Original (1/5 stars): The app worked the first five hours I had it until I submitted a new email address. It lost all my information for my plan and ability to track anything for my weight loss... Update: I had to uninstall and reinstall the app. When I entered the new e-mail it was easy to regain access to my account and all it's information. I am giving this app a second chance.

Concept is good but functionality is terrible. Menu substitutions do not synch with weekly planning which throws off daily meal tracking. Looking to another day's menu messes up current day entries. There is a lot of room for improvement in every area. I do like that there is some integration with my Fitbit.

Horrible app, not user friendly, frustrating. A hint would be skip all the bells and whistles. Your customers are in need of assistance to reach their weight goals, all ready broken and stressed out. So skip the bling, so make this simple, straightforward and see your clients become more successful.

So now that the menu issue is worked out it works a lot better. The only thing I would change is when I substitute things through the week I have to change the specific day I'm on. This creates an issue if I change the day to let's say the last day then the next day goes to the next week because it erases my substitutions for the week, then I have to guess which substitutions I made. It's hard to describe in a review but just a way to check the whole week schedule and interact with it would be👌

I hate this update. I can't edit the start and stop times for rejuvenation anymore and can't get the bar code scanner to work. The menu substitutions are not up to date-has lots of items that are discontinued. Can I have the previous version reinstalled? Update: 10 days using this new app. Still hate it. Have been unable to find any workarounds for the issues with new version especially not able to edit start/stop times for rejuvenation. Please fix

Too bad I can't give this a 0 stars. The new update is absolutely awful! They have added a landing page which has weight, Next up, last weight, next appointment.... OK, but not necessary. The functional stuff doesn't work any more. While I like the Jenny Craig diet with there good foods and variety, THIS APP SUCKS! 1) The menus are not updated to include current menu items. 2) It is difficult to see history of activities. 3) With the exception of Fresh and Free, none of the resource pages are active. (fails on visual clues, getting started, grocery list, and limited foods all show Webpage not available) 4) The app feedback doesn't give a location to send the feedback 5) The next up isn't relevant if you are managing your own sequence for the day 6) If you change the menu type, it defaults back to what you were on previously instead of working forward with that menu 7) It says that it is time to start your fast at all hours... Yesterday it told me to start my fast at 11AM. 8) The sliders which are to allow you to enter changes don't work on most fields. 9) Who knows what the Rejuvenation is? What ever it is, it doesn't work. 10) They won't allow you to put in measurements except on the active date so you can't go in and put in your original measurements. Fix this thing! And more specifically, be sure that the app has been checked for quality control before you publish it out to the world. OR GIVE US A CHANCE TO GO BACK TO THE OLD APP. I didn't love it, but at least it worked.

I am starting my 5th week on the program. The app will no longer show my menu or any tracking I have done. It stopped at day 28, week 4 and will go no further. It is currently not loading any of my results. Very frustrating since I put my daily weight, nourishment times, and exercise times on the app. I mean, the program is supposed to last longer than 4 weeks, correct? Please help fix this problem.

Simple and easy. My only complaint is that if your new to the app and not sure where to find your menus, it doesn't really tell you that? Or at least my coach person didn't inform me. Next I would suggest if we have the option to put it when we ate. Ik I'm a forgetful person, so either I miss the time I should've eaten or thought I ate pretty recently. Oh, and dark mode would be great. Hope someone that makes the app sees this. 👍

The app is great when it works. Plans ["new" menu's]tend to frequently disappear. It causes an inconvenience when it comes to preparing & tracking meals for the week/day. While I have my paper calendar, the app is more convenient🤔when it works😕 In addition to that, the connection with Fitbit is not stable as I find myself having to often [re]connect the two😒

Possibly the slowest and most cumbersome app I've ever used. Click...wait wait wait. Unintuitive and lacking features like a quick reference to Jenny Craig food items. The App Feedback function doesn't work. I've reverted to printing menus and doing a food log on paper. This app offers nothing to the experience.

I love this App. My Jenny Craig councelor is able to keep me accountable for my actions. The App has been great for 3 weeks, tracking food, exercise, and water, along with weight loss progress etc.! But now for some reason in trying to use the App it crashes and won't open. What happened!??? Please Help restore the App. Once the capability is restored I will change the rating! Thank you!

This app did an update last night. I hate it. It doesn't work ever. Pondering switching to nutrisystem as their app doesn't suck. Why did you change it when it worked fine. Camera doesn't work anymore. Can't scan items. And I hate my Weight being in giant black numbers on the front screen when app loads. Now I have to custom enter everything. Worse every day.

The Worst app ever. Constantly crashes, can't sync with health apps as states. CSR response is, "we know. Sorry." At least spell the company name correctly in your app!! I'd give it a 0 if I could.

I have installed, uninstalled, reinstalled the mobile app several times and it keeps telling I need to connect to the internet. Mmmm my cell is connected to the internet. Not a good way introduce a new client to Jenny

The new update shows a person's weight, in large font, at the top of the home screen -- ensuring that anyone standing nearby can easily read information that many might consider private. If there is an option to place that number elsewhere, I would prefer it.

The old app was much better. The new one, I have to uninstall and re-install so it will sync up with my fitbit at least 2 to 3 times in a day. I'm about to delete the app altogether until they figure out the bugs. But on the plus side, when I have reached out for help, they have been more than responsive.

Update July 6 2021. I have been using the old (prior to June 2021) version of the app with only small issues (added foods cannot be deleted or edited). But the update on June 8, 2021 has at least two serious design flaws. 1. Start of fasting time (I.e. stop of eating time) cannot be set manually but only by starting a countdown timer. People forget or are too busy. 2. Entering recharge bar ends fasting timer. (Now corrected). And Fitbit sync isn't working properly on Android phone version

Not a flexible app. I dont drink the Jenny shakes, I eat the Jenny anytime bars instead. I am unable to toggle through available Jenny foods to replace the shake with the bar, and no I am not going to manually enter the name of the bar in the additional foods section when there should be searches and ability to add that way. Needs a lot of work to be worth the effort. 9/22/19 Update: Recently the menus have changed at Jenny Craig, however the app did not update the menus. I am unable to track.

I have been encouraged to use this app, however I'm unable to figure it out on my laptop. I don't use apps on my phone so I don't find it very useful at all. I've used myfitnesspal for quite some time and really like that app.

I can not open the menu portion of the app. It just crashes. Can access other tabs but that is not why I would use app. I called, they say delete- install, delete cache the say well I don't see other reports. Read the reviews. This has been happening since 1/28 update. Something is wrong.

Great job on the Jan14, 2020 update. Love that it now syncs with what my consultant enters at the center. When will the new menus be added to the app? Once that is done....5 stars! Great job on the Dec 2019 update. Much more user fruendly interface. However, the company updated the menus and those new menus are not reflected in the updated app.

Just signed up and can't even get into the app. Installed then uninstalled. App keeps crashing. According to the reviews of App, it seems like a consistent problem. For the cost of the program, that is shameful. I am thinking of changing my mind. Not a good first impression! Disappointing!!

Just OK. I don't see the benefit of logging things. It doesn't calculate calories for non Jenny foods nor does it total your calories per day. Non Jenny foods are cumbersome to find and log. (search isn't very good) It doesn't attempt to calculate calories burned during a particular exercise. It does show a chart of you weight's history. It is helpful to see what your food items "should" be that day and to read the Getting Started Guide on your phone. But paper is just as good for this and doesn't take any time. I don't use a Fitbit, so maybe uploading activity from that would be nice

I like to choose my own foods at Jenny so instead of listing what I should eat I think there needs to be a drop down menu of the breakfast, lunch and dinners. It would also be nice if it was a little bit more in depth app that showed calories, fat, etc. that you ate for the day to make sure you are really on track.

There should be an option for negative stars. This app is useless! You can't track anything - the menus don't show up, there's no way to input weight... Got an email today advertising a new and improved app so I uninstalled and reinstalled. Still no improvement!!!

Updated app. Now it's not pulling up the menus at all. Disappointed. Uninstalled and reinstalled. And now it won't let me sign in at all. Uggh 12/25 - continues to not work since update. No response from anyone. 1/18 - new update - now opens without having me sign in. So doesn't pull up any saved information.. still does not open any of the menus. DOES NOT APPEAR TO HAVE FIXED ANY OF THE BUGS!!

I like having my daily menu at hand and being able to check off items as eaten. Being able to click on grocery items to see the allotted calories, fat, etc is super helpful, I used it during my last grocery trip.
