Jewel Match King: Quest

Rather a pleasant "match 3" game. When it works... At least 1/3+ of the time I try to launch it (no other apps open) the splash screen shows the first of several expected status messages: "checking app version" and simply freezes there. I tried submitting a comment via the in-app dialog, and just got back a bot message telling me I needed to submit via the app. (huh?) 2 stars because of the launch issue PLUS the annoying bot.

There is a 30 sec. ad after EACH AND EVERY LEVEL you complete. There are already ads at the bottom of the screen while you're playing the levels, why do they have to force me to watch a 30 sec. video? It irked me instead of allowing me to relax. The game itself was just ok, very easy, but I played less than 20 levels. With so, so many match 3 games available, I'm choosing another game that doesn't push all of those ads on me.

stuck at level 628, an impossible level to get through. I feel that I watch ALL the ads, and I can't afford to make purchases. I have enjoyed the game up until now. I should be able to reinstall this from level 1 again, bu I am unable to do so. a choice should be given to restart the ad app at current level or start over, very disappointing.

My FB account was hacked last month, so I changed my account password. A few days ago I found this game on my phone... with 65,000 gold!!! Well I started playing it & I enjoyed it very much...but this morning I got an email that someone tried to log in unsuccessfully to that gmail account & it wasn't me! So I uninstalled this game! 🚩DEVS, PLEASE find the perp who loaded this on my phone without my permission! I am scared this could happen to anyone!

Don't like the new game! Bring back my jewel quest. Just update jewel quest! I will be deleting this new game! Game is not colorfull and hard to figure out. I hate it! I've been playing jewel quest for years and gone all the way to the end every time it came back out. This time I was in the middle, aroud level 500. Played it till three o'clock in the morning. Got up this morning to play again and its gone. Disappointed to find it replaced? ☹😡

I have reached 360 level, when i past the level it's stop and can't open the 361 level, i click everywhere but it not move, i have already give this information to the bitmango, but still can't play this game, so i choose to uninstall, when i install again, it back to level 1. So i uninstall again.

I like the game except theres no wsy to save your game if something happens to your phone. Also the pay out could be better,and I think you should be able to buy the packages with the stars or the coins .

Addicting, fun, time consuming, I enjoy it. I get frustrated after playing about 3-6 levels and then I lose 4-5 in a row after that.

I have really enjoyed it - a nice escape from my insomnia. But, description reads, 'thousands of levels', but I am at 1020 and can go no further. Next levels just show, 'Coming Soon'. I guess I am done.

I am at level 740 & there are clouds covering the top of the screen with the words "COMING SOON" for more than 7 weeks now!!! IS THERE GOING TO BE ADDITIONAL LEVELS OR NOT??? I emailed my question & never got a response, so how do I find out? If there isn't any more levels, I would like to know so I can just delete the whole game & free up some space on my phone!!! Addendum: 12/1/18- never got a response from either of my emails & game still says "Coming Soon". Bye-bye, I uninstalled it!! 😡

This game needs an update as it isn't loading thru the App icon. I have to go thru my settings then to the App and then open it that way. NOT FUN having to do it that way.

Been playing for months but since the 11/25 update I can not load the game. The next update did not fix it. Customer Service has been no help. Not very happy. They say message them through game but I can not get that far. Even sent message through Facebook. I uninstalled for good

Did an update on 26th of nov couldnt open game never had any trouble before doing update. Almost 2 wks later and nothing from support i unistalled and reinstalled game. Made me mad cuz i was on leval743 only to have to start over again. This is the 2nd time having to uninstall and reinstall game after doing update and nnot getting any feed back from support. Almost didnt reinstall this time and wont if this happens again

Like the graphics. Fairly easy to play. Takes some strategy to beat some of the levels. It's not so hard as to make it frustrating for me.

I like the old game, had more fun figuring out moves. The new game update isn't good, been stuck on a level for like a month. Change it back, and I'll come back to play it..

Loving this app. It does contain ads, but they don't mess with one's game and one can watch videos to get free coins. Win Win.

Game is fun cute and not too easy or too hard, one bad thing is the Toon app ads popping up way too much. They might cause players to stop playing.

Thank you for fixing the problem of the screen going dark after one game. This game is back to being one of my all time favorite games!

I enjoy the game it's bright and clear graphics,you don't have to wait to win forever which keeps you enjoying the play.if i had to wait forever to win a level,i would uninstall the game.so right now i enjoy the game.its fun,and you want to keep going back to play more.thanks.

very fun game. Better than ever. Enjoyable, a little frustrating at times, but enjoyable. I just want to know when this big update is coming.the new version is really fun, and challenging.

Love it.Thank you very much. Reduced my rating because I have tried doing quest level 52 and it seems to me that it's not possible. I love a challenge but this level is ridiculous.

Nice, addictive game with Lots of different items to avoid or not in the game. Having to keep up with all the items is kind of weary.

Got stuck too long on level 40, figured that if it's already that hard; I'm probably not going to enjoy it enough to use up the space on my device. It was cute and fun up until that point.

Great game, lots of different puzzles to keep it extra interesting. Got to level 428 but couldn't beat it after about 10 tries. Uninstalled and reinstalled to keep playing because it's my favorite game.

I really liked the game the way it was. Now you made it like all the other noisy juvenile games everybody else made. Sorry, why fix something that wasn't broke? Too complicated takes the fun out.

The game is relaxing you win money when you win the game then if you need some more points you have to use your money you just don't give out enough coins 5000 coins or 9000 coins to get a booster need to change the game a little bit some bruise have money like that keep on spinning

Pretty good for match 3 game. I've not experienced any negatives as yet; so no complaints. Challenge is just enough for one to enjoy playing the game. So far so good.
