The app is for an older version of Android. The "developer" is directed to a Yahoo email.. don't even bother trying to get the app to work. Its probably needed an update since 2014. It's broken and needs to be removed off the app store.
Not really sure why this is an app. same as a user above posted, even when met with an update prompt about being used on older androids? And both contact options redirect as well, update prompt redirects to the playstore. Just tryin to get some washers / dryers fixed so everyone can get their laundry done ya'll come on lol .
There is NO WHERE to enter any sort of payment information. My apartment manager said if we used the app, it would eliminate the need for quarters. The only options are to Request Service, Scan a Barcode, or to Contact the main office.
This app sucks. I have wasted over an hour trying to get the barcode scanner option to work. It only gives you 3 options... 1. request service 2. find a barcode 3. contact the comany OPTION 2 IS NOT WORKING
I downloaded the app and it doesn't give me any options. It just has three pictures on it. I click on the washer and it just shows where the barcodes located. Its junk!!!!!
Love the app, funding/adding more funds is quite fast and easy. The down side, is the lagging of showing what washers/dryers are available for use. However, with be said. I would recommend this application to everyone.
Not very reliable, Washer&dryers give you the time and everything on your phone the pay,, when everything is finished! The problem I've with is that it . Tells you its finished but when you go in it has 5min-8mins left WTH !!!
DO NOT DOWNLOAD! It's literally just an app to put in a service request for the machines. But it doesn't even work. Anyone claiming to be able to pay for their laundry machine or add a payment method is lying. Waste of time.
For everyone saying they can't use this app, this one is for requesting repair on the machines. The app for using the machines is the payrange app.
Non-functional pages that don't allow you to actually use the app. No instructions on how to proceed. Unusable.
For sure don't waste your time with this app. You cannot pay to start washers as advertised. This app is for service requests only. 1 stars as an app that does not function as advertised.
Thought this was going to be an app to like help me turn on the washers and do laundry. It's just for putting in service request. Guess I got to go find more quarters
Can't scan a barcode unless it's to report an issue with the machine. I have no way of doing my actual laundry so I'm uninstalling this app and going to a laundromat. I'm also reporting this to the apartment manager because this is ridiculous.
App crashes whenever I open it. POFS app and company. Been trying for over a month to get them to fix equipment. Pretty sure the whole company is staffed by hamsters.
Dryer doesn't even work, half the time. So I have to pay $3.00 or more and keep running the dryer until my clothes are dry. A waste of money. Better off going to coin laundry.
This app doesn't work. It says that it was made for an older version of android. I guess it's back to getting quarters.
This app is not legit, does nothing, and shouldn't even be on the Play Store since the Jetz Laundry Machines use the Payrange app. So if you're trying to do pay-per-load laundry with Jetz machines, download Payrange.
Can't add funds to the card or machine, so I find the app pointless unless there is a problem with the machine.
This app isn't even functional. Very outdated software that doesn't do the only thing it is required to do: report an issue
Not functioning! No option to pay for any type of service. Pointless waste of time.
If you want a service who actually has customer service never used jets laundry app.
Please kindly update this app or take it off the app store. The current version of this app is outdated and of no use to anyone!
Not the app, but used the customer service and person who assisted was not nice.
The app simply doesn't work it won't let me scan the barcode to add funds to the machine

The worst machines to use for washing clothes...washers wont run complete cycle....dryers wont start...though money will be deducted... ZERO 🌟
how do you enter the bar code top start washing. there isn't an option ugh!!
This app does not work, it is unable to scan any barcodes, there isn't a finctionality to do so. There are no menus or options to go to, simply a page with nowhere to go. No functionality, that app is simply a few pages with no function, only partial instructions on how it should be working on the screen.
