I could not check into my flight, so I got really crappy seats, even though i had the forethought to do it ahead of time. the app is supposed to allow you to watch movies in the plane, but when you choose a title, you get to watch the commercials and then the app crapped out when trying to watch the actual movie. It is pretty ingenious! in a two hour flight, i watched the commercials over a dozen times. but now i landed, and I'm pissed if enough to write this review.

Very weak app and appear the airline wanted an app out there because everyone has it and not thinking much on what and how. I am one world traveler and on certain legs I take jet airways, but both app and flight experience is different. The app doesn't recognize you instantly you log in untill you provide all details of flight booking explicitly. Jet privilege section is so poorly designed you can't distinguish between one number to other as it looks like a notepad with random numbers. With the revenue state jet is in, I doubt airline would focus on improving the app experience. But very weak app in my opinion, I m assuming others have better experience...

The APP is not friendly and very slow. For example, once you check-in, the check-in Info is not available on the APP. You need to go to the email and check. There is too much jumping around menus required. I like the Indigo mobile APP - faster and intuitive.

The Jet Screen keeps on crashing or better.. it does not work only. Tried to open it many times via the app, website and a different player but still the only thing it does is that it opens up the same ad over and over again except for the limited content it promises to view which guess what also does not work.

Booked a flight through jet airways app. And the transaction was done through Google pay. I have transaction id & all the details.Amount is debited from my account. But they didn't issue the ticket.Contacted the jet airways helpline, they said that the payment was not made and disconnected the call. Poor experience.

Application is horrible, always gives errors saying we can not complete your transaction. Don't waste you time and dats on this stupid Application. wish I could attach buggy screenshot from application. Its a painful process to use Jet airways website, application and flight. Your troubles starts from the moment you have book yourself with them. I made my mind, will never travel with them Again ever. You have better choice in market pick that or suffer the hell lot of experience.

Very bad app. Minimum integration with jet privilege number should have been common sensical. You can't even change dates and see while booking. Everything starts from the beginning. Very bad .. not expected from a top corporate like jet. Completely overlooked the basics.

Poor app. Very slow. No useful options. Pathetic. It makes life difficult than making easy. I say rather, travelling by Jet is a very bad experience. Very old planes. Poor arrangements. I found Jet not upto the mark in Domestic and International both.

JetScreen service is crashing. I wasn't able to screen videos while in flight. The airTime player previously, used to work just fine. Also the app is very slow while doing web-check in. Poor quality app development. Very disappointing.

I didn't know that Jet Airways had such careless customer support. What happened to me, is however just not acceptable. On 20th of Sept, I had a flight from Delhi to Jorhat on Jet Airways. I was just shocked when they told me that my flight was cancelled, when I approached to print my boarding pass!!! Imagine! There was no prior information about it, no calls, texts, mails or any sort of intimation about what I was about to face! I had travelled all the way from Dehradun to catch a flight which was cancelled!! On asking the Jet Airways staff, they were all least bothered to help me out, stating rudely that all they can do now is provide me a flight the next day. An apology would have been also great at that point of time! There was no accommodation provided to me or any sort of assistance I could use of! I HAD TO WAIT FOR MORE THAN 24 HOURS in Delhi to get a flight out of the city. In the course of which I had a hard time to find accommodation, alone in the city all the while thinking why a such a reputed carrier service would be so careless!

Worst experience... Not gonna book a jet airways flight anymore in my life. Most f***d up flight service. Firstly, got my flights to and from DELHI - INDORE flights canceled. Then, I tried reaching the customer service where they took 3 days to pick my call. Then, they weren't able to give any valid reasons for the cancelations and then when I requested them to get my booking rescheduled... They told that I'll get an update within 24hrs. Its been more than 30hrs now and I'm still waiting.

Third class app, very slow and UI look like they made website and pages is showing in IFrame on mobile application such a big joke. After booking the flight pdf ticket contain your details and flight detail is missing from that pdf. You can't download your e-ticket from app they give u option on click app say download but nothing downloaded. Such a waste of time.

DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE. They lost my suitcase for 11 days after a 41hr flight delay from Heathrow to Mumbai. It took 3 months just to get a refund. Now, 6 MONTHS later I'm still waiting for the 600 Euros compensation they owe me. Their customer service is appalling. It's taken 30+ emails to get them to start the compensation process. They've had the details to process the claim for the past 2 months and done NOTHING about it. TAKE THIS AS A WARNING. DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE.

The worst airline service you can ever ask for. Once l out of my mistake booked a ticket that just allowed me hand luggage. I immediately tried calling the service centre but could never reach it and that too for 4 long hours. Finally l decided to call Mumbai airport for their contact details, since l had booked the ticket from Mumbai and they provided me 3 contact details, but to sheer disappointment l was unable to reach anyone of them. The end conclusion was l quit onto my efforts!

The UX is horrible. Every button click shows the loading spinner for a long time, and most of the times it just stays in that screen.

Jet Airways cancelling the flight without leaving any options for the passengers except for refund. I book flights 2 months prior or more to get flights for a lesser rate. And because of the Jet Airways issue, im paying extra from my end which is really unfair. Pathetic Experience.

Jet cancelled my return flight booked months ago at a very short notice. No alternatives were offered leaving me stranded in this festive season when tickets are being sold at 4 times the originally booked price. Very unprofessional organization.

The apps is not working. I have downloaded this apps but it won't work. Please start the apps so people can start booking feom July . We are eagerly waiting to book flight to kolkata.

App was working till Friday. Now it keeps on crashing on launch. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. But it still keeps crashing.

Does not update email, frequent flyer, email etc. Does not check in, gives error that cannot find reservation at the moment, hangs, app throws data error when we enter legitimate frequent flyer number.

Crappy app for one of India's largest airlines . Also, since they have moved the upgrade system online, it has gotten even worse! Every transaction ends in system error

worst customer support worst app i have ever seen am on board tmrw , my dep. time changed am trying to contact customer care from 3 hrs , but couldn't contact . now i don't understand what to do, only computerised announcements continuously heard from my earphone i have booked my ticket online , my friend hardly contacted customer care, telling that contact travel agent, hated this useless system.

Not right time for rating but rating it for time being. Installed application but unable to use it. Failing to configure the app on mobile. Looks some issue with the application. Quick resolution is much appreciated.

The app crashes everytime i try to open it on my android phone. Tried installing and uninstalling multiple times. Frustating experience.

Very poor experience, the online check in process is a waste of time, every time I complete the form I am told to go back to the beginning as my information can't be updated???? Tried calling customer care number and am just kept on hold. Jet Airlines needs to be much better managed or you will lose 1000's of customers. Get you act together please!!!

Sorry but this was first time i travelled with my family in this airline. We had to travel from Indore to Kathmandu via Delhi, but the flight got cancelled and we did not receive any message as well. The attendent booked another flight from Bhopal to Kathmandu via Mumbai, we had to spend own money from Indore to Bhopal. Then one night in Mumbai, really a worst experience we could ever have.

The latest app is very annoying . . . Even after selecting the seats it keep saying "there have been no seats selected ....... " And cannot proceed further. I would have attached the screenshot here but there is no way to attach.
