Sure enough. Like other reviewers have said, you can't even register because the SMS verification still doesn't work.

Seems like an okay app. Prices are okay, but not exactly reasonable or comparable to first class on major airlines. You can hire a pilot and rent a plane for the same cost of flying three people round-trip on this service. You get what you pay for though. The issue for me is that there aren't any flights out of Kansas city, so there's no point in me even using the service.

Flying private for my first time was all I thought it was and then some. The rates were absolutely unbeatable. The other passengers were among some of the coolest people I'd ever met. I had perfect seating, and my flight was smooth sailing. I love that there were no mix ups or delays. I got to spend my holiday season traveling in style. I will definitely be book my next flight soon. There is no other way to book a private flight. Talk to you when I get back guys. Take care.

Good app... poor service. Contacted this company on 3 occasions for different flight requests and over a month without any reply. When you d/l the app they send a nice personal email from Brooke D. but not even that is responded to when asking for assistance on flights. They have nice aircraft but very shady service....not sure would rely on them for 5-6 figure charters.

App works well for me and it's even visually appealing! And the one flight I've been on so far was great! A nice compromise between commercial and private.

They sell you a membership that is worthless. They first removed the shuttle and then the deals. You get 100 USD off for a flight that cost you 5k. So saving is 2% if you buy a membership. Around 75 people has raised a case against jetsmarter. Please Google. There is zero member initiated flights in Europe efter they removed the shuttels and deals in Europe.

I think this is a wonderful at that connected me with a private jet at no expensive time to me. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for this kind of experience at just a touch of a button I have no complaints whatsoever. I will definitely use this again.

The same story. Was trying to register the account and received many verification codes, but entering them is not letting me to go to the next step of registration. Instead it sends me a new sms with new verification code each time.

A notification pops up on my screen when i open the app & it just say "confirm" & wel not let me confirm anything. Also your "support email" is not working. I try to send it and it keeps telling me "I am unable to deliver message to you"

Very good app for flight booking. Super easy to search and book private flights in app throughout the Europe without expensive brokers, phone calls, or complicated paperwork.

No possibility of creating an account. The sms security code is not recognized. Disappointing application. If i were the owner of this app and service, i wouldn't have gone public with it before testing it...

Fast, convenient and reliable. Great way to book your flights at ease. I think the app developer guy is a genius! :)))

Greatest app! I used this on a weekly basis. So helpful when your in a rush and need to book flights or accommodation.

terrible app, tried to book several times with no success and no customer support behind it. I couldn't be more disappointed.

I have the issue where when I have on notifications I get the same notification 3 times! I have a Samsung S10. Any help here would be nice

App don't work. I can't register because app don't accept the confirmation code that I receive by sms. Worthless. Why you spend money on advertising while your app don't work???

i tried to book a flight for a upcomimg buisness trip and when ever i tried to add my card it said rooted devices not supported and just so you know i do not have a rooted device you guys just lost a customer

Been trying to create account for the last 10 minutes everything looks good including the country code in front of the telephone number but it won't send me an SMS or allow me to go to next

I couldn't sleep today because i wanted to download this app. I want to fly differently tho I hope it won't bring any issues when I enroll a membership.
