App works as it should in every way. The only problem I encountered was the initial wifi connection. It was a bit of a nightmare, I had to try it over 10 times and with numerous different methods but I eventually got it connected. Beyond the initial setup issues the only complaint I have is that there's no compatibility with Google Home. The list of compatible companies is in the hundreds, every other piece of connected gear I have is compatible with Google Home, except for this one. Annoying.

The app is great. Was a lil bit confusing when adding the unit to my account but it all worked out. I have a Samsung Galaxy s9+ and it works just fine for me. Easy to use and really handy for when u forget to either turn it on or off when not home.

App works ok for the basics. It can be confusing to setup automation. But once you figure that out the automation work as you set it up.

temp shows wrong degree. it thinks that the air in living room is 95 degree. I set it to 67 degree. I think the sensor of temp is too close to heat device inside to display.

No Support For My AC. It used to work, but after the update I cannot setup the AC any longer.

The app does not work with Fios 5.0 wifi connection.

all I get is error code 404 and 502. installed uninstalled reinstalled nothing. the app doesn't work on my galaxy 9 plus

Pretty cool I can control my air conditioning with this. Been working consistently so far

The widget doesn't work at all. It doesn't get sync to the devices that are added within the app already.. definitely need improvement

There are lot of improvements needed. Besides manual time schedule there should be a time interval shortcut. E.g turn on and off every 30 min or 1 hour. App still shows Chinese language. Wi-Fi connection needs to be improved. Better instructions to connect to Wi-Fi needed.
