Several centuries before Christ, scribes, preachers, prophets, and kings of the Hebrew people wrote reports and testimonies of history, facts, and their relationship with God.
These documents have lasted over the years and passed them on from generation to generation.
Over time, these sacred writings were assembled in collections known as Laws, Prophets, and Writings.
The books of the Old Testament were written on goat-skin parchments and then carefully transcribed by the scribes.
The books of the Hebrew Bible are written in Hebrew and parts in Aramaic. It is called Tanakh remembering the three great divisions of the sacred writings of the Hebrew Bible:
1-The first part is Tora or books of the law, that includes the five books of the Torah which, according to traditions, were revealed directly by God to Moses on Mount Sinai the books of the Prophets (or), and the writings (Ketuvim)
The law comprises the first five books: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy.
2- The second part is Nevi'im (the book of the Prophets)
The book of Prophets includes Isaiah, Jeremias, Ezekiel, the twelve Minor Prophets, Josue, Judges, 1 and 2 Samuel, 1 and 2 Kings.
3-The third part is Ketuvim (The Writings)
Writings include the great book of poems, the Psalms, and Proverbs, Joseph, Esther; Songs of Solomon, Ruth, Lamentations, Ecclesiastes, Daniel, Ezra, Nehemiah, 1 and 2 Chronicles.

This the second app I have tried from this developer. The 1st was supposed to be a Catholic bible. Not great but usable until it popped up with an ad for the Mormon church. It was immediately removed. How ignorant is someone who puts and ad for the Mormon church on an app that is supposed to be a Catholic Bible?
I am 70. So my eyes are not that good. The print is large and clear. And you can easilly read a chapter at a time and come right back where you left off. Which is great if you have a hectic schedule. And it appears on your home screen for easy access.
I really don't care if you get this or not. Was funny. I opened it a single time, I had one redirect for a website and an ad. One click. Lol. Uninstalled.
Where's the rest of the books of the Bible? This version seems to have left out most of the New Testament????? ALL scripture is give by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. 2Timothy 3:16:
Great...pretty much coincides, with the Jewish Bible. I love this app. There are ads...but not distracting. Easy to carry around whenever encouragement is needed. This app I would highly reccomend. Thank you and God Bless!
Nice. Trying to pay to remove ads but it won't work. Every time I click remove adds it goes an error occurred
Inoperable. Continually attempts to load without requests to do so, and then continually crashes. Uninstalled.
Situation when you're reading the phrase of the day It disappears and cant find the verse again It wont let you try to find the chapter also cant go back during the day to read it Was wondering if this could be fixed So the praise could be lasting all day long
I have really enjoyed this app. It makes studying much easier and I have looked at many similar apps. and this one I found to be user friendly.
The words in this Bible are very beautiful. The words seem to have more depth for the love off Christ. God and the Holy Spirit
Great app just don't like the adds, as they detract from the experience otherwise thank you for providing this, especially free.

Sometimes the app don't, or opens and shows a blank page, otherwise it's a great experience
As far as l can tell it is incomplete only going to 2 Chronicles and l refuse to search hard to look for more assuming it's there
In the example Yahweh's original name is used. When you download the app it is Lord / God. I only downloaded because it used our father's real name. I uninstalled immediately.
Excellent and wonderful experience. The daily scripture schedule is very good Refreshing.

totaly wrong description. there is lot of mistakes like other english transalations.... what u r doing...
It's the offline audio clarity for me. The app is quite okay except that the text aren't in the real names as seen in the display where you have Yahweh. E.g The lord says or God spoke... Can be replaced with Adonia or Elohim or Hashem its more direct and the Torah names such as Genesis (Bereshith) should be rightly updated so that a new reader can easily understand the correct names when in contact with the Tanak. I do hope it is updated swiftly.
Great English translated Torah. Is much like my KJV Bible app and has audio options and everything
pls add new testament to it, you only read the old testament, and also search pane so u can search through the verse and chapters.
