What's New section indicates ”Bug fixes." This is useless as it tells the user absolutely nothing! Don't be so dang lazy. On top of that there is no grace period as user is forced to upgrade if they want to use the app. Not desirable not knowing bug fixes or away from WiFi to do the update. Please add information on what bugs were fixed and a grace period before forcing an upgrade.
The old version was much, much better. I have had multiple issues with the new one. It has changed refill dates on me after looking at a prescription, I've had all kinds of problems after the update. The app made things easier, I am looking into a mail service after over 20 years at Jewel Osco. THIS IS SERIOUSLY THE WORST APP I HAVE USED THIS YEAR. ORDERS NEVER GO THROUGH ANYMORE. IT USED TO WORK GREAT....
Fairly easy to use and reorder prescriptions. Prior prescription list available so you don't have to go in search of your bottle to find the prescription number. However, you need to go to the "My Prescriptions" tab to do so, because if you use the "Refill" tab they will ask for the prescription number and everything else - so the route which should be easy is cumbersome. The app is not very intuitive. They've finally added a choice for delivery as well.
Latest version acts like my (Note 8) keyboard doesn't work well. Need to tap my prescriptions repeatedly (even with the stylus). Support people keep asking me to screenshot this problem. Takes forever to order multiple prescriptions. Auto refills never synchronize to one trip.
My husband & I each use Osco pharmacy to fill what amounts to quite a fair amount of prescriptions between the two of us. Since downloading the app to my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 3-4 months ago in order to better manage our refills I am lucky if the app works 9 times out of 10. It will act like it's loading for a minute or two but nearly always times out and closes. This app is trash. Deleting it tonight to use the web page again.
Can't sign-on to the app. When I try to create an account it tells me I already have an account, but when I try to change password, it tells me I don't have an account in their system. Which one is it?!? Have reached out to customer service a couple of times and they simply stopped responding.
I was unable to create an account. I tried two different current scripts with no luck. I received an error message stating that my info was incorrect. My info was, most definitely, correct. Annoying.
I like it as I have a large number of Rx's to manage. But the support & issue resolution could be better. For those having problems since the December update - try double tapping instead of a single tap.
This app was great, but after the most recent update, I am no longer able to login. After I enter my correct email and password, a message pops up saying, "We are sorry, but we ran into a technical problem. Please try your last action again and if you continue to have trouble, contact our customer support team. . ."
Now this is coming from a long time jewel osco employee. This app is definitely worth it to use. It seems it takes forever to call into the pharmacy to refill one of my regular prescriptions. With this app all you have to do is press two buttons and refill is ordered couldn't be any more easier.
I downloaded the app because I have 10 prescriptions I take daily. Thought it would be helpful. My local store tech's are amazing, so i try not to bother them. Since downloading the app I call them more then ever before. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Call to refill.
After recent updates, this app doesn't work as it used to. I'm constantly signed out and don't get notifications when my prescription is refilled. Manually requesting a renewal does not work either. I'm moving my RX to a different pharmacy.
Between setting-up, adding a relative & navigating all varied info. to one med-help place, this app has been tremendously helpful. Having no way to access & manage numerous meds re: 2 of us, this Jewel-Osco med set-up is a Godsend...YEZZZ!!! eli & blue
Horrible!! I was able to see my information at first and now i can't even get passed the loading screen... Uninstalled and reinstalled.. Turned phone on and off and nothing
Couldn't even create an account to activate it. Requires a date but doesn't say what it is, and can't directly enter it. If birthday, am I to scroll the calendar back 50 years? Requires an Rx number. What? Why? I don't have a current prescription. The store number isn't enough digits.
After loading the app I'm unable to get it to go to the to finish the process it keeps giving me the error message of the password and the email doesn't agree with our records even though I'm going in as a new client
You can't see when prescriptions are available for pick up and you can't request delivery after your scripts are ready, only when you order. Terrible app.
Stop trying to fix what's not broken. I can't login to refill or check my prescriptions. I'm deleting this app because it's useless right now
Mostly a great app for pharmacy tracking your prescriptions refills and other things. Sometimes there are issues with requesting to fill a refill an error but other than that it's great
Apps only crashed when trying to run it. Removed and reinstalled but still the same problem. Needs to be fixed asap!!!!
I loved it and then I didn't. It was great until the app sent a text that my prescription was ready for$5. When I got to the store it was actually $32. :They told me it wasn't their problem
Help line is no longer taking calls . Latest update disabled the refill function?. Can no longer refill prescription . Must not pay their programmers .Has several cases of duplicate Doctors..I just received a reply from jewelosco support stating that they have no way of removing the duplicate Doctors. Try'd to contract Developer listed on Google play store but no response
The app was working fine until the November update. Now I can't use it without upgrading and the update won't download.
It's a convenient way to fill your prescriptions without forgetting but the Walgreens app is better in my opinion especially as far as showing the status of your prescription
Used to work great. Now, can't even log in. Terrible. especially when you have a prescription you need to fill quickly.
This app makes my shopping much easier. I can view ads, coupons, and make my shopping list all on this app!
It won't load. It stopped working on my old phone. Now it won't even open on my new android 11 phone.
It is much easier to do it from the app except during the Coronavirus-19 you have to call in to have it delivered.
Horrible. Although I have a account and access the site on my phone, I can't access it on my android tablet. It just spins.
New version is marginally better. You can now submit 1 scrip for refill, then it freezes. Still freezes on any other action. Many of the problems also are on the website, and it looks like the app has been created from the website. This is frustrating. I have owned a software development company for 35 years, and the issues here are pretty big. On Android it is unusable. If a developer wishes to contact me I can outline in more detail the issues.
