jetAudio HD Music Player Plus

Was really great when I first got it in 2020. But since then, with every update, it has been deteriorating. For an app that I paid for and had to pay in app purchases for as well, this is not OK. If you are having problems maintaining the app, sell it to someone who can manage or give your users yearly subscription fees. Duh.

To the Dev's, JetAudio app works perfectly on the Nvidia Shield TV but you have to side load it, Would you please add the Shield to the supported devices list, it would be nice if i could use the paid version I bought on the Shield rather than the free version sideloaded.

Great app and fairly easy to use. Bummer that I can't find support for casting and you have to pay for addons even though you purchased the app. I've purchased neutron app with more features and with more added on over time to surprise me.

Used to have network playback stuttering issues, but not anymore. Still have that weirdly hard to navigate options, but that's minor onced set up. Cannot read lyrics metadata.

Great player for large music folders. Plays flac with no issues. Needs Playlist protection from the OS. Android keeps deleting Playlist entries when plugged into a PC.

For a while, this was great. Then in December 2021 an update happened and now I can't add songs to playlists. Seems I'm not the only one having this issue, and the general advice is to delete and re-download. Which I might be open to if I hadn't paid *actual money* for the app. I'm so frustrated and switched to Rocket Player for now. All I want is music in the car and the ability to cultivate playlists. jetAudio no longer provides both. Do not recommend.

The next song often will cut half way into the song and it's insanely annoying when I have a playlist all set up and then this app keeps disrupting my mood by throwing me right into the middle of a song. It happens alot over the past several months so I'm here to write about it. Please fix this issue because it's gonna be a deal breaker. One other thing I'd like to see is when you go into an artist there should be the option to view a list of albums instead of just all the songs. Still crashing

The player is great. I've been using the paid version for almost 5 years. But after having the last UI update on my phone, the JetAudio+ isn't working. It's crushing when I'm trying to play any audio with the app. But the free version is functioning well. Now what should I do? I want to add that, I have had all the "in-app-purchase".

It's reliable, sounds really good and the new function for cloud streaming is very welcome. Just a few niggles stop it from getting 5 stars- there's no composer tab, which for a high end player is a weird omission; the separate payments for everything is a pain; playlists are odd - not sure what the difference is between my playlists and shared playlists, they're all mine and I should be able to arrange them as I want; and the UI looks really tired - theming involves choosing from various greys!

Used to like using jetaudio plus but now that I can't add to playlists and with no fix. Not worth using the app. Save your money.

Absolutely the best music app ever crystal clear music You must hear it for yourself to believe it 💯 I've had it for years and still nothing sounds better

I've been using the paid version jetAudio since God was a boy. It's absolutely SUPERB!!! I've also had the paid version of Poweramp since it came out. It too is a superb music player. Both are loaded on my phones and tablets, but I can't stay away from jetAudio. It just does it for me.

Getting sick of this thing deleting my music. When I had the free version, it was five star quality. Didn't mind th adds even though they were annoying. So I went to the pro version to get more out of it, all it does is delete songs. Been on this app for years. Loved it. Please fix. Ty

Very immersive. Great features and easy to use. With a wonderful interface.

I have been using this app for past decade and loved it because it let's me select songs from folders. Never needed to switch to another app. Until for past 2 months this app is crashing for unknown reasons. I have not changed hardware or software. Please help if possible. I want to start using this app again.

Update (4.30.22) still crashing. Best audio player ever (for me) and now playlists have been updated and are better than ever. I have been a paid customer since 2000 (windows) and have always been satisfied with the Company's excellent way of doing business. Rock on Cowon! Phil

Dissatisfied with the equaliser,it doesn't give the proper sound,still distorts,other players for free do it better.. Unable to save playlists,I used to love this for my music but now it's become rather buggy,a waste of money,I recommend to other not to buy it till you see the bugs resolved from other users.. KMplayer has such an awesome music player and equaliser yet its a video player app,try that after this fails

I have been using it for the last e years. It was awesome and after an update, it crashes constantly. I emailed the developers and they provided me with a convoluted method of fixing it. It was painful but I did it and it still crashes 95% of the time.

jetAudio is a great music player due to the comprehensive granularity of sound customisation to suit different genres and sound reproduction preferences. I have been experiencing some minor hearing loss of the high frequencies due to age and was able to fine-tune the playback to compensate. Music sounds much fuller which allows me to enjoy listensing to my favourite lossless collection once again.

So disappointed worked fine for awhile now it keeps dropping library. I don't know what is wrong it's not that difficult to make a reliable player. I had mp3 players 10 years ago that looked good and worked fine. It's ridiculous in 2022 can't I find a simple quick player with eq.

Version 11.0.1, useless because the application can not detect the music files in the phone except those in the android music factory folder. Laugh. Now I use a completely free player that has no problems with this. What's wrong with you developers, are you sick of something?

I'm not able to edit lyrics anymore, it asks for permission everytime, and after allowing it those permissions, the lyrics don't appear on the screen. Please help. I've paid for the plus version, I should be able to use all the functionalities of the app.

Still gets 2 stars. Still no chromecast support like other players have now. And needs a recycle bin for accidental music deletion. I shouldn't have to focus when deleting a Playlist and accidentally choose to delete my files. I'd do away with that additional pop up if I could. Now I have to waste a half hour reloading deleted music and retagging it to how I had it on my phone. Frustrating and annoying.
