This app is closed. That is why everyone is having a problem with it. The one that Jersey Strong is using now is called the Jersey Strong + app. Certain Google Play Stores don't have this app yet depending upon your cell phone carrier. I have that app and is the one that works for Jersey Strong. It was in the Google Play Store for TMobile, but not for Assurance Wireless and some other carriers. It's definitely at Apple's Store.
This is the worst app ever. Been trying to log back in after several tickets with customer service and same error message over and over! I give up!!! It's great when it worked but it doesn't so freaking frustrating!!! Now I have to call gym to enroll in classes that will get old real fast! Fix this ASAP!
This app has never worked correctly since the gym reopened. It always give an error message when I try to sign up for a class. I have to log out and log back in. Also, the scanner says basic for my membership when it is VIP. I have placed tickets and still not resolved.
Useless app, the only feature I use is the bar code to sign in. The company itself is useless as well. Avoid this gym at all cost.

It's great to check out times and types of classes and get to reserve a spot in a class
It makes it easy to look up classes
It's gonna be a no from me. The app only lets you see class schedules for one location, and if you try to change your "home" gym, it won't save it. It doesn't provide a description of the classes, denote which ones costs more, or keep a history of your support messages. In general highly NOT user-friendly or streamlined. All over the place. Keeping it because it's easier than loading their page on mobile to find classes for the ONE location I'm allowed to look at apparently.
I am hoping it's a works in progress. If it all worked the way it looks like it should it would be a great app. Class descriptions can't be found anywhere either.
This app is horrible. Constantly logs me out and then doesn't let me log back in. Had to reset my password and I still get on with the password they provided! Super frustrating and annoying. I need to register for classes and I can't so it makes me not even want to attend the gym.
Have reset my password about 10x and still refuses to accept it. Ready to throw the phone down. Needs to be addresses. Worst ever.

Badly engineered App and very inconvenient
After installing my phone started running super slow and killing the battery. After uninstalling the phone started running normal.
Worse effing. app. Completely useless
it logs me out and does not allow me back in. fix it
When I tried to enroll in a class it keeps giving an error message that something went wrong. Try to log out of my account to see if that helps but can't find where to do it and somehow it automatically logs you back in all the time. Very poor app. Please fix this app and make it easier to find where to log out. Also fix all the bugs
