It deserves a "0" based on my experience. It opens, but goes straight to a "locations" page *which is blank* and won't go anywhere else. No information, not even a list of locations (since I'm stuck on that page), nothing. Get the developer to work on a link to the next page.
App warns of newer version but not on play store. Address and acct goes on line anyway and they wont recognize address we have deliveries all the time! Have to call in! Why have an app that takes you to a web application that doesnt use google map locator so as to recognize distance from store? Set up acct and enail link confirmed but doesnt recognize what I used to get confirmation email?!? PITA
Can't get past the location screen. I tried using my zip code and turning on location, it keeps showing the the wrong locations. Can't order from this app and I'm having issues ordering from the website, so looks like they aren't getting my business at all 🤷♀️
It worked for a little while, but now gets stuck on the location screen when I load the app. One would think that Jerry's would care that they're being reviewed so awfully. They obviously don't as the one star ratings continue to trickle in. Don't bother with this app if you're interested in ordering from Jerry's.
Developer is not maintaining app and its outdated. Don't even try to use. Guess they put about as much effort into the app as they do making their subs. Just enough effort to produce something but leaves you dissatisfied
As if the owner of Jerry's said hell to paying a developer, I can read a book and make an app myself. The app itself does nothing - couldn't even gather location data from my phone. The app just contains links to web based services like online ordering.
I used to order weekly from the store in Laurel MD. It no longer shows as an option in my app & thr screen just continually looks for my location. VERY frustrating
This app blows, you can do everything except actually order food. The order button does nothing. Don't waste your time.
Not a good app. Does not let you order online which would be the whole point of downloading the app.
Website is fine...app is trash...doesn't recognize log in when it works fine through the website
Wont work. I have a jerrys that delivers less than 6miles away and app is saying closest is 18 miles away!!
The cheese steaks are good, and so are the fries, I think they are over priced.
This app is so outdated and doesn't work well with the newer android
I was very happy with the Food and service and the friendly staff at jerrys subs here in Temple. The sub was excellent. John Ansay.

This app does only slightly more than nothing. It gives you a list of stores, and when you select a store, it basically lists associated social media, and provides a link to order via the website, not the app. If that's what I'd wanted to do, I'd just visit the website.

Soonest time for pickup was an hour and 15 minutes? Sorry...too many competitors can deliver in that much time.
Got as far as putting in payment info & error message kept saying the store was closed. It's 12:42pm
Kind of like the chain in general, the longer this app is around, the more useless it gets. Not fully compatible with Android 9, thanks for that, really. Also, for the elements that do work, doesn't even have an accurate listing of current locations. Uninstalling immediately after submitting this review, and strongly contemplating taking my business elsewhere in perpetuity.
