Jeremiah’s Ice J-List Rewards

I like the app for the reward points & the notifications for the promos. But if anyone out there doesn't want notifications, you can disable those in your phone's app settings easily enough by the way. Jeremiah's is one of our favorite dessert shops!

The app is ok for rewards, just be prepared to get emails and notifications on you phone to the point you just want to smash your phone with a hammer. Seriously considering uninstalling and just forgetting the rewards, the notifications are not worth the rewards.

I been having problems with the application trying to load my receipt to get my rewards. when I mentioned it to one of the employees they maybe it's your phone or wifi. I waited to get home and still was not working. I even tried uninstalling the app and still nothing. how can I get my rewards if it's not working? it's pretty frustrating.

So far I've had this app for around 20 minutes now and ALL 20 MINUTES IT'S SHOWING THAT IT'S LOADING!! And YES I have an EXTREMELY FAST INTERNET CONNECT!!! All my other apps are working just fine. There is a problem with this app only!!! Dang this sucks cause I really love Jeremiah's Ice!!

App stays stuck loading every time I open it. Worked for a short while, but doesn't anymore. Solid 5/5 when it was working. Keyword "was". edit: Tried to message Jerimiah's customer support and got zero response even after weeks. I didn't realize they had terrible customer support. Not very fun.

The "scan barcode" feature is the worst I've ever seen. Not 1 time has it worked. But you should be training employees to add the rewards to the patrons account instead of the customers having to do it. Somehow, your scanner is ALWAYS broken.

Opens but not on home page, is stuck on another (not where you can enter rewards) & keeps flashing. I try to go back but continues to flash. Tried to re-install, no change.

This app is a MUST HAVE!!!!! New app users get a free small treat for signing up!! PLUS You earn 1 point for every dollar spent when you reach 50 you get a free medium treat!!!! OP location is sooooo clean and they stay busy however the girls are very efficient and move you thru the line QUICKLY without jeopardizing one on one customer service with a masked smile! Treats are ALWAYS YUMMY TO BOOT no ads in this app BTW just sweet treats

Got stuck on that "Confirm Details" page, cannot get past it. It's trying to force me to sign up again despite the fact that I already have an account and I am unable to exit out. Decided to try making a new account since I'm stuck on the page and it won't let me do that either since the phone number was already used in my original account.

Tried installing app and it got stuck on confirmation page. It just would not move past it. I could not access the rest of the app. Very frustrating.

I have a Samsung Galaxy 10, for several weeks if not longer the app says loading... and it never opens. I haven't been able to scan my receipts to get my points due to this issue.

I was trying to reload the website but logging in to old does not seem to be working, so I guess I lost my free items as well.

have not been able to open the app for over a month. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and it doesnt work, which sucks because this is how you track purchases to earn free

App stopped working after last update. It is stuck on the front page, loading... I have tried reinstalling the app but it doesn't solve the problem.

Just gets stuck on the loading screen upon opening. Completely unusable. Clearing app cache and data doesn't help.

Ive asked multiple times to have an area mgr contact me regarding the Wpark location even screenshotted feedback left on uber eats supposively that goes directly to the store, and still nothing, have ordered and have proof by bank records no less than 50 + Gelatis from this location, and never once even knew there was an app awarding points? If an area mgr or higher level even mgr would ever contact me that would be appreciated, but no matter what I do, or call and ask to be contacted, no 1calls!

It is a great store, all the flavors are amazing!!! I really enjoy going there and I really love the app. The notifications are great it gives me free treats for my b-day AWESOME!!!

I recently re-loaded this app after the last update stopped my Android phone from accessing the site, only to find that the "fix" is stuck in the loading phase.

The latest update has prevented the app from loading. It currently stalls out of the initial screen. I have a galaxy 8s.

Was working fine, but now the app won't load on my Motorola G6 plus phone. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still won't load.

Haven't been able to successfully open the app since 6/2. Please fix the app so I can redeem my points.

Review for app only. Jeremiah's is awesome. App not so much. Can't make it past confirm details page. **Edit- App working as intended now after updates. Updated score to reflect awesomeness of Jeremiah's.

Got to be 1 sorry app. Can't even download this app onto my phone. Just says waiting for download and spins. Tried 3 times and you know what that means, 3 strikes and YOUR OUT⚾⚾⚾😱😱😱

Recent app update seems to have killed the app on my Note 9. Keeps crashing every time I open it.

The people are friendly, helpful, service is great and the flavors are very good. The app is just as great. Love it. Thank you.

Got a 25% off email that said that I can use it EVERY DAY THIS WEEK, MONDAY-FRIDAY, but the scan code DISAPPEARED after using it ONCE, when it should last all week!

Hard to get into ur business, it's to congested, there should be another entry, and another method of taking orders and service. Ur app is great!!

I cannot get the app to stop crashing & there are no updates needed. Need help to solve
