After all the negative feedback on the new app I'm surprised JM have still not solved the problem I had problems since May like a lot of people and phoned customer service today and was told nothing could be found that was causing the problem and to keep using my laptop for ordering but that doesn't help if I'm out and about I prefer to use the app on my phone fingers crossed it gets sorted soon..?
This update has a lot of niggles that need resolving. The video/app shuts down automatically after a minute or so and the 'buy now' button only appears for live auction items. Hope it's fixed soon.
Edited Review 14/6/2020 The May update was aweful could not log in or out. Uninstalled and reinstalled umpteen times since. I have tried this again this evening and low and behold it now works. Prefer the old layout to this one, but it works. 13/32020 Pictures of products not showing just the JM logo video is working. This has been since yesterday.
Unable to purchase anything with this app on my Lenovo Yoga Book. No way as good as the previous app. Just shows the login bar and when selected it brigs up the empty basket screen. Given one star as I can view the shows.
Poor No live tv. Showing the same silver pins for sale all day on current auction. Still shows items available when they have sold out. No way to refresh the screen.
Totally fed up can't get app to work since May it tells me to log in click on what I then tells me welcome back but won't let me purchase anything which is a shame as I used to purchase a lot. IF gempouria & jewellery maker can't be bothered to fix the issue I going to find a different supplier
Poor keeps freezing and stopping i have told them about this but as usual 'a typical shopping channel' just want your money. I give up.
Couldnt find the gem they were selling at the time on TV through webpage as not listed and nowhere to be seen, so thought I'd download app. Try registering. No luck. Put contact number in, says numbers only. Cant put anything but numbers in anyway. Sort it out guys.
I can't set up an account, and I'm not finding a buy now or buy this item. All 8t is is the shows but no way to order.
App says its for an older Version of Android...asks to check update.. no update. Then just hangs on the startup screen
Terrible nowhere to type in codes of gem stone strands can't check anything so can't make a descion on what I'm buying really upset I'm deleting the app waste of time I'm not prepared to wade through the whole site when typing in ,the code would find what I want Problems with the technology this happened after repairing my phone if this is cause of 5G we need to pull down the masks 5G is also responsible for a lot
App keeps stopping and you have to start again. Whatever the in-house development team are doing they need to stop fiddling and when updates/changes are made TEST, TEST and TEST again.
Always great value. Excellent quality products. App is easy to use.
Pictures of all products are not showing since yesterday.
If I order something it goes so far but then it tells me there is an error.

Issues all sorted for now and a great app again. (Previous review - Pretty useless atm as unless you are watching the program at the time and purchasing products then and there you can no longer see pictures of products shown earlier in the day. All you see is the JM Logo in their place, so you may as well watch on your laptop/computer where you can see the pictures. I will say this used to be a great app, hope it gets sorted soon).
