This app could not be worse. It just presents a web page in a browser window, and the website is NOT mobile optimized. Practically unusable - I don't understand why they would let this steaming pile stick around. I know their app (and web site) used to be better - I've been ordering Jet's Pizza via mobile for nearly 20 years. It is horrible now - both the app and the mobile site. The rendering is all jacked up in mobile and desktop mode using Firefox.

At first I loathed ordering from Jets online or on the app. I felt their technology was lacking and would get stuck looping back in previous screens. They have made changes and it shows. I was able to order my food quickly and without confusion. The only thing they need to add is an option for dipping sauces when you order wings. I feel like it should be included at no extra cost but instead we need to pay for any and all sauce with wings.

The app stopped working properly 3 or so weeks ago. The first opening screen asks if you want to use your location to find a store but it gives you an error if you select it. There is also an option to use ciry and state but it is not functioning. I found a workaround by going to a different area. I have mentioned it twice to the store personnel but they don't seem to care much.

The App is "okay" for lack of a better term. There really isnt much app accessibility in terms of rewards and ordering functions. When you select "order" and choose you store, it actually will open up your browser function rather than from the app itself. We are talking pizza-chain business, so I'll cut it some slack. Fortunately, their pizza is good and service is fast from what I can recall.

I like the idea of the app. Just a couple things they could fix..... Give an option to deliver asap. I have gotten some cold pizza and I think they waited until the time on app. If not able to do that then it would be nice if you could give a time estimate on when delivery would be BEFORE you put your whole order in. This way if there is another location that can deliver it sooner you don't have to redo your entire order.

Really wild to think in 2019 a company the size of Jets wouldn't have a working, serviceable app. It redirects to website ordering, not easy to navigate, often crashes. Haven't ordered jets in a few years now because of the app (and I love the pizza!). And with more 1 star reviews than anything else, it's scary to think they haven't changed anything...

Terrible app and online ordering system. I've not once been able to actually order anything from the app, the login system doesn't allow me to log in. Even checking out as a guest the app just keeps reloading and will not allow you to submit an order. The Jet's website is just as bad over the last couple of months. Can't place an online order at all. I don't mind calling an order in, but make sure if you offer online / app ordering it's working.

This app sucks. Unresponsive. The "Hot Deals" coupons arent registering in the cart. Words from previous screens cover the current screen. Deleted the app and reinstalled it. No change. Also, my previous account information had all been deleted. I had to make a new account. I love Jets pizza, but this app would get a zero rating if it were possible.

This app is very difficult and frustrating to use. I am in the delivery radius and yet the system said I was not several times before finally working. I used this app while on vacation so my address was different from my billing address - of course - and the app would not accept that. I ended up having to pay cash on delivery. Worst. App. EVER.

Not a true app. Just a link to their website. Selected menu options do not all display in checkout. For example, when ordering a garden salad, I add veggies such as beets, olives, peppers. In checkout, only beets are listed. I have called my local store and they confirm that on their end, only the veggies I have selected that display in checkout are visible to them. Thankfully there is a place to write notes, otherwise I would not be able to order successfully.

The only issue is a major one. There is no deliver ASAP option. You have to select a time. I'm pretty sure the store reads that as "do not deliver until." It makes the app worthless most of the time. I won't be using it again until an ASAP option is added.

I used this app consistently for months and then all of a sudden it stopped working. I've tried deleting and redownloading it several times and it still gives me an error when I try to start my order. Now I have to call everytime I want to place an order which defeats the purpose of the app. Sadly I deleted it. Please fix!!

A JSON error was the first thing to greet me when I installed the app. After dismissing it I get a pop up that asks you to grant phone permissions (otherwise you cant use the app). That should be a totally optional feature. Uninstalled immediately. On a side note I used an older, function version of the app about a year ago, but uninstalled it because someone in Jet's marketing discovered what push notifications were and got trigger happy.

I have a Jet's account and tried to sign in with no luck. Reset my password through the website and can sign in there, but just keep getting error messages that I've entered invalid login info (which I haven't) when trying to login on the app. Funny thing is that the app worked just fine when I used it a few months ago.

If there was ever an app that rated zero stars this is that app. Complete waste of precious phone storage space. Don't waste your time with it. You'll uninstall it 3 minutes after you install it. It doesn't run...enter any location and you get an error...can't get beyond that error.

When I text the chosen store location to order, the text either hangs or never goes through. I always have to call and make sure my order goes through and it never does. Supposed to get a 20% discount for texts, but of course not if the texts don't go through!

It will let me add things to my order but I can't actually complete the order because it tells me to select delivery or carryout... But then doesn't actually give me the option to select either. So the app (and the mobile site which has the same issue) is basically useless.

This app does not have an option to make an account. It only let's you "Sign In." If you click on the delivery option, without signing in, it allows you to type in your address. Once you select your address and proceed to the home address info page. Once I'm here, the app won't allow me to proceed forward. This is the first time I have used this app and am highly disappointed with it.

This app is TERRIBLE. You can't log into your account until you've made your order. And then I entered my credentials and it told me it didn't recognize my email address when I'm looking RIGHT at multiple previous orders to that very email address. You can do better than this. You're better off calling the store to place your order for all the good this lame-ass app does.

This app is so horribly designed. Starts off asking for an address. Then asks if its pickup or delivery. Once you pick delivery you need to type in your address again. Did you accidentally add something you didn't want. Don't hit the back button you will have to start all over. After the 5th time of entering my address I gave up and ordered Dominos instead.

This app blows. I select delivery, type in my address and continue. Fine. Then I get an address confirmation page where I can add delivery instructions. The second I hit the continue button, the app goes into permanent thinking mode. Can't get past that page and make an order! C'mon, man! DO BETTER!

Couldn't even order for delivery. Takes you out of the app to create your order and find a store. Then when you order it's only for pickup. Worst. App. Ever. Thought I would try again...reinstalled and set up an account using MY email address. Try to finish order and pay and the EXACT email I used to set up my account comes up invalid. I tried 2 others and they came up invalid. I will NEVER be a part of a meal provided by Jets.

Would be great if it worked, like it used to. It hits an error when it tries to locate. It worked fine all over the country prior to the update.. I prefer Jets over other local providers. Please make it work. I WILL NOT CALL orders in to be butchered ever again.

No order tracker. My information got lost randomly while in the cart. The app seems rudimentary. I mean it might get the job done, but it was so frustrating that I went to the website to place my order. Ironically, that's what the app has you do anyway from within the app.

App was working great until the last week or so. Now I get an error or a blank screen every time I use it. Just as easy to order thru the site, so I'm uninstalling the app and just skipping the annoying error altogether!

I also got a JSON error upon opening after installation. I don't enable location on most apps, either (and they have the option to manually enter your zip code). Apparently this combination doesn't allow me to use the app. Uninstalled immediately.

The app is great....when it works! It seems the latest patch/upgrade didn't take. I posted a message on Facebook in regards to the error message & got a response. I see there are a lot of messages here in regards to the app not working. They said they would notify their IT Team. Hopefully the app will get fixed soon!

Useless Application. Currently, this app only helps you locate a store near you (not let you place orders through it). I actually deleted it and got it again (thinking it was a bug) - but it's not. Until this is fixed, I'll just keep ordering from Hungry Howie's (they have a functional app, and the pizza is cheaper).

This app does not work. I spent 10 minutes putting an order together online and when it comes to the part where I put in my email it rejected multiple valid emails. I remember experiencing this before and that is why I uninstalled before.

App is terrible, when you order online it just takes you to the mobile site in Chrome. It doesn't even work on the mobile site either because it gives 404 errors after you've already chosen all your toppings and makes you start all over again.
