missing some features that are present in the Web UI like editing scheduling. Also noticed that the apps does not seem to understand line breaks in the logs of a pipeline even though the Web UI does.
Hate to rate it 4 stars as the app has a gorgeous UI But the reason I'm doing that is, not able to fire builds. It gives the do you want fire the build confirmation popup. But doesn't do anything after that. Please fix this.
Good app, just started using it. Few questions: I have jobs that list branches as a list box instead of dropdown. This param selection is not shown. Also for a checkbox list is the same problem. Another issue is it does not highlight the pipelines that are currently running.
It's usefull app but I think the app should add the search box for jobs tab at least or all tabs if possible. As I have many items and have to scroll up/down for selecting. Thanks.
Thanks, that works, wasn't even aware of the API tokens. Unable to sign in. Our instance uses the GitHub plugin for auth so I don't have a username/password and as far as I can tell there is no way to get past the Create Account page.
It is a good app however it has some serious limitations that make it virtually useless for our needs. 1. No support for Extensible Choice parameters generated through Groovy script 2. No support for Active Choices Reactive Reference Parameters generated through Groovy script Once these are supported we will use this app quite a bit. Thanks
Love the app! but we have so many jobs that it wont allow us to scroll to the bottom, will update once fixed! UPDATE 03/22: The bug I found regarding scrolling was just fixed, these developers are great!
The app is very good but I encountered 2 big problems: 1. When I want to run a job, I don't have any available field where I can indicate on which machine I need to run that job/build. 2. Sometimes it is very slowly and is not reacting, so it is a must to perform the restart of app.
A missing feature is to allow connecting without username/password. For example in my company we use GitHub authentication to connect to Jenkins. So we don't have a specific user/password per employee. Thus I can't login to Jenkins with the app..
App looks perfect...very helpful to check build status, test results and triggering builds ON THE GO! Would be nice if configuring projects/jobs is also possible 😁😁
Looks good, but I can't connect to server through cloud IAP (GCP). Is it possible to get access to the cloud with my Google account cred and then log in to jenkins? Also would be great to add support for any multi-factor authentication. Thanks!
It needs to refresh manually, after entering Folder everything seems empty until you refresh manually. Fix this please!
I wasn't able to trigger jobs and support help me to solve it ("CSRF Protection" has to be enabled). Now everything works fine.
The app seems well designed (from what I've seen yo far). Unfortunately I'm not able to login because we use the GitHub authenticator plugin
Good and clear user interface. Perfect for taking a quick look at job status
Looks great and I'd love to use it. Unfortunately my server is using Google OAuth which doesn't seem to be supported ATM. Or I'm just not finding it :)
needs more integration with jenkins and blue Ocean, also the job logs makes my eyes bleed, rest awesome as i understand is an early new version
Had to try even when dont really need this but UI is freaking clean and its easy to use. Works great!
It doesn't support client side SSL certificates so I'm unable to use it. I'll update this review if ever this changes
Looks good. It would be useful to have a pipeline view. Also some way to save favorite views/jobs and additional launcher icons for those things. We have got a lot of jobs and it is hard to find the one you want particularly if you are usually going back to the same ones. Pull to refresh on views is pretty standard A way to filter test results
