I have worked with jet mobile for at least a year without any problems. Lately in the last week jet is not working on my cellphone. I cannot clockin on the job or download my scheduled work. I called advantage solutions and was told to uninstall and reinstall jet. I did at least four times still does not work. I have to wait until i get home to put my time in on my desktop computer
App crashes frequently. Last time used it I couldn't access my gallery to do my call report. You might want to consider updating it. It's very buggy.
Bad,bad, I have spent the last 3 hours trying to update or install this app with no luck. I have never use to had this kind of problem with this before. Because it isn't downloading to my android, I will be doing my job questions at home on my computer.
Everytime they do an update Android users have to wait till they do several to straighten out problems. And the company's reply is they strive for great customer service and takes them at least 2 days to get back with you everytime.
It stays messed up could not get go online yesterday and when I tried it deleted all my time and it still will not go online, so I deleted it and now I am downloading it again. Don't know what it will do now may have deleted my whole week.
Horrible. Every time I go in to fill out my call report, it crashes on me and my phone shuts down. Does anyone bother to test the updates before they force this garbage on us.
ever since it upgraded the last time it's been working worse than ever in ever18 months..there are more little glitches now than they were when I first began using this app.
This app is not working i am trying to put in my event start and end tume and this app wont let me do it . Its keep shutting off urgghhh

Not sure how many apps are needed for 1 job. 2 or 3? My cell won't hold anymore.
I have to keep reinstalling it on a daily basis. It's becoming a nuisance.
I spent like literally 4 weeks to get help of not knowing if I need a whole new Food handler Licenses because I already have one. I got bills to pay! Talking about some 2 weeks for me to even get started working for them. Noone even mentioned nor the modules I dont think explains how you even get paid by working your hours from the app. Then gonna have the nerves to call me without even paying me anything. I'm mad & disgusted about Advantages Solutions!

Another update this weekend. Same problems, so I stick with my last post. 'Every update creates a new issue, however one issue stays the same; it will not give the correct update if you have an android. You must go to the play store and select the "android" version. So sad...'
I don't know who said this app has been updated last night and that issue have been fixed it has not been fixed. I have tapped on the paper and pencil icon on my jet calendar over and over again and simply does not work the menu does not pop up I spent 2 hours on the phone the other day with tech support and they had no clue what I was talking about and treated me like I was an idiot. I've been with this company for 5 years. I have submitted hundreds of car reports and have never had the issues I've had up until recently. It's not fixed.
So after I uninstalled the old version of Jet and downloaded the newer Jet for android it still does not let me view documents so I can see what I'm doing for my next event. Please fix. I shouldn't have to log onto my laptop to take a picture of what products im supposed to purchase or to even know of im doing the correct even when I get to the job site.
The glitch I encountered is fixed. All is easy to download and store. It's nice to be able to receive the sales manual on my phone. The offline is very useful. When encountering a glitch, IT is most helpful.
When each time the program is under maintenance there is a problem with loading documents. Please fix so that I can see in advance what my duties are before I arrive at my venue
They have had plenty of time to fix. Glad we have moved to Crossmark hope their better.
I cant stand it and no one I know can. 2 yrs and the company is still saying, "please be patient; we're working on it." And today, we yet again are trying to install another new version. Mine is not taking. The wheel is just spinning. Someti.es it works fine and then suddenly we are getting chewed out for "once again not doing your report and this stuff just has to stop". I do my report before I leave the store. Lately it goes thru the validation warning and then doesnt finish.
