Jenzy’s proprietary matching technology fits your child in the best size based on the specific shoe you purchase. Since each shoe can fit differently, the Jenzy team may ship you a size 7 US in one type of shoe and a size 7.5 US in another.

The sizing was helpful, but then the shoes I got we're not the size my kid was measured at. They are way too big. I've been trying to do a return and customer service has just been terrible! Can't get anyone on the phone, very unresponsive to email, and there's no way to initiate the return via the app. I also have another order still processing after a week and haven't been able to get an update on that order either. Extremely disappointed.
Sucks! It was a pain in the ass to get the picture of my one year olds foot and once I finally did and wanted to shop it freezes! I keep getting notifications to shop but it's always frozen in the same spot. Super frustrating and disappointing!
This app is great! Automatic expert sizing makes buying shoes for my children much more convenient, fun, and simpler than any store experience. The website and mobile app curate products for each child, which removes the guess work and saves me time finding what my children want. Also, stellar customer service!
No good They removed the "take a picture "and we will send you the size, now they give you recommendations which could mean multiple sizes. No help for parents so don't bother. It was great during the pandemic with the previous version, oh well good things don't last.
Such a great idea. I wish it actually worked. I thought that sizing my kids' feet at home during the pandemic would be a safer and simpler option. My son's shoes were way too big, and my daughter's were way too small. In my daughter's case, I purchased five pairs of shoes in different brands (she's a baby). They were all too small. When I returned them and bought a pair in the next size up, they fit perfectly. I suspect the app is basing shoe size on birthday rather than actual measurement.
As great as this sounds, it was inaccurate. I thought that this would help since Covid has everything basically shut down, and my kids just keep growing so new shoes was on the horizon. But it sized all 3 of my kids with the sizes they wore last year 🤷♀️. And the whole reason for needing new was that they had grown too tight. Moral of the story, don't trust the sizing blindly. Bummer because now I need to find another way to figure this out without being able to go anywhere to be sized.
I didn't delve deeper than typing in my kids info. He currently wears a 6xw in stride rite which had been great. However, finding xw shoes a size up and reasonably priced has not been great. Thought this app would help, but no width options were given when entering info which is the main problem when sizing my son. This is probably fine if your kid has average or skinny feet. Wouldn't bother for parents of kids with wide feet.
Okay, this app is like magic. You literally take a picture of your kids foot and the perfect shoe arrives! It is so easy to use and saves so much time.. I send it to all of my friends with kids. It makes life so much easier! It also helps to know that you're buying from an awesome women-owned company.
Very pleasantly surprised how accurate sizing is!! It may take a little bit for it to tell you what the size is but it DOES tell you. Just keep checking back. Reviews that say it doesn't tell you are inaccurate.
Not good. It won't tell you the size but expects you to purchase shoes without verification of the size. So what of the phone was off it would be the wrong size shoe. Uninstalling.
Great app. Makes sizing your kid's shoe a no brainier. Especially now when you don't really want to be running to a store and trying on 10 different shoes to find a good fit. Customer service was awesome too!
it doesn't tell me my child's size. It does recommend shoes to buy but does not say the size, only description, picture and price. It requires email address and verification first. I wanted approximate size.
Customer service is horrible. Our shoes were way too big and finding someone to facilitate an exchange was a nightmare. I'd rather just go to the store. Still waiting for someone to contact me...
Super misleading! They calculate your child's shoe size, but don't tell you what the size is. They just give you a list of shoes for your child that you need to buy through their app. No thanks!!
Useless. They supposedly calculate the size but don't tell you what it is. You have to shop from there limited selection.
This app is totally useless! Why is it so difficult to take a picture? You come out better just going into a shoe store and letting a professional do it. This app is not worth downloading.
So useless. It doesn't give me the actual size then it only lets you buy off a list they give you. All the shoes are ugly and I wouldn't buy them regardless
This app is garbage. It doesn't even tell you the size of your child's feet. I'm supposed to spend over $60 on toddler shoes without even having the size listed.
Opened app to shop and it freezes. Tried 10 times with same results.
Since there's no option to comment back to a developer response to a review. I'm unsure of the appropriate size shoes for my 5 year old, because he doesn't seem to understand whether his shoe fits or not and I can't always feel. He's currently wearing a shoe that is at least 1.5x too big. Survey says I should start buying shoes even bigger which he currently wouldn't even be able to wear. Like I said, I'm unsure what size to buy him that would fit now or in the near future, not 2 years from now.

I tried to use this app and it keeps saying my 8yo has adult sized feet. I had them measured and they are NOT even close. We tried multiple times and with both feet and it only allowed adult sizes. Probably a scam. Use with caution.

Not really user-friendly. For those having problems getting sizing, they take awhile to get back to you because they're analyzing the photo... It's not instantaneous sizing. My real issue is that they make you sign up for an account to shop, and although I did, the confirmation link in the email they sent looped me right back to the "sign up with your email" page. It didn't matter whether you clicked on the "confirm" button in the email or the link itself. Really buggy.
