Jet's Pizza

GREAT pizza. BAD app. The app is almost a deterrent from ordering with them because of the difficulty and weird glitches and errors and miscommunication in the UI. It's just such a terrible experience. But it's similar when ordering online on desktop too. They just need to update their entire online ordering experience.

Their still working out the bugs, but app works well. Only issue is not all items are shown, such as their Bold Fold 🍕

Jets pizza is the best!! The app makes it easy to order your favorites.

the app needs work. I tried to use it however once I identified my local store, it made me order on line not via app.

App tells me that my adddress is not within the allowed delivery area and it is! Please update your area within the app so we can request for delivery

Don't use this too often. Easy to download, use, and delete between uses.

"design for older versions of Android" Don't bother until they update it

Password resets don't work. Map seems to be screwed up

This app stalled several times before I could even open it after installation. When it did, it told me Jet's did not deliver to my address although I've previously ordered delivery several times. This is one of the worst experiences online ordering I've had with a restaurant ever.

After completing my order and submitting payment, I received 2 messages: that I was out of the delivery area (which I'm not) and that the POS connection was not made and to resubmit the order again. So, I did. The same thing happened. Next, I got a call from Jets asking me if I made two separate orders, one for delivery and one for pickup. Needless to say, I had been charged twice. The employee at the store was very helpful and deleted one of the orders. I guess I won't be using the app again, though.

I order pizza and it is delivered to me a short time later. It seems like a good idea if you like pizza. I like pizza. And wings too, I even like calzones, which this app can get to you. I don't like salads. They should take the salad feature off the app, otherwise I'd have given 5 stars. Actually, the soda game is weak too. Get better sodas

I read some of the reviews,and I don't normally do reviews but this needs to get better. If someone selects online should still have option to select restaurant or be able to go back to previous step. I called my local to call it in and the employee stated first set heard of an app. Please educate employees that an app is available. I do a lot through my phone.

App is a joke, it needs to know when I'm putting in an email address to not capitalize the first letter and not put spaces between every word and at the end. Also when I'm putting in numbers only bring up the number keyboard only. Any nine year old with a smart phone could do a better job designing an app.

It's fairly terrible but it got the job done. Confirmation buttons should always be the right option not left. It's normal the back is always the left button. It's incredibly slow so you don't know when you actually selected to continue. I fought it about my email because it auto applied a space at the end and the app couldn't understand the email address. Mostly horrible.

Not the easiest app to use. The majority of my issues are when trying to enter in delivery address and payment information. The actual pizza ordering function is good and easy to use, which is why rhe 3 stars. Otherwise, entering delivery and payment info requires anlot of patience. Good thing the pizza is delicious, otherwise would be enough to discourage me from ordering from here.

App works great and found my local store with no problem but.... Only hiccup was that once order completed, it got stuck trying to get me to rate the app. Would not let me rate it, and kept opening to the 'rate me' pop up when I tried to close and come back. Finally got out of the loop...

It gets the job done after three or four attempts. I'll put it in my address and try to set up the payment and it will shut down. When I opened it back up it says delivery not available in that area, even though I've had delivery here several times before.

I had to start over several times before I successfully was able to complete my order. First it thought I was in some totally different zip code. Then it emptied my cart as soon as I fixed the zip code. Then I changed my order from pickup to delivery, and it emptied my cart again and I had to start over. After 15 minutes of annoyance, I should have just called.

Only thing I wish it had was a way to save favorite orders. As the app is now you have to go through the menu to order something you always order. It now saves all your previous orders so u don't have to go through the whole menu to order. A lot faster and easier.
