The app does everything the online website does. Except the app deposits checks. If you deposit a check on Monday, you won't see your money until Wednesday night. Better off cashing a check at Walmart...
Works great but it needs an update it takes a very long time to load in

Great tool to manage debit card transaction alerts. Easy to use!
Nice App. Easy to use with lots of updated functionality and user controlled security options.
Seems to do the basics just fine. Wish there was functionality to remote deposit a check as I can with some of my other banks.
Login is incredibly cumbersome, for no good reason. It shouldn't take 3 different screens to login: username, password, security questions. JCSB is behind the curve in implementing new tech: this app doesn't support fingerprint login, and the bank doesn't support Google/Apple Pay. The worst part is that JCSB licenses this app from a developer, Fiserve, who has updated platforms/apps to support things like fingerprint login. Sadly, JCSB prefers to inconvenience their customers and not upgrade.
