I'm having a problem with the JET app after the update on 1/26/22 I can't take photos anymore...I have to manually enter barcode sku and the serial number.... Before the update I used to be able to take pictures of everything without issue.
They really should have someone (real) assist when help is needed not when someone feels like calling back days later.
Its a decent app. It does what its meant to do, for the most part. Sometimes if my signal is not great or I've had the app open for hours, I have to reload record times. It keeps showing me one of the original losing pages that my coworkers don't get but its not really a big deal. Its pretty self explanatory to use though which is nice.
Really slow loading and hard to use. A key describing the symbols would be very helpful. It either takes a long time to load or it doesn't load at all. This causes issues as it is how we clock in and out of work and for lunch. There is also no way to delete old emails once they have been read.
Hard to use, not user friendly. I completely understand how to use it. It is just not user friendly. The jobs should be able to drag n drop on the calendar without specifying a time it is super hard and annoying trying to reschedule stuff, also adding mileage is harder than necessary. Oh and add an unschedule button to completely unschedule a job not just reschedule.
Good training and user friendly system.
App is unstable. It shuts down by itself while I'm working. Something at my workplace must be interfering with it. I follow the method for proper usage and still get emails that time is missing. Information I've entered while in the store will often dissappear, causing me to re enter info outside of the store in order to complete call reports.
This is new to me, but I'd like to see the training in this app. I'm still training, so I have to document my time, then open a webpage with the transcript and everything else on the separate website. This is a hassle and takes my data and space on a phone with VERY limited space and data. Also, after I complete the training or task, it still says overdue and I get a million emails a day telling me so.
This app continues to have problems. It gets my GPS off nearly everyday now, which causes me to be noncompliant. Everytime I report it, IT comes back and says it's my fault, that I need to clock in and out at the front of store every single time, which I always do. I honestly am starting to believe IT isn't really sure what they're doing. Other than that, the app seems to be good.
Use for sampling events in Kroger and WalMart. Have to restart or shut down phone when app freezes. App won't open to download start times and/or documents files. This happens even though other apps work. Mileage calculations are not accurate.
I have had troubles with this app crashing in the past, no problems for at least 2 years. It is slow on my some stores wifi, but works just fine for all my needs.
You need to update! It has a lot of bugs. It should not be that hard to go from one screen to the other or to upload pictures. Also, the calendar needs to be updated. When you schedule or reschedule, it should pull up the actual calendar, so that you can verify the day/ date without having to hit the back button and start all over.
This is the worst app I had ever used. Constantly having issues not uploading work and or just stopped working and have to reinstall and loose all work data for the day. (Update) ASM IT has worked diligently to correct the mobile app issues while offline. The communication was responsive and action was taken to correct the problems.
This is not a user friendly app with my samsung phone! It always shuts itself down & i need to revert back to original clock in time. Every job. Mostly it will bring back time,however questions answered & pictures added will be gone. frustrating enough, need to use phones camera then attach photos from gallery. everything else i use on my phone is affected. Cant have email open while Jet app is open.My phone is a month old & it performs slow/ bogged down.i know jet is the reason my Moto 7 died.
the app is very easy to use, but sometimes the directions and or the addition on their prices is not correct in the prices are wrong also sometimes. That having been said it is a very convenient way to clock in and clock out and get the directions for each event.
For the last month or so this has been extremely slow in loading.
works most of the time but constant updates are annoying and some of the options under "skip request"shouldn't even be there and it gets ignored by whoever's scheduling most of the time. Which gets annoying that it gets ignored and you're emailing the scheduler every week for two months straight that you can't work on certain days yet they put a shift on anyway as it gets really old really fast.
It's fine. Works properly and is simple to use. Sometimes it closes down the page I was on if I leave it for a few hours, you know, like when I clock in (put my phone down), then come back to answer the questions and clock out, it is showing my calender. Other than that, and that is just a minor annoyance, the app does what it should.
Please add a multi-select feature for serial numbers. It would save a lot of time and stop me from having upload a picture 20 different times for every grill I assemble. Other than that, I've had no issues with the app and the improved OCR works pretty well. Also, please bump the grill prices back up by 5$ like it was on 5/3/21 😉
It works perfectly for a few weeks but starts to malfunction when opening up the app by showing that it is buffering but never opens the app. I had to call technical support to fix the issue.
The application is not working, you have to uninstall and reinstall every time you need to use it on the Android system. Went thru a update on 8.13.2021 The app worked for the first call, I am in Stoughton, MA now. Full cell phone signal, no reason the app should not be working. Still giving this a 1 star rating
Normally this app works great. But yesterday I tried to put my time in and every time I try, the app stops responding and closes down. Then, I tried to put my time in over the computer and it kept saying I already was editing my question and answer data at 2:22 pm, which is impossible, as I was working on the floor at the time and no where near my phone! Please fix this!!!
The application worked great until this last update. Now I'm unable to enter in any admin time without the application shutting down. Temporary fix - Uninstalling and then installing the prior version. Update: developer fixed bug.
The main problems I have at some of my stores, gives error can not connect. Many times have to completely shut down, then causing having to adjust time of clock-in, check-out. Have also had it go to off line & problem with connecting on line
[Edited Review] I've changed my rating from 3 to 5 Stars. Most problems I've had recently seem to be taken care of, and I've been able to use the JET APP without any problems for the past few days! Thanks for the help!
