Update-deleting this game! Tired of the problems! I really like the game play, but the ads are always getting stuck! This causes loss credits for winning. It's aggregating when you have to reload the game every few minutes. Same ads are causing the problems!
Worked fine at first. However, after level 14, the ads were horrible! One after another, after another, etc... Froze up and shut down contstantly. Bonus games are a joke. You watch more ads for extra lives that you never get and guess what? Yep - they want you to watch more ads. Disappointing. Uninstalling.
Changed devices and signed into my play store only to start right at the beginning again!!! I was on level 1286! It states you can get levels back by Google play account but that's not true
BAD BAD BAD new CHANGES! I liked this game and spent a lot of $ on it for over a year. However, since it changed how it's played and set up. I've uninstalled it and won't play it again. New version didn't even recognize the monthly paid subscription that got rid of watching ads between each round.
I liked it very much until I got to level 87. I filled in all the squares but the game said there was one left and there is no way to skip past it. I have those that level 3 times with the same results. Same because I really liked it up to that point.
I was enjoying the game at first, but one of the first ads was for secretary of state or some kind of garbage, had a picture of a drivers license anyway, and you cannot back out of it, it won't go anywhere if you wait, and there's no way to exit. It just locks everything up. Very frustrating. I installed a similar game to this one, and it did the same thing. Uninstalling them both!!!!!
Game will not stay open. Closes after every level.....Update 11/20/18 Reloaded the game played 5 levels and now it's closing by it's self again! ......Update 12/7/18 Gave the game another chance since it updated on 11/26/18. Still doing the same thing, game 1 went great. Then I clicked on an ad for a free spin, as soon as the video started, it closed the game. Then I played game 2, as soon as I cleared it, game closed again, in a span of 5 mins. Deleting again...UPD 2/23/20 game still has a bug.
Great game. Sometimes it do not give you your rewards, but clicks over to the play store. Another irritant is when you are winning it re-starts and you have to play that level again. Other than that I enjoy playing the game and almost at the 900 level.
The game started out good then I got to level 77 and it won't let me win all 3 stars. I've played it for 3 days. I could be passed the 3rd star and have 20+ moves left and when it start using my unused moves it moves the level bar real slow and u will never fill up the star leveler. it never done that before.
Too many ads. Game set me up as VIP trial and I never touched a button. Went to Google account to cancel trial, nothing there to cancel. I think it is a set up to get $2.99 from people before they can cancel subscription. Don't recommend this app.
So far I'm enjoying the game!😊 Not too hard, not too easy. I can earn boosters as I go along and there's no time limit! Just one pet peeve: please use spell check! It's been around a long time!😏 It's "awesome" (pronounced aw-some, not or-some) not awsome; and "splendid", not spelendid. Let's give the kiddos playing a good example😁
At first I actually loved it. Then it started freezing up more than actually letting you play. Frustrating to play a level. Have it freeze and lose bonuses the next because you have to restart.
Fun jewel game. Pros: fun and challenging. Cons: ad heavy. I'll never pay for this game as it requires a subscription that costs more than the product is worth in my opinion. The game studio is located in Hong Kong and I think they have the funny idea that most Americans (their primary market) are all independently wealthy.
They freeze the screen, on an ad to keep the player there, scrambling for a way to get out of the ad, and then one has to restart phone to get back into app. Gaming is ok. But, freezing the app. Isn't. I'm gone. Uninstalling
Win a match, get an ad. Lose a match, get an ad. TOO MANY ADS!! I understand you need ad revenue to survive but forcing ads on your audience isn't an effective way to do it. All you do is chase us away. If it was an ad every 5 matches or attempts I could understand. It would still be excessive imo but at least it wouldn't be as obnoxious.
The "Splendid", "Sweet", etc., are really annoying; I wish I could disable them. Now there is a full length ad between every screen. Forget it, game is no longer fun.
Doesnt score correctly. Tells you 3 stars after every round, yet you get less. To many ads at start up about paid options for game. Ads for other games after every round. If you want to be money hungry, make a paid game. Blasting an unnecessary amount of ads within a game is ridiculous.
This last update had nothing to do with "fixing bugs", and everything to do with sticking it to the consumer! They lowered the amount of coins you get for watching videos, but this next thing really ticks me off. The cost of boosters frickin tripled!!!! Way to reward the people that play, and spend money in your game! I will not spend one more cent in this game, and will most likely uninstall because I will not support greediness and the complete lack of regard for the consumer. Unbelievable!!!!
This could be a great game ...if it wasnt for text like "awesome" ,"splendid" that pops up on the screen every two seconds ...right in the middle of the play area....its very distracting, irritating, and takes the fun of the game
After level 1300 the games are nearly impossible even with boosters. It takes days to clear one level which is frustrating not fun. Plus the black ad screens that won't award free plays afterwards, and other glitches are enraging. Has anyone tested these levels? If I wasn't so stubborn I would have uninstalled already.
Confusing design of set and level-end visuals. Entertaining, though; I played to level 257 before I found the difficulty unrewarding. Designed to be an ad-server more than a game.
Are these ads really necessary? every time I play this game an ad seems to keep popping up! plus when i do play this game, my phone gets really hot and i have to leave the game. the developer who made this game really needs to have dome work done. if the developer does not do anything to fix this problem, i will have no choice but remove the game
I'm really enjoying this game as it is very user friendly and ads are short, which has impressed me. I also prefer the cartoon character to some of the silly ones on other games.
Very addictive until you reach the 700th game, then becomes frustrating and a waste of time, the game becomes almost impossible to beat spending an hour of free lives on one map, ultimately turns into a waste of time!
I updated and no way to win gold...ok figured it out, I got to 983 and usually just hit 1000 then quit. Not much new after the first 500 anyways.. probably going to give up on 983 don't want to use up all my extras one go around. Been a fun ride but you need to be able to jump ahead with out buying extras thanks for the run
I usually enjoy this game and play it daily. Yet lately it kicks kicking me out in the middle of a game. Today a certain level has been unplayable for the past 10 hrs (that I am aware of), in the process losing my 2 hours of unlimited play. I keep current on all my updates to avoid this kind of situation from happening. Not real happy at the moment...
This game has potential. Slow on the uptake. Still needs to fix bugs. Otherwise pretty good. Am unstalling until bugs are fixed.
right now i was enjoying the game for most part until level 183! i dont understand how to get through it. at all! all other levels were either easy or somewhat difficult but eventually beatable. but ive tried it three times now and i dont even make any progress. i cant get any of the gray blocks. or if i do i have little moves left to finish! please help or explain this. or uninstalling!!
