Good App, has lots of great features. I get the same thing almost every time and would love to be able to just pull up an order history and get the same order as previous instead of starting from scratch every time. Especially when I order for the family....

Love this place and the app. One of the simplest food ordering apps I have encountered. Easy to read menu and font selection great on the color scheme. Love the food as well! Wish there point system were a bit different but overall I love Jersey Mike's!

This app just doesn't cut it with today's technology. Its bare basics are far as customization goes, basically yes or no, you have no options to choose light to heavy on toppings and sauces. the app doesn't accept local coupons, so you are forced to go into the store, wait in a line to order your sandwich to redeem an offer, the offers are few and fair between, so they really make you work for them. For such a friendly place, you'd expect a friendly app...

The subs here are amazing! Using the app saves a lot of time when you want to get something quick. The only reason for 4 stars is because you're unable to access any coupons or promos.

I gave stars because you ate forced to spend a minimum if $15 for delivery. Most days I'm alone at work and can't leave. By the time taxes, tip and delivery fee I've spent a minimum of $25. I don't normally get chips, drink and cookies. It's calories I don't need. Most places only require $10 minimum. The next time I'm asked to rate and the minimum is still $15 I'll be deducting a star each time.

No confirmation the order has been placed. I paid with Google Pay. The app froze. I placed the order again. 2 identical orders. Didn't trigger any alarms at the store that the same person placed the same order twice. Horrible service. Horrible company.

While this app works great. A few tweaks would make it even better. Being able to request chips that aren't listed on the menu or being able to add chipotle mayo to all sandwiches. Being able to request a fountain cup for pick up orders would be nice as a well.

Strictly rating the app and how the store manages pick up orders at least at the store I visit regularly in Enfield CT. The pros: app is easy to use, especially when you seem to just reorder the same items The cons: the wait time is way off more often than not, the app orders seem to sit forgotten in limbo if a crowd comes in, and we have waited 20 minutes longer than the app. The person doing orders also doesn't tell customers their sandwiches are done after they have said they are waiting.

If you phone locks while placing an order you loose everything. I had gone around the office and gotten almost everyone's order (14 Total) and was waiting for the last person to get out of a meeting. Went back in to add their order and everyone else's was gone. We decided to order from somewhere else.

Frustrated that I can't just have a "reorder" button on the "recent orders" page. After I spent 15 minutes trying to figure out how to reorder a previous order, i backspaced my way to a page that offered it. I never could navigate my way to the "reorder" option after that. The option to reorder should be in the "order history" section .

To date, I have had no issues with JM app or the communication between Doordashers. Easy to use. Set up great for customs and personal notes on each item. 5*, so far, keep up the good work. God bless 😊

The app is great except for one thing.. I get coupons in the mail and they have a promo code on there. It specifically States on the coupon that offers with promo codes may be redeemed in our app. Then There is a 4 digit code Every time I put any code I received into the app. It tells me promo code not found.

Very easy to use, can see all my points easily and my rewards code. The only problem is there's not an easy way to truly customize a sub. There's options to add and remove toppings, but not to change cheeses, meats, etc. Those requests have to be made in the special instructions. Overall, great app!

Web site is great, but I would love it if you could customize your sub a little more. With meat and cheese, you can only add or subtract what already comes on the sandwich. I can't get a turkey prov with salami, for example. It's great though, you get lots of points which you can redeem for free stuff.

Every sandwich is pared down to what they think you want. Many condiments can't be added depending on what hot or cold you pick. So very limited in execution. Better to go in person.

This is one of the better mobile apps for ordering out there. I love that you can save favorite orders. My family uses this feature every time we go. The only thing I think could be improved is complete customization. There are some sandwiches that don't allow for other toppings to be added, though you are able to write specific comments. If I could see all available toppings, I might want to add something else that I'm not thinking of. But this is nitpicking. Overall, it's a wonderful app! :)

App is easy to use. If there's extra customization that I need done to my order, and the option isn't there, I just add it to the special instructions box.

Used to love this app since the update wont let me order food. Ive deleted and redownloaded the app 5 times. I get an Error msg when I try to place order and pay. Says Error we cant take your order at this time please try again later. Please fix!!!

I just absolutely love how fresh the food is how amazing it taste hands down one of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten the app makes it easy to order your food save it pay and redeem points easy-to-use app

Unable to order for delivery both times I've tried to use it. Says unable to order for delivery at this time. Doordash and uber eats work for delivery but this never did. Ended up uninstalling it.

Last two purchases I did not get any points even when I scanned the special code thing. So I have been shorted 24 points and they did not give me a receipt either.

Best subs, great app - Jersey Mike's has the best subs, hands down. The app is really easy to use and saves your orders for easy reordering.
