Unable to log in on my Samsung S9, Android 10. Tested my account on a Pixel and it worked. I'd like to use the app, so let me log in.
I have been trying to send a photo to corporate in regards to seeing a mouse in the grape bag at your 35 & king drive store, hasn't been able to sendiwont never stop at this store anymore.
App almost never works. I contacted them about it; no reply, no improvement.
jewel deli is awful. always under staffed and ridiculously long waits. Jewel should be ashamed. No wonder any competitors near a Jewel do so good.
time for a major overhaul of this app having problems seeing the coupons nothing is showing up.

The app performance is fair. This app is not shopper friendly: It crashes in-store 90% of the time. I spend more time opening the app than shopping. The navigation for shopping is terrible. The shopper is not able to manage their list or coupons efficiently. Who wants to spend more time grocery shopping? Jewel techs could make the navigation flow simpler i.e. there are a lot of menu choices,but no real way to manage the lists the shopper creates (sort, filter only) if a selection is chosen in error you can't delete it. Other store/shopping apps are way ahead of this app; some even prove prices and calculate the items as the shopper selects them.
Takes more things to see the ads with the updated app. Had trouble when I was in my store and unable to open the app. Sometimes I shop at a different store. I hope that the app works there.
It keeps telling me to update, but no update is available in the Play Store. I uninstalled and reinstalled, still no luck. My gas rewards are no longer showing. MyMixx coupons not working in store. Frustrating.
Updated app does not allow a visual of their weekly ad like the previous app. I have now deleted this app. No use for it anymore. I used to open it every Tuesday to get a preview of the ads.
I used to love the Jewel app now i can't even see the sales paper. The update completely ruined this app for me. Also every time i open the app it tells me u have to install the new app but there's nothing new to install.
This app is not user friendly at all. I like the previous version better. Easier access to the ad and etc.
App has an updated look but needs to bring back the full weekly ads. Looking at items one by one is time consuming
Don't understand why you can't search coupons. They only have a filter. Who thought of this horrible navigation.
Being with Jewel since I was a kid it brings back fond memories of being in the cart with mom and enjoying the shopping trip to the store and that's why I love Jewel-Osco. Period.
To much scrolling with loss of actual ad and continue to dislike no logical order within the subdivisions.
The old app was much better. I have issues running this app in my phone. I end up going to the website
Had the "old" version. It was ok. Forced me to upgrade today. Installed an entirely new app. Then doesn't support any zip codes near my so I can't see what is on sale. Disappointing
Uninstalled this app the update is terrible there's no weekly ads I guess Snapchat partnered with Jewel-Osco regarding unnecessarily updating successful running apps
Just have the option clip all coupons Put a barcode reader into the app to see if I have a coupon for it before purchase. That way I can compare prices. I'll will usually buy the item that's cheaper.
Worked great before the update. Now there is no option to look at the weekly ad. You have to scroll through hundreds of items instead. Won't be using it like before.
need more description on items on coupon section. would be nice to have a easy way to remove coupons you no longer want or need
The my mix free offers are not easily found, they should be up front or easy to search, so I've missed out on some, very disappointing
The problem with adding items to my shopping list from the weekly ad using the app continues. Now the app allows me to select Add Item to List, but items are not added to the list when I check it. I guess I'll still have to add items using the website, where incorrect pictures & descriptions show up in incorrect categories. This is very inconvenient.
