Tickets don't download to the downloads folder. After poking about I found them on the home screen (using the 3 bars on samsung to view open tabs! ) Information on app instructions is misleading or out of date and if this is the case developer should keep us better informed. Seems to work fine including uploading other documents when you can find the screen!
Functional, but easyJet app much better: - All pages load slowly, and feel like a webpage, not an app. - No feature to remember login. - Difficult (or impossible?) to disable notifications about their latest offers, while keeping notifications about flights.
Terrible, frustrating, not worth the bother, better just using the web site. Multiple "unexpected error" messages when managing my booking. Also, the lower half of the screen containing the "Continue" button often fails to load, requiring start from scratch. Error messages could be more user-friendly to help the user decide whether to persevere now or try again later.
Actually works as it should! I was really hesitant given so many bad reviews but I didn't have a single issue 🤷🏻♀️ Logged in, went to boarding pass, downloaded, done - easy! For reference, I've got a Pixel 6 Pro. ( I normally don't write reviews but felt this app might be getting a bad rap for nothing)
A nightmare app. Just want to find transfer pick up time but nothing seems to get me to the right page. Installed and uninstalled several times but still get nowhere. I notice how many one star reviews you have, doesn't that tell you something?
App is garbage, bookings missing from app despite being logged in as same email as booking, then prompted to re log in several times during the check in process. Dont bother with the app, just use the browser on your phone instead.
I deleted this app a while ago, as it was slow & unreliable. I've just installed it again but it still has problems. I select airports and a pop up tells me there's a problem with the app & do I want to report it. I have several times. No change!!
Have been trying to get through on telephone was holding for over an hour and still nobody answered. Wanted to book my special assistance and also change name of a passenger. Could not get name changed nor book my disabled assistance. I have been a customer for many years but after this I will think again.
It was impossible to log on using our booking reference etc to obtain our boarding passes for our recent trip from Malaga & when I spoke to a very charming agent in Leeds she suggested that I need the latest version(7) of the app. This is also not available and I wonder why I cannot download it on either my phone or my iPad. I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling to no avail. Please advise
I have used the Jet2 app on my mobile phone for years, but not in the last three years, when I have now made a booking to fly to the UK, I find I cannot even log on to manage "My Bookings". The app just clears the data input, every time I click to log on.
Very low quality. Navigation is illogical and you keep finding yourself logged off and it doesn't remember you or your password and it doesn't use biometric login so it takes ages to do anything complex like checking in for the return trip with PLF information.
Pretty useless... Have to log in every time, won't show any of my bookings, won't let me add bookings (link does nothing) and has a bug when displaying flight times in non-home time zone (eg my 1130 flight from Geneva showing up as 1030). Needs a lot of work!
Still pretty useless. Jet2 cancelled our return flight from Funchal with 12 hours notice. 3hours before the flight departure time the App was updated with this information. On clicking the "more information" link, it took me to a page telling me the flight leaves in 3 hours. 3 hours after the departure time it is telling me that the flight has departed. Basically, if you want accurate info, use any other source. Shame, as in other respects we liked the airline.
Annoying notifications with no way to turn them off in the app. I can turn them off in the phone settings, but I should also be able to do it in the app.
I cannot print my boarding passes - the site tells me there is a problem with the internal server. Neither can I get the passes sent to me on email. What is going on here?
It works but barely. Keeps coming up with errors when trying to do anything. Takes two or three tries to get to any information about bookings.
Awful app, have to log in every time, can't see my bookings, can't see my boarding passes. A complete waste of space. Such a shame as Jet2 are an awesome company, totally dedicated to improving the customer experience, they never rip you off like their competitors. We always fly with them where possible. Please fix this app and you will be even better.
Really poor UX. Adverts all over the place. Simple operations such as displaying a boarding pass are way too complex. Worryingly the app appears to throw exceptions. Too many fonts, too many colours, too many adverts. Tries too hard to sell you stuff whilst trying to complete basic tasks. Great example of how NOT to design and I'm guessing build a mobile app.
Really useful that when you need to access your e-ticket for the 100th time in the airport and keep needing to login. Saving them as a photo in a random folder is ridiculous too. If you don't want to keep login details stored, just cache the tickets within the app and set a PIN. Checkin assistant actually printed us free boarding cards off because it was taking me so long. I'm 28 and work in tech. I'm not inept, this app just has crappy UX and clearly just the mobile site wrapped in an 'app'.
Always have a problem downloading boarding passes with jet2 and the app always logs you out within no time at all.. Jet2s IT has always been pretty poor generally but will you just fix these 2 issues ** Update; Same issue again. Always just Jet2. I have 3 file manager apps and it doesn't appear in any of them. Download manager sends a notification saying it has dloaded but it hasn't. If I click on the notification it shows the boarding pass but if I try to send it on it fails. Huawie phone
Can't access MyJet2, won't send password reset, can't access boarding passes, consistently get page error/blank when trying to simply use the app to looking at bookings. This app hasn't worked properly since last year when I couldn't access boarding passes in September 2020. Very good at sending adverts in my ex's name despite changing preferences to my email address. Easyjets app works perfectly.
Horrible app. Doesn't used saved passwords, so forces you to use a memorable one and asks you to log in pretty much every time you change page.
Worst airline app by far. As mentioned by other users, I can no longer retrieve boarding passes using booking reference. It seems this app it's getting worse over time.
Why can't I stay logged in? Do I really need to log in every time I want to display my boarding pass? Also, please add the ability to add boarding passes to Google Pay.
Just needed to check boarding pass, 10 minutes later and still "fetching boarding pass". Thankfully I'm not in a queue at the airport as I'd be stuck. I guess I'll have to print out the boarding pass..... Which makes the app worthless. From all the feedback about this issue it is not new, Jet2 get some developers and fix the app. This is really letting you down, even Ryanair's app is better (because you can actually view the boarding pass) and we ask know how cheap that are!
