Love the company, clothes, shipping - everything about Jenny Boston Dropped a star because need a way for notifications to be separated - please make an option to be notified for when Lives are happening and to turn off when new items are added to the feed. I've had to turn off all notifications since they were too many alerts during the day but now am missing the lives 🥺

The app runs great and I'm happy with most of what I've bought. The videos are helpful in showing how things fit, but I do wish they'd offer returns instead of just store credit because it's still tough buying clothes online without trying them on. Overall, they're a great store and I'm happy to buy from a local-ish small business.

When they add new stuff it'll notify you so you don't miss out on something. Things sell quick. Good quality clothes. I love watching videos of the items. Hardest part is choosing what color or like I do sometimes just get it in all three colors!!!

I have added a few items to my favorites and provided authorization to charge & ship when they're available and I have had those items looked over, never sent and simply removed from my cart with no explanation. Not sure if the app is monitored for those that are pre-approved.

I'm in love!!! I have been super happy with every single item I have received! They all fit great whether it be a top, pants, vest, etc!! I get tons of compliments as well!! Excited for summer wear to shop for!! App is easy to use and navigate!!

Clothes are incredible! Each clothing item has a video so you can clearly see how it fits. Love this boutique and how simple the app is to use. Thanks for the holiday coupon ladies!!!

Can't preauthorize on the wait list. I'm on android phone and the preauthorize slide don't show on the screen like it use to. I haven't been able to go to my order history either.

app is working seamlessly, no problems so far. It's quick and efficient; just click on the button and your done. I've had this app over a year and don't have any issues with it.

Love this store and app. I live in RI, so I can't get to the store often. This is a great way to shop without leaving the house. I live they style for me. It's stylish, but doesn't seem like I am trying to be younger than I am...53...live the live models and chats that describe the material, fit and sizes.

Easy, clearly explained sizes for everything listed. can pre-authorize things on the waitlist in hopes you still get that item. Love to hit the store in person too on occasion

I love this app and Jenny Boston! It let's you know immediately if the item you want is available or on waitlist. I feel that they keep it updated with the current inventory.

Love the clothes sum are tighter then Id like in certain areas but still great.. just wish came in more plus sizes other then stopping at xl, too for more loose fitting look and to hide the places not like most.. . My friends are always asking where i get my tops from and a couple the rompers and i say Jenny Boston !!

Easy to navigate & find what you want. I had an issue with one of my orders and they quickly made everything right. Wonderful ladies to deal with. Terrific company all around!!

Love how you can see your past orders and track them, shop, pay and join the live videos (plus comment and purchase- and see prior items shown from earlier in the videos while watching) all directly from the app!
