It has gotten much better since it first went live. It's easier to use. I had been using Peapod so I compared it to that app. In the beginning it was sooo slow and not very intuitive. But it has gotten much better since the first couple of orders. I will say the delivery men/women have been wonderful. They are so pleasant and helpful. I especially like the $ off emails and it's usually why I decide to use the app.

App is a complete waste of time. The whole point of using the Drive Up & Go option is to be convenient to me, but when you tell me my next option for pickup isnt for another 4 hours, how in the f*** is that convenient? If I want to drive up and go, I'm looking to get it soon. Not 1/2 a day later. Whomever developed these Jewel-Osco apps (both of them) should be fired for complete and utter incompetence and failure to make either one useful. User experience score is ZERO.

Horrible! I only recieved half of my order. Was told the rest would be sent the next day and they weren't. Then was told I had to take a refund for the items not delivered and wound up losing a lot of money because of the coupon I used. Also gave a $10 tip for getting only half of my order! Please save yourself hours on the phone with customer service and go somewhere else.

There are no pictures of items, making it much harder to make sure you're getting the right product. Even much smaller grocery stores show pictures through their online ordering system. The filter only lets you narrow down a few options, so when you're looking for grape juice, there's no way to filter out everything else that has grape in the description. I will continue to shop elsewhere until Jewel can figure out these two issues.

Overall good app. Order has anyways been delivered in time frame. Nice there's an option for substitutions or no substitutions. Sucks you aren't able to give more details on substitutions but I guess they want it as simple as possible for the personal shopper. Also kinda is a bummer when you order it says it's in stock but in actuality is isn't and the food isn't delivered.

I have the app but use the website because it's more reliable. Sometimes the app randomly empties my cart, which can be infuriating. The service itself is hit or miss. I like that food comes from a distribution center and not a store. But more late deliveries than not, and often I get no communication and have to email just to learn my delivery is hours late. I miss Peapod :(

This is the 1st & last time that I will be using the app.I would rather take the bus & spend 2 hours in transit than use the app again.I would suggest having a notification system to your customers when items are out of stock so they can know before the scheduled delivery.The item that was out of stock just so happened to be the only thing I needed for dinner tonight.I got a ride to Target to buy the item I needed. Also,for substitutions, you should have different brands & not different flavors.

One star only because no "zero" option. I used previous version of app & had no problems. When placed new order yesterday I could not proceed until I installed update which I did. When I later tried to edit & add an item wasn't able to do so. When I click on order it brings up a page that gives amount, delivery info and says "order pending." Doesn't show items ordered or bring up search box for new items. After initially placing order received email confirmation & $1 bank charge. Help!

Unfortunately I have to give only 1 star because of an issue I believe has nothing to do with the app itself. I live in a zip code where delivery is not an option so I can't even set up a pick up without an address within the delivery area. I feel as though your are causing alot of people to not be able to use this app and these services. I understand this is something that's still kind of new (pick up and deliver) but I'm sure the goal is to see it succeed. Fatal Flaw

This is the first time I've rated an app. I heard complaints about it in the line at the grocery store - that it was too much of a hassle. Maneuvering the app to find the "coupons" is WAY more trouble than it's worth. It definitely makes me want to shop elsewhere because it seems like a scam to get people in the door in hopes that they give up looking for the coupons. They should do away with u-coupons altogether. Terrible concept. Give your phone to the cashier but then others wait.

Its okay, it allows you to handle 1 specific task unfortunately, if I need to modify my order once its placed, I'm out of luck and that seems, counter productive. They loose alot of money when ppl add on to their list but, since their blocked from spending more money, it becomes a hassle to use the app. Customers, tend to look for easier store.

Unimpressed. Get an error message when trying to view aisles. When searching for individual items like yogurt, only pulls up large tubes not the smaller individual containers. App needs to be an accurate reflection of what is available in the store.

Don't even bother. The past two times I've ordered something, the delivery was not made after rescheduling three times. When I rescheduled most recently, I was assured they would NOT be missing the window... Welp. I then called customer support, and they told me they couldn't reschedule after 48 hours following the original delivery and would have to cancel. Save yourself the headache, use ALDI or Whole Foods

I'm confined to a wheelchair, and truly appreciate the ease with which this app allows me to order groceries for delivery. I'm not qualified to speak on the technical side of the app, but I am qualified to give it the highest rating I can. (new info): Parent company Albertsons has been reworking the app. It's had some quirks the last couple of weeks, but was working fine for this week's order.

Awful app. Cannot find many items on the app, yet they're on store shelves. Now I cannot actually edit to add to an existing order even though it indicates I can. Most items don't get delivered anyway. Yes, these are tough times but I guess I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Blech. Mymixx i was using, had a shopping list where you could add things manually or directly from the weekly ad. So of course they scrapped it in favor of this app which has nothing whatsoever for in store shopping, only delivery or pick up. Annoying enough to make me go to whole foods instead

The only thing I was able to put in my shopping cart was bananas because that's the only item I could even search for. No other functions on the app worked... Except for PAY of course. Worthless!

The app freezes a lot and needs reloaded. The items are not an accurate reflection of what's available. I've been charged extra for substitutions I didn't want. A lot of items are out of stock every time.

Can't pick replacements you are at the mercy of a random shopper who will replace items with the same brand but a different product instead of something from a different brand and a better more comparable replacement. Just had a delivery that couldn't be more messed up delivered by door dash, I sent the entire order back.

Exeptional and easy to use. May I suggest adding a special instruction section upon checking out (there may already be one I just have not used the app enough) for the personal shopper. Also a place to select either "paper or plasic" and to double the selected one.

This is NOT a reliable service. The delivery people and customer service agents are all great, but corporate is really slacking. My order was going to be 3 hours late and I wasn't even notified. It took two phone calls to resolve this and both put me on a hold for nearly 25 minutes. This is not at all the first time my order has been late. This time, though, was definitely the worst, and I do not plan on continuing to use this service. I generally don't write reviews, but this service is no good

Buggy app and untrained support. My cart got wiped out from a clear bug and all they can do is provide canned responses with no attempt to fix. Absolute comedy from the support team that asked me to wait while they checked on bug reports and then responded that there were no known issues (a glance at the many comments below after the recent update makes it clear this is not the case).

Very bad experience for a first time using this app. I placed my order and some items were not in stock and the other were not delivered. More than half of my items were missing from my delivery. It was a very disappointing experience.

I understand that times are strange and sometimes there are delays and order cancellations, but the lack of updates from the app are frustrating. My amputee father waited four hours for his delivery, which ended up cancelled with zero updates or information given on the app and no communication from the company. I understand if an order is delayed or cancelled, especially with how crazy the world is right now, but not being given status updates on an order placed a week in advance infuriating.

As a caregiver I makes my life a lot easier to be able to pick up groceries for my clients. The staff is always very friendly which is a bonus. The reason why I'm not giving five stars is because when their sales on the ads. They don't always match up with the app. For example the three bowls of fruit for $12 is not on this Jewel app.

Because of the negative reviews recently, I am unsure whether I can trust Jewel to take, process my order, and accept payment. I am having lots of Problems with the Walmart app at the moment. Am ditching Walmart, but can't get them to remove my credit card from their system. Their app does not allow me to put in my pin# for my SNAP card. I constantly get an error message, and there's no tech support available. I am worried that I will have the same problems with Jewel, after I read reviews.

Seems good. Will upgrade to 5 stars if I get my stuff on time. Dont like the substitute items ordeal.... if I select it I want it not some pimple faced kid saying he couldn't find what I wanted or was lazy and grabbed the closest item to what i want. The app knows the store I'm shopping so if it's there it's there and if it's not it not. Dont make it appear availble.
